Hey Nick, have you thought about making your own pasta? The basic formula for pasta is just flour,egg and a little bit of salt. I'm thinking flour, vital wheat gluten, egg + egg whites? Could easily roll it out with a rolling pin into large rectangles for lasagna as such

Red velvet goes well as a cheesecake muffin. I cheated a bit by using cocoa with a red velvet emulsion rather than vinegar and buttermilk to keep the calories down. Probably could use Greek yogurt for that extra tanginess. But once again that'll add more calories. But also more protein so...

They do. I made them exactly the same but used half pureed carrot/half pumpkin. (Because I had half a can left) They're interchangeable. Add some raisins or walnuts if you don't mind the calories.

I just don’t understand why a guy his size would need to eat that little to cut. I’m 6’1 205 lbs and cut on 2500 a day working out 4-5 times a week (pretty intense) for about a hour and no cardio with a sedentary job. Still losing 1.5-2lbs a week. Probably around 15-16% bf right now. This just seems absurdly low for me.
