Nice to get more background on him. I really liked his story arc. The second arc I really liked was that of Enri. That one also had so many questions left open.

Even Ainz was calling that ability "Būllshìt", Ainz won because he has the ability to negotiate and create distraction mid battle. What if Platinum DL has that similar laser breath? DLs in overlord ain't that easy to handle, but yeah.... We don't know much about Sebas's full potential as well.

Actually his alignment is what's saving Nazarick. He's basically Touch-Me's son via personality clone, meaning he's the only one that can reign Ainz in when he starts to lose his humanity. Without that Ainz would go full tyrant and get the entire world to unite against Nazarick, instead of uniting with them through benevolent rulership.
sebas in the interrogation scene where he was asked if he was loyal was so bad ass. He didn't hesitate with the strike and that means his loyalty is above his personality
I'd love some scene where Demiurge and Demiurge fight together against some common enemy, like "shit, we get along bad, but for Nazarick we're going to kick your ass together".

Honestly can't blame the nazarick people and Ainz for what happened in S2 ep10, it's still an unknown world for them and they still don't know who did it to shalltear, probably sebas knew what coming for him
Tuare's clearly in love with him and many of the tomb ships them. Specially Demiurge and Ainz. But in a "blink and you miss it" scene of Isekai Quartet, Sebas shows a picture of Tuare to another character (Wilhelm)... And they were taking about love/loved ones.
Not really sure. But Sebas core objective like all other NPC is to serve the supreme beings he would 100% kill Tuare if Ainz demanded it without a thought as his biggest fear is dying while being branded a traitor towards the supreme beings. Which was stated in the volume.

The alignment of Yggdrasil characters. Higher = they are more aligned to Good. Karma rating affects skills, and in the New World, it somewhat affects the very character themselves. That's why Ainz is turning evil, his character's karma rating is -500.
@@waiewakuza6414 Yes, and also why Sebas is more inclined to help people. Almost all of the denizens of the Tomb of Nazarick has negative Karma. That's why Ainz is very wary against World Items. There's a World Item that can nuke a place with a beam of Holy attribute, potentially wiping out all evil characters in an area.

Ainz is worried because of this, although he is immune because he also has a World Item in hand.
sebas is one of the stronghest npc, assigned to a floor (excluding 8th floor npc wich are unknown except for victim), yea hes not assigned to a floor but if you want to compare sebas to every floor guardian hes surely the best in a melee fight. Btw we know not so much so thats not 100% sure, + considering equipment albedo may be the stronghest because of a destructive world item hes currently using in s4. (shes not the only npc with a world item)

It's a shame for the New Worlders that Sebas is one of the few residents of Nazarick that has a positive karma value. That and the fact that Ainz is too scared to voice his opinions too strongly because he doesn't want to be viewed as incompetent. Even though he has absolute power in Nazarick and would be seen as beyond perfect no matter what he does, he doesn't stop Nazarick from hurting others. He just limits the damage to not be too overly excessive and indiscriminate.
The whole plot of the entire overlord franchise is being told by a villian POV. You see in the beginning Ainz has stated that since he no longer is a human his mentality isnt being viewed by a human values or morals. over time in the volumes you can clearly see that. This isnt Sword art online. He limits the damage because hes a pragmatist and realistically during his fight with shalltear with her brainwashing Nazarick is not omnipotent. Yes his fear of being viewed incompetent is valid but isnt the main driving force. everything he does is a selfish interest for himself and the entire Nazarick. OVERLORD IS NOT A HERO/GOOD GUY ANIME.
For all we know she was just put into this position by the „supreme beings ”. And they keept they rank even after gaining sentience. Not to mention she could be better at organizing or magic. Close combat is not the only way to beat an enemy.
