Hey TK, great information. A little confusion between step 3-4. How does a company find out if they are product or sales led if they don't do a bit of marketing? Wouldn't it be more easier for the company if step 4 came before 3, where the company knows exactly who they are ,their positioning , narrative, value proposition then do a bit of marketing to find out. Eg. Netflix, if they knew who they are, their positioning, they then have a way better understanding if they are product led or sales led. Thanks.

You still start with a thesis, and then you test it.
