Great content. I'm developing a startup and about to begin the phase with MVP testers, as you mentioned. It will start free. Is there any methodology for managing the tester phase? When and how should I transition to a paid model? Is it advisable to do this with the MVP?
So much value in this video, thank you TK Kader. I have a question though, what´s your approach about pricing in the early stages? Let´s say you are building a freemium fitness app under a subscription model, when do you think is a good moment to start charging?
Wow, amazing video! For the first time you ever put a product out to market, how soon should you be marketing it or building a list before the first date that it drops?
I'm currently in the research stage of my soon to be start up but I already working on Marketing strategies Think about it this way. You could build the best SaaS app ever with tons of potential but if you can't effectively put it infront of the right people it'll flop
Does this work for B2B product as well?? because most of the times, enterprise level B2B products have higher stakes and closing deals without any actual demo would be next to impossible
Amazing information once again. thank you for the vid. I have one question... If you start discussing your idea before its made, don't you get worried that someone will pick it up and do it by themselves!!!
Hi, very informative video, but i have some questions What is the criteria of Minimum Viable product. As i am building a SAAS product that i know i have 3 main competitors, and I am trying to make a better product than them, by making a hybrid SAAS application in that space (combining the best parts of all those 3). Plus i am researching (blogs, reviews) what their customers actually need and adding those features in my product before launch. Am i in the MVP cycle or it is actually the criteria of MVP. Moreover, i am not making the perfect tool before launch, it will certainly have room for many features and improvements that i plan to update with the feedback and growth of my customers. Am i doing it right? Apologies for a long message.
Thank you so much for this valuable content - as a first-time founder building a Saas product I got completely stuck in Linear model.... Multi-threaded approach is one I will go for as it indeed seems more healthy and impactful and I strongly believe in community first! The question I have is about the promotion of my first MINI launch... do the pitch of my landing page covers what is currently available in the first release or do I pitch the ambition (the ideated end product) ? Thank you so much!
Pitching the ideal product while not being developed yet, could be seen as over-selling.. on the other hand it could allow me to validate important hypothesis... the next question is whether I promote the features on the first mini-launch or I pitch the problems I am solving ?
This is cool but I feel this will hard to do for a b2b saas product because of the approval processes that has to do with an organization. Getting the c level executive to try a product that is not ready will be very difficult
I think the idea is that you don't want them to look at it as not ready, but as a stage where they can provide feedback that will help you tailor the product to best fit them. You are solving their problem, and they are lucky enough to be in a position to influence how much better it can solve their problem.

For larger sales, and even for services, it won’t close the deal but it’ll get your foot in the door and into initial calls.
