I used cefaly 7 years ago. It only worked while connected. As soon as the 20 minutes expired the migraine returned. It also disconnected with the slightest movement. Nonetheless, the relief was so good while I used it that I looked for something that could stay in 24/7. I had a peripheral nerve stimulator implanted by a Neurosurgeon. The brand I have is Abbott. I was bedridden before getting the stimulator. It is invasive but I think it is shade better than Cefaly and I am not impressed with the other devices you mention either. The Reps from Abbott are excellent. Patients with newer devices report that it is difficult to reach a redo for support and adjustment. I am a swimmer so I need an implanted device also. I think these newer devices are great for the doctors but not so good for patients.
These look like great products. My neurologist is not aware of them. Where can one buy these products of find a clinic that provides treatment using these devices?
It is so challenging for neuromodulation devices to make it on the market. Just as Dr. Stewart, I hope that these devices will be in use and would become more popular among the general public soon.
How does a magnetic pulse treat migraines? Why not just wear a headband of magnets? Seems ridiculous to me. Stimulating nerves with a shock seems like it might work. But implanting a device to shock a nerve seems a bit extreme.
The Cefaly is brilliant EXCEPT I have had FIVE and each time I’ve been given a second hand one. The last one has now broken and I’m out of warranty. Expensive trial!! Cefaly VERY unhelpful!!

I need this. I'm desperate. I have cte. My headaches are severe and neverending.
I would like to know how much and when we can get them also. Thanks
Where can I buy them?
.cefaly is expensive and for me didn’t work. Why you don’t talk about the deficit of DAO.?.
