I had migraines for 3 years. I have been doing enemas for 16 months and have not had so much as a headache for all of this year of 2020. Migraines reduced to headaches through fall to winter of 2019.

Any suggestions for light sensitive people now that the iridescent bulb is no longer an option? Everywhere I go it’s LED bright white blaring lights and it’s only getting worse. Sadly those who suffer from migraines can’t get away from it.

My migraines are triggered by the light on my computer and iPhone, and I feel the symptoms almost instantly. Good thing my headaches are only mild, but unfortunately, I get most of the other symptoms that come with migraines-especially anxiety and depression. I haven't done much research on migraine (I barely figured out I had migraine recently); are you aware of any new tech perhaps that will allow me to be on my laptop a few hours per day without making me feel like I am dying?

Also, if green light only is beneficial to migraine sufferers, wouldn't it be possible to create some glasses maybe that only allow the beneficial green light through?

I wish that there would have been subtitles. I couldn't understand the first speaker at all.
