    I'm really sorry about the ad placements! I was supposed to work with a music label for this video (using the weekend songs) and they were supposed to clear the video so it could be monetized & I can control where ads are placed. They still haven't cleared it which means it is still copyrighted and I have no control over where the ads go and how many are on this video 😞

    I was looking for a doable full body work-out that is easy on the knees for my next workout schedule and this came just in time and is perfect, thank you so much!     I do work out with my scoliosis and I really find this helpful! She is explaining the exercises, which is helpful. Otherwise, the excises might be harmful to my spine. And it is slow as well, so doing the exercises properly, not rushing anywhere. Love it!

    @MadFit, this workout was what I needed and never found, After an injury I was so scared to start with weight training again. But I have been following you for few weeks now and I am feeling stronger than I was. This workout is going to help me so much to start weight training again.     I had to switch day 19 & 20 of this challenge because this vid wasn't posted in time in my timezone and I'm glad it happened! I was hitting the road and wouldn't have had the equipment for this workout but I was able to do it cuz it got late & I had to switch!     Absolutely fall in love with this workout. The time set up is sooo amazing, I've never seen this kind of 45 seconds rest in any wokout I've done before 😅 They gave me 10s rest or no rest at all. But I feel resting between sets is necessary because it gives me the strength to continue. that's why I a hundred percent love this workout and will recommend this for everybody. You can use (super) heavy weights and still be able to keep pushing yourself in this workout. Thank you Madfit. I'm now a huge fan of you and your workouts 💖

    I loved this video! While completing it, I thought my weights weren’t heavy enough to feel anything (I used 10 lbs) but let me tell you…I felt it the next two days! I will definitely be using this one many times.

    Day 19! Done ✅ Love strength and weight workouts i much so this was right up my alley. Just well paced enough that it wasn’t agonizingly slow but allowed for strength building. 10/10

    2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 19: Complete ✅ (a bit delayed 😅)
    Thank you so much, Maddie! This one was great. I really enjoyed it. The music was on point 👍🏻 and I really appreciated the form tips and the 45 second breaks. Having such a long break between sets for a strength workout really worked out well for me. It gave me the time I needed to get my form sorted and also to stay hydrated between sets. It felt a lot safer and healthier for my body, so thank you for that.
    Well, only one workout left (that I had to previously skip) to officially get this December challenge completed. (Minus the Day 30 delay.) This workout was a GREAT way to start 2023, and a good thing about me waiting to complete this particular day in the challenge is that I officially had NO ADS 🙌🏻 Whoo! Not a single one! Overall, I'm feeling very happy about today's workout. Thank you for all that you do for us, Maddie. Truly ❤️ And thank you for working out hard with us too. You're a great trainer to follow from the comfort of home - relatable, real, and honest. I appreciate you, girl.

    This is the kind of workout I like: no crazy combos, no wierd dancing moves, no fast changing positions... Just the basics to help focus on form and really build strength. 💪 Great job, Maddie!👏

    Okay, this is the start of my at home workouts. I have always worked out at some level, but with a close to 70 and arthritis in my right knee I will modify when necessary. Love your workouts. My issues I personally have to deal with are lunges and my balance will sometimes give me issues. I look forward to your workouts and thank you so much for sharing. 👍❤️😊

    Good stuff! I used some heavier weights to push myself on the road to recovery as well as the road to better strength and stability! Thanks for all the work you put in to create these workouts! I really appreciate that I can just come in, turn it on, and get to work. Also, I appreciate the form explanation and correction you give during the workout it helps me to stay focused on proper form so I don't injure myself and shows me where I am weak and need more work.

    This was a great one Maddie! My max weights at home are 8 pound so will have try try with heavier at the gym. It’s also great because if I’m pressed for time I can do one of each super set and still get a well rounded workout. Thanks Maddie! 👏❤️
