This past week I just discovered FP. I'll be honest Naudi I was skeptical. I saw all the "negative" stuff. Nevertheless I was open minded so I tried some of your work and I just felt uncomfortable. Not uncomfortable in a physical sense due to your exercises. But mentally, like this whole time I was fed wrong information that honestly wasn't working. Immediately after a rotational workout of yours and fascia release the tightness in my lower abdomen finally after years!! Had loosened up and I could finally get a breath in from that hip. I was dumbfounded amazed and excited. And then I went back to look at all the "negative" stuff and realized the whole time your intentions were GOOD and were fueled by you wanting to actually HELP people. Thank you so much man. To any one reading this that is skeptical I understand but keep your mind open and try it. Certifications in my opinion don't mean much if the thing you are certified in is wrong.

i do believe correcting postures and exercing properly will fix my scoliosis, but im at the point where i cant get my scoliosis improved better by myself. ive been doing self training for like an year with these videos of some experts. i did make an improvement and was amazed that i actually could improve my bodyshape without useless payment to the doctors. seeing changes of an adult man's posture, specially from front view of his running, makes me believe more in exercise. just feel very bad because there is no such an expert like you in korea. maybe i should buy the online course.

Love this. I study sports science and we literally learned last lesson that if you have scoliosis then you're basically fucked for life. I disputed the fact though but I didn't want to embarrass the teacher lol

I can't help not to leave a comment. I am glad you find your relief !!!!! God blessed. The body should heal itself given the right stimulus but really not a lot of people knows how the body works in terms of natural healing. Thks for sharing this info. I love to be trained by functional patterns and Ido portal - good movement expert. anyone should consider to get posture and movement right and become a habit before doing any exercises that does not use a normal human movement. Love to be skeletal adjusted by great chinese bone doctor (they are not bone setter) and Chiro from time to time. I think prevention is the best therapy.

    well done and great testimonial!!

Hey Naudi, just wanna say great video! You deliver great results, and have done what 99% of people said wasn't possible. Would you say that most scoliosis's can be corrected, the same way you corrected/improved Ashley's?
Also, what do you think of other approaches to scoliosis, such as scroth method, clear institute/chiropractic methods, and other things like atlas subluxations and flat/reduced cervical curves as the causes? I understand it's usually a plethora of things, and it's not as good as FP, but can there be some improvement?
Also, what do you think of dead-lifts and squats? I know from some of my research I think you said deadlifting is not a bad exercise, but isn't what you'd call the holy grail with regards to functional training.
Do you think people should bench, squat, etc., as long as they are doing it properly (which most people don't), and could someone with scoliosis corrected (like Ashley) start to squat/dead-lift, bench, etc.) again if he wanted to, or would it screw up his physique?
Also, since functional patterns methods work, and you can improve scoliosis, have you documented this and shared it with the medical community? Because it bugs me that they still use their conventional methods, but it won't change unless people who do things that work enlighten them.
Thank you for your time. God Bless.

Did you do the 10 week program first? How did you go about deciding which and what moves would best benefit your curves? I'd really like to give this program a try but don't know where to start. Or which movements would best benefit my curves. Would appreciate your input.

Ok, but how do you correct this? My S-Type scoliosis was caused by heavy back packs when I was a child. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor, physiotherapist, RMT, doctor and surgeon. I do inversion therapy, work out and also do Yoga and Pilates. My surgeon said the only way to correct this is by spinal surgery. Why or how is your methods/treatments different than others?

They incorporate correct tension patterns in the body where there is a lack while also releasing tight spots which are dehydrated. And the exercises follow human anatomy in a way which incorporates the whole body for movements in 3dimensional space. It's rewiring your body and the nervous system so to say with respect to how the body naturally is intended to work.

Very inspiring video. I've seen multiple coaches and spent over $10k trying to correct SIJ issues on the left. When doing the forward bend test, the left PSIS moves superior. The left PSIS also is in a more anterior position as it's less prominent. Everyone has said it's complicated! Do you have a video on this by any chance?

Hi Sir, I am 28 yrs old from Malaysia. I have been doing weightlifting about 2-3 yrs. Recently just check by a Chiropractor saying that I have right thoracic scoliosis. He asked me to stop squat and deadlift. He told me my scoliosis is around 25 degree something and it does not have any treatment. The good thing is 95% this scoliosis will not get worst. May I know can I get your help learn how to fix scoliosis seriously? Thank you.

If you want help you need to email them from their website and get in touch with a biomechanical specialist.
Your doctor Is trained in pathology and diagnosing conditions. No where in his study does he learn correcting musculoskeletal issues. That's why you need to know what the background knowledge of the practioner your seeing. If you go the a hospital, your doctors know nothing about correction procedures. Only surgical. It's the side of the industry where you have so much info to learn and your shut off from seeing what else goes on in world.

Hi Naudi, what is your take on foot raises if your scoliosis is functional due to a leg length discrepancy (Both my left fimur and tibia are longer then my right as measured by an xray) creating and S shape adaptive curve. This is throwing so much out of alignment and I'm not sure how to tackle this problem, your suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

its sad that "doctors" dont tell people about this i was diagnosed with scoliosis when i was 13 and i was weak even though i did not have back pain. so i when to the chiropractor and they told us to do back strengthing excersises that helped relieve the tightness. Today i still feel uncomforable at time but nothing as bad as before im even more flexible believe it or not even in elementary i couldnt touch my toes but now i can i would say to at least go to a chiropractor before you go to "doctors" because those specialize in your back and get different opinions before you get sergury. for me it was never even an option because of the risks.

I've had 2 rounds of steriod injections, RF facet joint denervation, physiotherapy, various drugs but nothing is working. I'm about to go for a new style denervation using a bigger needle and a camera into my lower back. If this doesn't work..... I'll have to save and come for treatment with your clinic :/
