@Squat University hi doc, what might be the case if u don't feel any pain but have a continuous weird feeling on your lowe back (like some kind of pressure or tightness but no pain)I have been dealing with it
Is it initiall stages of disc bulge?or is it hip mobility issue?I am still being able to squat and do workout but I feel this tightness)
I am from India unfortunately I won't be able to come and book an appointment at your clinic and get myself checked
Any help or suggestion to get this fixed will be appreciated thank you very much

I had back pain/strain from a poor form deadlift at about a 4-5 with the extension with rotation test on both legs. I did the McGill big 3 for 4 days now daily and the hip mobility exercise from this video and I’m at a 0 now with the retest . Thank you!!!!! Going to keep these exercises going daily up to stay maintain my health!

Literally, I deal with more low back pain than I'd care to admit....granted, none of it is from lifting. My back doesn't while lifting, but that's mostly thanks to your teachings on here! I just cant seem to figure out to keep my low back from hurting. Even doing simple Good Mornings tend to leave my lower back feeling weird.

Thanks, was very helpful! I figured out I have back pain only in the flexion position. Extension feels really good and laying flat on my stomach is great. Can even raise my legs and it feels perfect. Hoping for next week you maybe touch on flexion pain and how to resolve it as quickly as possible. Sumo deadlifts hurt my back as I was in flexion, but now that I focus on extension it’s getting way better and looking healthier. Still feel slight pain going between these positions so I would like to get better asap! Thanks again

Great videos. In a body weight deep squat, either my heels raise; or if i get heels on the ground, upper back starts to round & I lose balance. I do not get back pain, but I will get cracking noises in knees. I've been working on shoulder & ankle mobility, and I'm curious what else is predominantly causing back to round in the deep squat. I'm 6ft6

I used to go to the gym for a long time I started around November 2020 after a month while doing a wrong exercise ( I was doing tricep extension using the lat pulley in a hyperextended position ) I felt a sharp pain in my low back while releasing the rod and I was in a hyperextended position during the time of the pain I immediately left the rod and went back home. Thought it was a minor sprain and went back home. The next morning when I woke up it was stiff as hell and felt pain when I was straightening myself and getting upright. After a days break everything was fine/normal throughout the day but had a lot of pain during sleeping and waking up in the morning again
    Although I was continuing training.
After a month went to see an orthopaedic. Did some tests come out all negative and finally an x-ray though nothing came out as wrong in the x-ray my bones were fine doctor said to rest for 5 days and gave medications? Then again after that, I continued gymming. It's been 9 months since my pain hasn't left me and it still hurts in the same spot during early morning times. And now it's even started to hurt while I started playing football. The pain has not reached my legs it's localised only in my lumbar region. I don't know what to do pls can anyone tell me what should I do I'm only 18 yrs old. I informed my parents as well but they're saying that as per what doc. Said nothing's wrong in my bone.
The pain is more prevalent on the inner right side of the lumbar region

I've had a low back accident where I was sitting on a couch for about 45 mins and then when I tried to get up my lower back made a pop sound and I couldn't stand up. When I tried to stand up straight my spine would not let my torso posture up. It's now been 4 years and the pain hasn't went away, it's been more mild through through out the years but never fully recovered. What could it be?

It feels like a very localized pain half an inch to the right of my mid sacrum, and any kind of bending forward makes it worse.
