  • Flaxseed is popular for its fantastic source of Omega 3. It is also one of the favourite seeds for many bakers. But how to maximise its nutrient in your bake?     250g High protein flour (bread flour)
    50g Wholewheat flour
    60g sourdough starter
    230g water
    6g salt
    20g flaxseed
    *hydration adjust accordingly to flour used
