BMW X5 X6 F15/F85/E70 extended splines driveshaft installation (email to order)

- BMW X5/X6 have been plagued with the front driveshaft issues where ujoint would blow up and shaft would make a hole in the transmission housing or engine oil pan. This will also take out the transfer case splines and would result in extremely costly repairs (7-13k and weeks of downtime).
The actual issue is that the stock driveshaft only goes in about 20mm into the tcase leaving about 20mm more of the unused spline area inside the tcase. With such small contact surface this eventually will result in wear in both tcase and driveshaft splines causing excessive movement and stress on the ujoint closest to the tcase, wearing it prematurely and causing it to disintegrate taking out tcase and either motor or transmission.
I cMe up with a custom yoke mold that utilizes 20mm longer spline section, uses factory dust boot, as well as using larger ujoints that are now easily serviceable (UJ398 by SKF ), heavy duty yoke and differential flanges. My driveshaft will save you thousands and weeks of downtime and is designed for a piece of mind knowing that you wont end up blowing a tranny in the middle of nowhere. Nobody should blow a tranny and we are here to help you stay safe and sound.

Да, локальный производитель, они специализируются на гоночных машинах (шрусы/карданы) , многие 1000 лс и более, если есть желание, могу выслать , я купил кардан от автодрайвера, и, к сожалению, не очень, краска вся облезла еще в коробке, начал ржаветь моментально (скорее всего китай), я даже ставить не стал. У нас тут все серьезно, могу прислать (часто высылаю в канаду , Великобританию, австралию и тд )

@@victordonescu2036проверить просто, если есть ржавчина вокруг крестовины рядом с раздаточной коробкой, и верх/низ люфт в шлицевой части там где кардан входит в раздатку, это знак, что пора. Я высылаю по всему миру, от Австралии до Нидерландов

Yes they all have 866 shaft, unfortunately they are known to break at the ujoint

Is this what caused the judder problem at low rpm?
Loose driveshaft can cause noise and/or vibrations, its always a good idea to get under the car and check for slack in the splines (right next to the transfer case). Also a tell tale sign would be rusty ujoint. Definitely bad news and best thing to do would be to remove the shaft and place an order for upgraded shaft from me

I've got transfer case whining sounds and the garage found metal shavings in the t-case fluid so I'm in the market for a replacement. I may as well get the driveshaft replaced at the same time. Now let me see if I can find your email address somewhere
