Hi I have a bmw x5 f15 m 50i 2016 and I'm interested in the brakes kit upgrade about how much it would cost to get the kit shipped to me. I'll get it installed
Wish I would have seen this video years ago. I went with the M performance Brake kit. my rotors are 395x36 front and 385x24 rear vented not Drilled. Do you know if I can upgrade my rotors to the F85 X6M rotors? they are the same size but drilled and look better. Info will be appreciated. thank you.
@@daylanbrandback5224 kit is 2490, thats carbon ceramic pads, calipers completely gone through (hardware, seals, sandblast and paint), t7075 brackets , all the bolts necessary for the installation, rotors are not included with the kit , i will provide part numbers on what you need to work and install properly
@@BMWBAS you have to run 20” or larger , outer diameter of the tire stays the same per x5 platform (thats steels belts, rubber, ) , you are not gaining or loosing much there , but you are loosing 1lb per front rotor and about 5-6lb per caliper. This upgrade is offered for the ones that already have 20” wheels, please check out my other video with Porsche cayenne retrofit that is made to clear 19” wheels

Yes, parking brake function is unrelated to this installation, everything works as oem

Yes you can upgrade to f85 rotors, you also can upgrade to my rear full size 4 piston caliper to match the front looks and braking performance

Do you need to run a 20” wheel for this set up or will a 19” fit? That would counter the rational mass if you had to go up to 20”+
