We had a couple yearling bulls get into it once, it was a real fight, not just playing, and their mothers actually came over yelling at them and made them stop, it was funny

Years ago my son and I were Bow hunting and watched two big beef bull spar. As they pushed each other and their hooves scrambled and pushed for traction they drove stones out of the earth. And by stones I mean 80 -100 LBs STONES! We went down later when the bulls were gone. It was stunning. The force needed to drive those stones up out of the earth.

There’s a farmer who owns some of these in my area. My mum used to tell me when I was little that these cows looks like this because giants picked them up and dipped their ends in black paint to make them look extra special. I’ve continued this funny story with my 4 year old.

Nice to see them being themselves 💗. Your delight in your corner of heaven (Scotland) brings joy to me and I believe others. The music in this vid was awesome and I only ask you one favor - always use "I Fall Into You" as your lead-in. Hi, Now that was a bullfight. No guy in a golden jacket and pink socks required. Also nobody died. To me that's the best thing with bullfighting. No bull had to die for the entertainment.
On another note; if you, the reader, haven't watched the recommended video about these cattle, go do so ASAP. It's absolutely worth the time. It's gorgeously made. I might not have understood what they were saying as the Scottish is a tad strong, but I'm not a native in any kind of English, so I attribute it to me lacking. The video is fabulous even if I don't understand what they are saying. Yours, Ann

They are a bit smaller too than Bluto. Beautiful bulls. They were sure eyeballing you. I bet they were thinking "Come here lad. Stand over here I'll give ya a how do you do!" Then they got rid of that energy a bit and had a go at each other. That crush really is amazing. GREAT VIDEO! Thanks Graeme. LOVE the bulls. So glad your crush holds them. Still be on guard, when they were tussling, one bull got pushed pretty good by the other. A person on the other end if that would've flew across the yard. I love this show.
Could you arrange to hoist another cow that poops on your face?
    Priceless! Sileage?

Sooo many aspects to hoof trimming: type of breed/hoof, habitat terrain, anatomy, types of issues and how to specifically trim; phew, no wonder you love the job! So varied. It's a vocation.

I like the music that you play while hoof trimming is being done. I am a Canadian woman, listening and watching while I’m wintering in Mexico. You have a great set up.

I’m addicted to the Hoof Gp!! I’ve had 5 spinal surgeries due to degenerative disc disease and spending lots of time immobile like an old lame bull…I actually need my hooves trimmed since I can’t bend over since my spinal fusion. I’ve got $30 😂 unfortunately not enough for 1st class tickets to Canada and room and board.,,most expensive “hoof” trim in history 😁 I absolutely love this channel.,,one thing I noticed is my “favourite” channel changes over time, basically once I watch every episode on a channel a couple times I get bored but a long way from that here! The fact that Graeme went to camera school REALLY shows in the production value! I love the amazing sights from the drone!! It’s like being on vacation seeing all the beauty in another country from my own bed! I absolutely love his amazing family, coffee time is my favourite! Reminds me of when I used to work..barely awake… doing coffee making BEFORE anything else, lol. God bless the Hoof GP and his entire family! Cheers 🍻

Am in the United States born and raised around beef cattle on a ranch in New Mexico and never thought about trimming cattle feet but guess where I was raised was so rocky that it didn’t need to be done. Your squeeze chute is AWESOME!!! Keep up the great video and best of luck!!

It is very random the amount of people who say they have no idea why the videos came up on their suggested list, they have nothing to do with cows or farming but become hooked on this channel. I love seeing comments like that.
I only have 4 little mini cattle and had never searched for anything to do with cow's feet but one of his videos was on the suggested list one evening, the next thing I know it was about 4 hours later and I had learnt so much!

Homestead In The Highlands It is amazing how that happens isn’t it? I literally have never been on a working farm & have no idea how they work. I do know it is very difficult & demanding work that most of us don’t appreciate enough! 👩🏻‍🌾🧑🏽‍🌾

The first time I saw Belted Galloway cattle, I was still in high school. We had just left my sister at college, and we’re driving in Central Texas, when I spotted these black cows who all had the same white belly band.
    I shouted, “Look! Oreo cows!”

I was about to comment that I was told that the oreo cows are called Dutch Belted. Then I decided to google it. They are two different beasts. The Dutch is dairy while the galloway is beefers. Thank you for teaching me something new! Just do not ask me why I enjoy your videos, i mean your looks and accent are great but that would not keep my interest this long.

I really appreciate what you do for these animals. I’m in US, we don’t have people who trim hooves that I’m aware of. I grew cows & calves in high school. I like angus the best and really had nice cows, bred them artificially. We only had small farm, but l wanted to build houses. I just wish you didn’t have that accent. LOL l just found your channel, we’ll see if l stay around long enough to hit that button.
