I was a mechanic on a dairy farm, seeing these cows walk sometimes was painful to watch till the trimmers came, when they were done and hit the pen you actually seen them bounce and jump around in joy from the releif of pain.

It's amazing that all that's needed is a trim. Most family farms have someone within the family who's a ferrier or can clean and trim the hoofs until the ferrier arrives. No different than a man or woman needing a painful ingrown nail, bunion, corn, removed to stop the incessant pain that's caused while walking.

Ah yes that’s how I discovered hoof trimming videos then the next thing you know you’ve watched ten videos on 3 different channels and seen it done to cows ,horse’s a mini donkey and it’s 6 in the morning.

9 times out of 10 I come here for the trimming. The other one is for the awesome views from the drone of the Scottish countryside. So making Scotland one of my want to visit places. Great videos as always.

We do have beautiful scenery, a very rich history and if I say so myself the Scottish people are some of the friendliest in the world. As a Scot I love my country and love when I hear people wan to visit from other countries

It makes me feel so happy that when you finish each cow and they will instantly feel relief. They give their lives to produce calves and milk and should be treated with the utmost respect! 🥰🐮
I spent 28 years from when I was 12 onwards, loved every second, we had milkers on the farms I worked on, your right treat them with kindness and love as we did and you will have a happy cow. More is done now for there feet than was done I think in the 70s. Love watching every minute of you youchoob channel.

I never realized that cows had to have a pedicure. He does a good job of it, but forgetting nail polish.
I expect that one of these days we are gonna see a holstein with the prettiest pink hooves. Graeme seems to have that sort of humor.

My brother is a ferrier and he was working a horse with glitter and some sort of polyurethane all over it's hooves. It was so hard, it destroyed his rasp.

I’m a junior in dairy cow 4-h, ( last year I was a novice) and I have searched the web far and wide on education from the head of these animals to the hoof and I happened to stumble across on your amazing videos! We are building a barn and will soon be able to own a cow of my own and I’m glad that I have gained some knowledge about how important cow’s feet are! Thank you for what you do!! 🐄❤️

I don't even remember how I came across Graeme's channel but it's definitely interesting. I had been watching video's on shoe shining so the algorithm likely suggested it. Shining and care for $500 Allen Edmonds oxfords and hoof care. Silly me for not seeing the connection? hahaha

Just watched a few episodes for the first time, and love the program. You have put great balance into these presentations; the visual, audio (narrative as well as musical) and pace. I like to learn and your work is a gem for me. I turn 80 next Sunday and I can still remember visiting a great uncles cattle ranch in northeast California from age two to eight. Possibly the experience of those visits helps me but an added dimension into what I see here, smells. Thanks
I think your videos are up there in the "most satisfying to watch" class. Take in a dirty nasty overgrown hoof and they leave all painted and pretty!

What am I doing, I'm a 60 year old homemaker and I watch this channel everytime a video pops up. I just didn't know farmers put so much time and care into their animals,thanks for the education.

No fair I’m a trucker I like laughing. At other people when they’re having trouble backing up. LOL. Some days I couldn’t back in a straight line if my life depended on it.
Trucker here to. We all have days where we even mess up the easy backs 😂
Stephen Brown Retired trucker here. I watch guys with travel trailers, boats and so forth. Can’t back, but after a good laugh, I bail them out.
My brother tried to teach me to back up with a trailer several times. I never did get it correct...lol
Female here i grew up w my dad as a trucker and learned to back up our rigs plus change tires, oil ect on them before our personal vehicles. Traveled all over the States working for a cutting trainer and I have had to help so many ppl hook up and back up lol. A lot of friends still holler at me to come haul cattle or campers ect for them because they dnt know how.
Opposites apply when backing up, my dad always used to say. I’m pretty good at it. I drive a big Ford Expedition, people are amazed I drive it so well! I’m like outta my way! But there are times I find myself saying “turn left to go right”, “turn right to go left”🤣
I can’t be the only one that wants to see the cows trying out their new shoes...regardless I enjoy the videos

I have always wanted a cow of my own. They have the sweetest faces and lovely eyelashes. Thank you for helping them, given all the things they do for us. Indian people may be onto something for worshipping cows.😊
A tip for backing up from a truck driver.
When you hack up without a trailer if you turn the top of the wheel to the left you back up left. Same goes for right.
When you have a trailer pay attention to the bottom of the wheel. If the bottom of the wheel goes left the trailer will go left. Same goes for if it goes right the trailer goes right. This eases up the thought process and allows you to think about the finer details of your surroundings and backing up.
You may also want to take one of your GoPros and Bluetooth to it and put it to the back of the trailer so you can have a make shift backup camera.
Every time i see a car coming at you on the right side I think "OMG! It's on the wrong side of the road! Watch out!"

If you watch enough of his videos you will see that he is a very good drone pilot. Not sure if he has Craig use it too or not while driving or if they switch up driving the little truck.
Graeme is also very good with a camera besides video. Some of the shots I have seen on his videos could be prints for sale! Guy knows his lighting
The drone has a tracking function, so he can set it to follow a distance behind whilst driving.
