It's lovely to hear someone wax lyrical about a car they clearly love to bits, and thank you for using it every day. All this buying to speculate and keeping garaged is so against what Porsches are built for. I drive mine daily and have to pinch myself every time I get in it. I knew the mileage would affect the resale value when I bought it, but I factored it into my decision. Great video.
Same height and weight. Have a GT3 with comfort seats also. Compared to a Vette it isn’t too bad getting in and out. Tried buckets at dealership and immediately was a ‘no’
I currently own a 997.2 and love it although I am wanting to buy a used exotic with a $150k budget. I'm looking at an R8 V10, 570s, Ferrari 458, AMG GTR, Lambo gallardo, or maybe a 991 gt3. What's your opinion on the best "looking"?
992 GT3 is unfortunately flawed for street driving. Porsche made decisions regarding the suspension settings to set a Nurburgring lap time at the expense of street handling. The front end is way too darty on anything but perfectly smooth pavement, dampening is too rough and results in tramlining worse than any Porsche I have ever owned. On track however it’s an absolute delight. Thankfully Porsche fixed these suspension issues with the S/T and that car is absolute perfection on the streets, can’t stop driving mine it’s so good. Glad you are driving it, too many sit and gather dust.
Does that mean that swapping out the 992 GT3 coilover for the ST one should improve the ride significantly? I know ST changes is more than the Coilover and you get what I mean
@@lemaysanchez there’s not many regular gt3s in manual and I’m not as much of a fan of the touring. I like the wing 😂. Honestly I’ve had manual cars and yes there fun but to daily drive not so much.

@@bigladxx6819 thank you. Yes I don’t see how people own them and don’t drive them just about everyday. It never gets old I love it.
Love the verse of the day, keep it up!

Gts is appropriate for normal roads?
The quality is insane ❤

Change oil every 5k pls if not you can send the oil in to be tested and they will let you know exactly when you should be changing the oil
Love to see these cars being DRIVEN. Good on you
@@AdmiralDro yessir!
A low mileage Porsche is worth its weight in gold.
Why would you have a low mileage Porsche? They are built to drive! This bullshit about "save the car for the next person" is so stupid
Gt3 🔥 🔥🔥

@@tokesa2753 just looks alone. It’s hard but I’d prob say, 458 , r8, gt3, 570, amg, then lambo. Thats just my opinion though.
458 is not $150. I would say either R8 or 991.2 GT3.

It’s almost like it’s a fucking track car
If you live in Southern California, your Porsche belongs in the garage and taking out only on Weekends!

imagine the extra fun if you would have gotten it manual.

@@DillonWareham I too prefer the wing. I have a 992 GT3 manual, wing….for a daily for sure PDK but for purist fun you can’t beat manual.
