You've managed to make places like India and Japan genuinely entertaining for viewers like me, who normally aren't interested in those destinations. I've tried watching content about these places from other channels shortly after watching your stuff, and it's just not the same. So, wherever you go, pretty darn good chance we'll follow. Remember, you doing whatever the f*ck you want to do is what got you this far. I think your heart is telling you to come up with something compelling that aligns with what you truly want to do.

I feel you. Travel is tough. It can be fun, but it gets tiring. The constant lack of stability, the fleeting relationships, the deep conversations where you learn the deepest parts of someone, only to not see them again a week later. These experiences can be fulfilling, but eventually get tiring. Finding long term fulfillment is pretty hard when travelling, it tends to grow empty and vapid after a while and you yearn for some consistency and comfort from both your environment and the people around you.
I’ve been traveling full time for the last 2 years and this hits home. The only solution I can find is meet others that live this lifestyle and meet up with them in different countries
So, when I travel, I try to go to the same place twice. It could be staying for two nights at the same hotel, having a coffee twice in the same coffee shop, walking down the same street two times, and so forth. It is something that, for some weird reason, creates a warm feeling of belonging and it is cozy. By the way, it also works if you are visiting the same place during your second trip.
Welcome to your 30’s homie. My unsolicited advice is to not stop taking risks or pushing yourself, but don’t underestimate what a routine, some rest, and a home base can do for your mental and physical health. You have to figure out what you want to prioritize, how you want to spend your time, and figure out a longer term plan. Good luck man
Had a few long stints of full time travel in the last 5 years, you really do get a bit over it after a while. You start missing all the things you don’t currently have like friends and family close by. Now that I’m back home and I have all those things again I miss the traveling again, it really is a grass is greener situation.

There are downsides like having to work PST time so I opted to work a “night shift” and keeping sleep schedule limits time for others. There are pros and cons with it all.

Not sure how you’re managing all of those different tasks you mentioned (booking/editing/filming/etc) but I’ve always found it helpful to try and set aside days or times to take care of different things as needed. Realize it’s more difficult when traveling but maybe it would help to just plan the week ahead on Sundays or something. Maybe you’re already doing that but if not try it out. Take care!

Oooh. Just got to the end of the video. My mom did get very aggressive cancer while I was living abroad and I only had a couple weeks with her. Not very sexy at all. Fortunately I did go home for a few months from time to time to spend time with her before that.

Is it honestly worth being stationary in some US city anymore being a 9-5 slave or any hour wage slave? It really isn’t when housing has gotten so unaffordable and all the extras with it, you’re paying half your income nowadays to that in a lot of places…. With a country on such political uneasiness I’ll say with inflation that’s about to explode with every company doing layoffs or just not really hiring… people to busy “surviving” to even have a life, I don’t get it personally. New trend should be to just work as much as you can in a job or 2 for a stretch and go travel until you need to get more money again. Spend as little on housing as you can, and work on side gigs to have steady income from that eventually….. there is no culture and life in the us it’s a dying country, sure the infrastructure is amazing here for now but even that seems to be declining along with to many new people coming here(don’t censor me bots) causing to many issues…..

I feel you. Travel is tough. It can be fun, but it gets tiring.
