Curiosity is the great skillset of the future. Nothing you do is wasted.
We don't have to do it all by ourselves, we are never meant to. Remember shame wants to keep you alone, it will not survive if you share it with someone. Natural reflex is to armour up and hide when someone asked you how are you, so you need to feel safe, the culture, that's why some of us start with sharing to put others at ease and feeling safe. Sharing is vulnerable, no courage without vulnerability.

We are blessed to have you shake us up to seeing the need for a new something...However when that new shows suxcess we are in danger of developing a new ideology,that don’t work for long ever.Our polarized jumping from bandwagon to another do not work.Sorry the solution will come from a very empty space called being..

I used to be a whole-hearted fan .... but of late I feel like her stuff is uninspired and sounds like every other woke guru. I’m holding out for more soulful content, less topical chatter.
