    I'm 68. Second bout of breast cancer during lock-down, more surgery, radiation. I'm coming back to Pilates. There's so much I can't do yet. But after two classes I finally feel okay again. Thank you, Nicole.

    I’m in recovery from an eating disorder which took every bit of flesh that was available just to keep me alive. Now I’m putting on some weight to reach a healthy BMI and your pilates sessions help me rebuild all the muscles anorexia has managed to destroy in just one year.     Unfortunately I'll sound repetitive and say everything it's on the comments previous to mine: I discovered your routines during our quarantine in Madrid, and they're unlike most of other trainers: awesome content AND technical quality, there's no need to be looking at the screen as your guidance is smooth and assertive. The pace is perfect, the complementarity of the exercises...super full class, to be complemented by some stretching depending on one's schedule! Thanks A LOT for bringing your classes all around the globe into our houses :)

    This is the first longer online pilates class that doesn't make me want to check how much time has passed since the beginning - because it is so enjoyable! I started with the 20 minutes morning pilates 2 months ago and this 40-minute class is the perfect next step. I feel exerted and sweaty and thoroughly satisfied with my effort, and even if I can't yet do all the level 2-4 challenges, I intend to keep going until I can. Thanks so much, Nicole, your workouts are wonderful.

    i’m extremely unmotivated today, but i tried my best and did the practice although i couldn’t complete all of it i’m still proud of myself for trying, and for everyone who did this too, i hope i can be more motivated tomorrow to complete the practice, thank you again so much for this pilates workout!!

    the most amazing feeling after finishing your workouts! after forcing brutal and not effective workouts on my body, i started to feel pain in my shoulders and ankles (i‘m only 16 🤭) i discovered my love for gentle yet super hard and strengthening pilates

    Great class! Love that you chose to do a voiceover instead of talking through the exercises which in a lot of videos puts the counting way off. I barely had to look at the screen and this was my first time doing this workout! Love the intermediate to difficult movements with great stretching throughout. Got a good sweat going!

    I really liked this workout - the pacing is good and you allow for some restorative breath/checking in throughout which I really appreciated as it's a longer workout!

    Recovering from illness and this workout is my go-to routine whenever I have a brief absence from Pilates. It shows me how strong I am and can be, especially as each little series becomes easier. It’s a real lift to the self-esteem 😅

    As a cyclist, your videos have helped so much with imbalances from repetitive use. (hip flexor work, gluteus medius, etc.) Also really appreciate the variety of your exercises and the tips to make them more effective.

    Just wanted to tell that you've got a new fan! I found your routines a couple of weeks ago (actually youtube found me... jeje) and I absolutely love them!!! Ive been practising pilates for 10 years and it was becoming difficult to practice during quarantine... between work and etc. I feel all my body today, the variety of exercise are excellent and the rhythm too.     On another note....
    Question, being in my forties now I feel like no matter what I do I can not get my flexibility back. Women to women, I almost feel like it is part do to being celibate. Honestly. Like cause I am not using some of those hidden muscles my good flexibility and great lengths have left me. Can you assist me in recommending anything to help with this?

      When it comes to your flexibility, I'd recommend incorporating yoga into your routine if you don't already! Yoga and pilates, for me, is the perfect mix of strengthening and stretching! 😊❤️

    I've been doing Pilates at a gym for one year but i've just quit my membership and wanted a good home pilates practice.
