海鮮醬2湯匙
玫瑰露酒1湯匙
(可用任何廚用酒)
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp Mei Kuei Lu Chiew
(Can use any cooking wine)

蠔油,蜜糖家中都有,我試下😋😋😋
用氣炸煱真是方便簡單又慳油,時間和温庹容易控制,顏色又靚自己隨意控制,加上玫瑰露酒,更正色香味俱全,好想食呀 !😀😀😀

多謝分享。不過想講梅頭同柳梅好似係唔同部位。Pork Tenderloin 冇錯係柳梅。但梅頭好似係Pork Shoulder 或 Pork Butt。

你買的梅頭肉182克, 大約是我用的1/4分量,我沒有試過用少份量, 你的份量很少要小心焗, 肉不要鎅開, 過火會嚡, 醃料份量跟我食譜減3/4。

可否用南乳同埋蠔油代替海鮮醬叉燒醬
如果沒有海鮮醬和叉燒醬, 用其它醬料都可以, 按自己口味調教。
