    Hello Dr Nikhil!!
    I'm currently a third year medical student, and had doubts regarding prep for NExT exam ,
    How shld I go about completing my first reading for all the subjects . ..there's always so much confusion while reading.. like if I do fourth year subjects ....but then I'll end up lagging in PSM and worry about first year subjects completion.
    And if NExT happens like in a year ..to just think about it is really scary ..
    So could u please guide us on this like how to make a proper time table for completing the subjects !!🙏
    Great interview btw👏👏 and
    Congratulations to u and Tanvi didi 🎉🎉

    What would you suggest
    Should i opt for marrow only test series plan or test series plus question bank
    Following dams for notes

    • @doctor_nikhil
      @doctor_nikhil  ปีที่แล้ว

      Marrow only test series along with Dams notes is something which I followed and it worked wonderfully for me. In case you are still unsure, you can contact me on Instagram. - Tanvi Garg

    Should final year student give grand test even if whole syllabus is not complete...as we are not sure yet about neet/next?

    • @tanvigarg4696
      @tanvigarg4696 ปีที่แล้ว

      You should! If you have started studying you definitely should start giving GTs as well!

    • @doctor_nikhil
      @doctor_nikhil  ปีที่แล้ว

      NEET or NExT, it’s ultimately a medical exam! The syllabus won’t change, question pattern will most likely be clinical only, so why let it affect preparation?
      Think about it: what is a better choice- delay giving GTs because of an uncertainty you can’t control, or start giving GTs and do what you CAN control?
      Getting started will take you more ahead than worrying about uncertainty. Even if some NExT update comes up, you’ll only have to change the strategy a bit. Still you’ll have an edge since you would have begun already.

    Hello nikhil.... I m preparing from home and not having any study partner... Is it possible to maintain consistency throughout the year for me.... Or should i move to my college city

    • @doctor_nikhil
      @doctor_nikhil  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Can maintain consistency even without a study partner, but depends from person to person.
      And study partners can stay connected online too, not necessary to actually be together. I think you shouldn’t move to college city, it can be more taxing. Better to stay home where you can prepare in a more relaxed manner, and also parents’ support helps a lot.
      You can also find a study partner by asking on groups of NEET-PG or exam prep on Telegram.
      Hope this helps :)

    Any advice for 3rd prof students?

    • @doctor_nikhil
      @doctor_nikhil  ปีที่แล้ว

      You got time in this period to finish up a large part of the syllabus! Start doing classes if you haven’t already, clear concepts, make notes, and continue the same in final year. You can manage this along with other misc activities too in 3rd year. It gets busier in final year though. The earlier you finish classes and clearing concepts in first read, the earlier you’ll be able to begin with SWTs and GTs.

    I’m an intern, I haven’t watched any videos of medicine, and I’m a marrow user. It isn’t possible to watch them now. What is the alternative?

    • @doctor_nikhil
      @doctor_nikhil  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Since you can’t read full Medicine, guide your study with PYQs.
      Do PYQs of Medicine and note down the PYQ topics. Then do videos after turning on Intern Mode in Marrow, that will reduce the number. Try making notes yourself of PYQ topics, rest all refer to already provided notes. Or else if time seems too low skip making own notes entirely.
      You might have to cut down some time from your top 3 strongest subjects and allot them to Medicine.
      In any case, PYQ topics should be done well
