ok..it is good idea.. but the video was just about few words right!? what about those huge laws of Physics and Chemistry and those concepts of Biology? how to work this trick with them? i need help. Please tell me how should i do.

hi im a student strugling to memorise for exams i do psychology at A level. Allthough i do think this memorisation technique is great i dont get how it would or can be aplied to information we have to learn for the exam for example would you have to link a visual aid for every word and if not then how will you be able to construct a sentance or essay from individual memorised words. Please help. Thanks

That's truly amazing how memory works, with just verbal memory, I honestly couldn't confidently say I would remember even 5 of the words presented. With visual memory, and a connected storyline I was able to work from the first part of the story and memorize all 15 words pretty easily.

Wow, I was taught to learn like this in my school... We used to have many workshops that specifically focused on topics like these... bought back memories...
I got 5 in verbal and got 12 in visual
I realize that it was easier when i see things and imagining it, in my memories it makes me remember some of the details. I always do the verbal when I do memorizing because usually, I read our lessons and it's kinda hard to imagine the words without even seeing pictures.

I know, but i litterally have to memorize a 1000-word essay for my school.
Verbal - 8, Visual - 15 (Correct Order), embedding the information within a plot, within a story helped a lot. Also, because the plot was a bit absurd, it helped me remember the words even better. Kudos to your creativity! Thank you for sharing this awesome technique with me!

I only managed to remember 7 with verbal but all 15 with Visual. I found this to be amazing and definitely want to learn more about how to use my visual memory. Thank you for showing me this way to tap into my memory.
I got distracted when you listed more than 10 words, had a loud ass TV playing Curious George for my baby brother, and my Mom talking to her friends on the speaker phone. Still got 15/15 for Visual Memory which is amazing in comparison to the 6/10 for Verbal Memory.

Thank you! I purchased the entire series. I've already got the first 20 memorized...very easily. I am also putting tiny pictures representing each element (based on the video series) into a blank periodic table, so I can print it out and study/memorize it without having to watch the videos every time. Such a great help! :)

I tried associating words and visualizing drawings
they take more effort but are easier to remember those 10 words.

I took the quizz and my verbal memory score is 9/10 while my visual memory is 15/15. It's very effective.

I converted the the words in the verbal memory part into visual memory by linking each other into a story
As a result,I got 10 out of 10 in the verbal memory in the second attempt ..even though it was not really verbal at that point...Amazing vid btw..thanks
He is correct. I only remember 5 words out of the 10 the first time with my verbal memory. Then when I listen to that ridiculous story and visualize everything that was happening. I recalled all 15 events in order.
