Can we do heavy workout after bancart sugary I have bancart ka tear hai mri me dikh ra hai but Is bat ko 1 2 sal ho gaya and abhi me heavy workout kar sakta hu and sab kar sakta hu but thoda pain hota hai kabi kabhi kya surgery karni padegi ya koi or suggestions batao Dr ji mene physical therapy kia hai for 15 days after injury uske bad pain nahi tha but abhi is sal se work-out suru kia to thoda pain hota hai pls help

I, 72 years old,fell down on 10th April 2022 and suffered hair fractures in the upper part of humerus bone. No surgery, but with the medicines asadvised by a doctor ,it was ok and was advised for physiotherapy for rotator cuff problem. I am doing it for more than a month .It is improving slowly, but sometimes I feel pain internally. Should I adopt the exercises that you have demonstrated?
