Sir I have undergone ORIF surgery with plating in right shoulder two months ago. Kindly advise for exercise,as I am facing difficulty in movement/stiffness in shoulder.

Oh my God! I went through this operation. It was hell untill i removed the plate off in 7 months. Tis was my worst experience in life - pain 24 hrs, incapability to walk.
