Only 1 gear. I expect there will be two or 3 speed transmissions as time goes on. In the 1950's and 60's we had 3-speed transmissions, now we have 10, and trucks have as many as 16 speeds.

Hey ys Kong went to try the climb last Sunday did it 2 times from the half way mark as my hotel was there. Quite a fun road to be on alot of give and take with the locals. Followed your lines. I notice alot of people cook their brakes going down and not use engine breaking. You can actually smell the matalic smell going down. Had to use d1 and slowly go down. Cheers!
some how throw back the memory of the science fiction movie "back to the future" when the rocket car (DELOREAN DMC-12) travelling time space... back to the reality, after every corner, the torque roar fiercely with no hesitation, a very nice EV car. Thanks to Uncle Khong's advise while roaring this machine aggressively.
Hahaha, you probably aren't going fast enough. The ipedal is what you are referring to here, and it works, but only up to a point. If you go faster you will need to BRAKE ( not break).
This must be one of your shorter videos, coz the drive up and down is so much faster! So effortless, and u don't even need to shout over the usual cabin noises. Lol.

this EV handles very smoothly over the run compares with the all the previous ICE premium sports sedan tested. Almost no jittery movement over uneven corners and broken surfaces. This don,t even pretend to be a sport SUV,
If I have a chance to join uncle , I must be a very excited person in the world..just wanna be a passenger ..uncle is my idolaaaa coz driving a silent car but very2 fast..not like the other outside the car is sooo noisy and somtimes explode pooomm2 but the car so so only..iyeeeek
Really beautiful car especially at night. Saw a silver car one time with a company stickers from some kind of energy tech company. Started with 315km on sport... 330km on eco... At the end of the run on sport its only left with 172km haha. I wonder how much would it it be able to regenerate if eco mode is back on the downhill.
Sounds like you have the artificial sound set to "Cyber". It's a cool sound but would probably get annoying after a while. There are other options, and of course Off.
I think the whining sound is artificial. I don't drive fast but I watch videos to learn how to take corners if I need to. You are amazing Uncle. All your videos are very good which puts smiles on the face
Not only the car is fast, the remaining KM also drain fast. From bottom to Gotong Jaya used up 60km of battery. The car scary fast & battery drain scary fast too. LoL

Nothing much to do a video on. Charging cost depends on which station charges how much. We used up 4p percent from PJ up the mountain driving hard and back. No need video, just the numbers.

When I first sat in this car last year in Korea (it was a taxi), I was stunned at how quiet and beautiful the car is. But the price in Malaysia 😭

Sound can be turned off, I think. There is no hud, or at least I do not remember seeing any.

It's not a direct SUV, its built as a crossover design. The Ford Mustang Mach-E is a direct design SUV.
