    Flo! Thank you for all the guy videos! My 16-year-old son is starting to find his inner yogi thanks to you (and Bre)! He even asked for "a meditation poncho like Flo's" for Christmas! You two are changing our family's lifestyle for the better and I couldn't appreciate it more! Its great to see a productive power couple promoting the practice in such a pure way!

    Wow, I experienced a great fitness breakthrough on this video! I broke my right foot and sprained my ankle quite badly about a year and a half ago. After it healed, I had lost a lot of strength and muscle in my right leg. I jumped back into running right away, but my leg continued to hurt, so instead I tried to address the strength imballance with calisthenics and weigh lifting. I built back all of the muscle and most of the strength, but even 1.5 years later I still had a noticeable ballance, stability and mobility deficit in my right leg. Finally, during quarantine I started doing these yoga classes, and immediately started improving. This was the first class where I found I could ballance and hold poses on my right leg just as well as on my left. 1 month of yoga fixed what 1.5 years of weightlifting and running could not. Thank you for helping me!

    I and my boyfriend started doing yoga every other day thanks to you, Flo. My boyfriend was a bit skeptical about practising yoga at the beginning, but now he is more excited than I am for the evening yoga session. Finding the right teacher who encourages the beginners and advise us to focus more on breathing than poses helped us continue, thank you! We are watching your old videos for beginner and slow yoga for 45 min repeatedly for our sessions, as it is less intense and fitting to our level. We look forward to more contents like them as well :) Thank you so much for all your videos and encouragement!

    Hello flow, thank you once again for putting this videos on TH-cam. I don’t always view you show in sequence. A random fashion seems to work best to fulfill immediate needs of the body. Regardless of the order, I find them just the right amount and subject, as well as enjoyable. Namaste.

    I really enjoyed the bit you added about the parasympathetic nervous system aka rest and I digest (heal and feel system). I work as a health coach and it is so important to shift from sympathetic to parasympathetic and I loved that you added that in. You guys are great, I love your practice. I’ve been doing it daily for months now and my body feels great. Let me know if you ever want to partner up for something. I can feature you during one of my events or talks. Really enjoy both yours and Bre’s message and guidance.

    This was an excellent practice, thank you. The only pause I had difficulties with was the flying flamingo. I did not know which modification to take in order to keep my balance. If you have suggestions that would be great. 🙏🏼

    I absolutely love your yoga for men series! I love the challenge and how much strength work is incorporated, which I haven't had much luck finding in other yoga videos. I get sooo excited when I can complete at least 90% of your videos, although that pistol squat is near impossible for me. Some requests if I may: longer hour videos (although I know you mention they are available on Patreon) and some exercises to help with the dreaded pistol squat. Thank you for your content!

    I have been suffering depression and anxiety for the last few months. Seen the doctor and have medication but also started a self help process. I’ve loved the yoga Flo though it’s too hard at times. It makes me feel calm and steady and miss it if I don’t do it. Tried a guided meditation last night and loved the calm positive feelings.

    Hi! I have enjoyed this whole series. Thank you! I would enjoy very much some traditional finishing postures too, such as wheel, halasana, shoulder stand, headstand, fish, etc. BEST REGARDS and NAMASTE

      We never teach shoulder stand or headstand, especially not fish as they're too dangerous compared to their benefits. Wheel is a good pose to do if you sequenced correctly and upleveled for a backbend like this, which is not the case in this class. There is a lot of methodology behind our sequencing and you cannot just through in a wheel or headstand in the end out of the blue. But if this feels good for you then do it. Only because we do not offer it does not mean that you shouldn't or can't do it 🙏

    Started these classes a month ago to help recover my blown out knee from dancing. Flash forward to now and my knee is feeling better than ever and i’ve been able to start dancing again! Thank you

    Focusing on the breath, didn’t get to flamingo pose, but الحمد لله i was able to control the other poses better and sync them up better with my breath

    Grateful to both of you for keeping doing some classes, it helps a lot especially nowadays where everyone needs some more inner peace! Have a question i would be grateful if you could answer roughly; how do you compose your classes all along the week? I get the balance between some stronger ones and some more yin focus let's say but then would you include a little bit of everything everyday or one day focused on twist, next day on stretch.. i hope i made myself clear here :) lovely if you can answer that!

      In our personal practice we step on the mat and the practice unfolds as we flow and listen to our body what it needs. Generally we go strong five days a week and gentle two days a week. Every practice is full body as movement is always a full body effort. But we do work on specific things daily too like for example handstands.

    At last...I damaged my large toe years ago and as a result I lost full motion and it was a bit arthritic. So, any low lunges etc on the right side were a bit tricky. I've followed this series, practicing every day and finally with a bit of a creaking and popping the flexibility in the toe has returned and my right side lunges mirror my left. I've been on this channel for over a year now and personally feel it's the best out there...
