    Not that this is relevant to anything but I have actually seen physical changes in my body by practicing Breathe and Flow yoga every morning. Not only am I chisel but I'm also becoming more spiritually in tune with my environment and calmer in stressful situations at work or driving in New Jersey traffic lol Thank you guys and I appreciate all your videos!! Keep 'em comin!

    I never would have started Yoga if it wasn't for the Yoga for Men episodes you have created. I've been though a lot of other classes on youtube and they all seem like a lot of 'namaste and hair flicks' so I completely agree with your comments a few videos back about being more inclusive for men. Being a fellow psychonaut might have helped too. Thank you for the videos.

    Every epsiode has its challenges, still trying to slow my breath down after chaturanga-upward facing dog. Everytime Flo counts down I'm waiting for the 3... 2... 1 and a half. Keep the great work up!

    Thanks, these series of yoga classes have helped this 60 y/o male with my Lower Back Pain and hip bursitis. And if I can add, some stress relief as well during this pandemic in 🇺🇸 California.

    Finished the IGNITE programme and returned to these practices, and found today quite challenging, really worked up a sweat!! Thank you for your videos, they’ve really helped me, I’ve completed 75 days of yoga, everyday now and find it has changed my life. Namaste

    I have been practicing with Breathe and Flow for two moths or so now, and a had really noticed a diference in my body and mind, my muscles are more strong a difined, I get to the end of the practice without get too tired, and my ansity has vanised compered to months ago. Thank you so much for the amazing job! Gratitude!!

    All of your exercises are so great! I can feel the benefits right after the end of the practice and it Lasts for the rest of the day. Also, it is helping on how I deal with the daily issues.     Awesome class my good man! That 90/90 was a new one for me! The right side of my body said, “Yeah jive turkey! I can do this pose fine.” The left side of my body said, “Uhhhh....I cant stretch like that yet you JT! Is you crazy?!” Hahaha! I love the location you filmed this in.
