The first time i did this class I did not enjoy it. Fast forward a year or so, I’ve been practicing daily with B and F and this was very enjoyable. Thanks for getting me in shape physically and mentally so that I now enjoy the challenging classes.

Perfect. Absolutely beautiful. Slow enough to not get lost in instruction, slow enough to really feel the strength. Fast enough to add variety and interest and to be able to really focus on breath. This is my favourite class so far across all the channels I have tried. Thank you ❤
Been doing your classes intermittently for about 2 years. In the last 6 months I've ramped it up so I'm doing 3 or 4 a week now. Slowly repeating these first ten yoga for men classes and now making my way through up to this one (best so far at this slightly faster speed IMO) and I've not been as fit/strong/flexible since my twenties (I'm 45). Also an ex skater/snowboarder with ancient back and shoulder injuries and I came to yoga to help cure those but inadvertently got fit and strong so a BIG thanks Flo and keep going. Love your style

Ive seen around 40 different videos of yours so far (patreon member as well) -And id say this episode is my favorite. its the most balanced for me. It works in the strength, the flow, and the short holds on some tights spots for me (I.T. band, both flanks, lower back, upper shoulders). Hey Flo, just wanted to say huge thank you for your videos/this course. I have been trying to get into yoga for years but could never stick to it - but your teaching/this course has changed that. I've been doing stretching and mobility stuff for over a year but one month of this course has made a larger impact on hip mobility etc. than anything else I've done in the past 12 months. Its also really improved my guard game and general movement in BJJ. Thank you again

Guten Tag! another great class ! thank you so much Flow! i started practicing with you last summer when I was looking into short stretching routines. I am now doing these half hour and hour long classes with you nearly weekly since Christmas or So. I've been practicing yoga since 2oo8 , when i started taking Hatha style classes in Art College. So that is my foundation. i was taking yoga classes at a YMCA before I moved to Rural Western United States. But living in the city was very chaotic, and my housing was very unstable so I wasn't getting to class weekly, which is ideal for me. where I had been out of practice, or at regularly for a year or more. It has been amazing to practice with you. I am still going into child's pose a lot, and seated :p - but I push myself a little more each week and have been gaining in strength and mindfulness. thanks to you and Bre! - I just skipped to this video since the thumbnail was so endearing, but I am about halfway through this series, as I do classes multiple times to try and pick up on the progression as I grow Stronger. thanks so much for helping me to live my wholistically Health best self! p.s. i am very grateful that you made the Chavasana part a bit longer at the end . it is nice to stick with the teacher a bit longer. and as I have been unable to get my youtube program to stop from skipping to the next program which interrupts my Chavasana practice. i like to practice an intensive Yoga class at the beginning of the week - and a more yin / restorative style class with longer poses at the end of the week - that will be great this winter as well - I will snoop around and see what you have in this area - thanks again ! :D

One question I'd love your help with, I'm finding it practically impossible to fold forward and open my legs in seated straddle forward fold. Can you help me understand which mobility exercises I should try to improve my folding?
