  • In this vinyasa Breathe and Flow yoga for men class you will work on core, upper body strength and hamstring openers. All you need is a mat and if you have two blocks and then you're good to go to follow-along. You will be connecting breath to movement as you flow through this sequence and hopefully connect to that state within which is pure peace, stillness and focus.

    The difference between breathe and flow and other yogis on TH-cam is the manner in which you instruct the poses. "push the ground away, tuck your tailbone", "round your back", etc. It seems unordinary but this channel's way of explaining the poses in simple ways I with adhd can understand is a blessing. I can't find any other yogi here on TH-cam that keep me on board with the poses without having to look at the screen.

    Can’t believe I’ve only found this channel now, what you both do is superb. I’ve always put too much pressure on how I look and spent hours in the gym lifting weights. Now I have found you there isn’t so much pressure and I can begin every day, calm and relaxed. I would love it if at the end of your videos you could leave us with 90 seconds of meditation music to finish. Thank you and please keep the videos coming.

    So with Embark, Ignite, and working through 4 episodes so far of Yoga For Men last week w/ 3 of Bre's videos mixed in, I am at 42 days in a row! Can't believe. I've NEVER been this committed to any "exercise program"...for lack of a better phrase. TY as always Bre and Flo, Namaste friends

    I do a lot of kicking in martial arts and I love to see a yoga routine that really focuses on stretching the groin and hips to make kicks better

    Awesome class. A lesion in the shoulder took a lot of my strength. Now, after 4 months I'm returning. Not strong enough to do it all, but it's just a matter of time.

    These 30 minute yoga-for-men videos are THE BEST. A lot more a strength workout than any TH-cam yoga practices I’ve found. And I can easily fit them into my day! Keep it up!!!

    I loved this class. I have a knee that needs TLC every day to get going and this practice was both strengthening and kind to the knees. I saved it to my favorite routines list. You’re the best yoga channel on TH-cam, I don’t know how you don’t have a zillion followers yet.

    Thank you again. I always write a message thanking the teachers for taking their time. I'm a musician myself and there is nothing more discouraging as not being appreciated for for your effort, most people listen to music or watch videos for free, so the least you would expect in return is a tiny thank you! I always try to see people and thank them for their effort.

    5/17/22 Day 5: I'm working through this series on my "off days" from my regular bodyweight workout series and I have to say that this is just as hard if not harder to fully complete.
    I'm still a pretty long way off from being able to do the moves as our instructor but I can tell the difference in my body already.
    I'm less achy, have more energy, and my thought process is quicker and less cloudy.
    I truly don't understand why this type of workout/practice isn't taught in school as a staple of healthy living.

    I enjoyed this class in particular because of the moving poses between triangle and the sort of twisted lunge. Would love more of these kind of moving repetitions!!

    At 57, and about 6 months in my practice, I find many of your poses too challenging, however with modifications I am able to keep up, and I seriously feel myself getting stronger and more flexible, as well as developing aa deeper conation with my breath. Once I finish this seires, I plan to do the whole thing over from the beginning, and see if I Cana flow with greater ease. Great classes.

    Hi Flo. I’m really grateful that you make another episode of yoga for men !
    I have practice with the other 4 videos of yoga for men many times now.
    What I would really appreciate is that they were longer , like 1 hour (because for example today I had to do this video and another one of 30 minutes)

For longer videos I recommend my 28 day yoga program: th-cam.com/play/PLBfRLLhSBb-AIDv1ThItM--JGiwCZfH8V.html Longer classes will also come in March and April, but currently the strategy is shorter classes under 30 minutes as well as more meditations and pranayama. If you do a 30ish minute class I recommend doing 10 minutes of pranayama and 20 minutes of meditation after for best results.

    Excellent video flow! I am extremely grateful to have found this series as you are an excellent teacher and it provides the level of challenge I have been looking for. Doing one almost every day. The standing balance sequences with warrior 3 and half moon pose have really done wonders for my sciatica prone left hip. Thanks again for the amazing content!
