No, the Black Prince is an entirely different tank, based on the Churchill's design trying to field the 17pdr (the similarities are superficial). BP was intended as the Churchill's replacement, and found lacking against the Centurion, and also upgraded by the IDF, which is the link for this what-if.

How did you create the large rust patch on the right-rear of the Churchill?
That was from a coaching demo session. Layered rust + top colors, then chipped, with a little OPR afterwards. Same as I always showcase. ;)
