I imagine most who watch are modelers. I am not a modeler. And this may sound strange since I am not a modeler, but I sincerely enjoy watching the process. I’m absolutely amazed at watching such bland little parts out together into their respective finished product(s). Looking forward to seeing your next project, sir!
Great job on the little Churchill. I enjoy the ease in which you scratch build most of your accessories. Which reminds me how much better I can make my own builds. Thanks David! Congrats on the tank!
The NA 75 conversion was mainly used in Italy where the higher HE capacity of the '75 shell was considered more useful than the 6 pdr anti-tank round. Later models were fitted with the 'Ordnance QF 75 mm' as standard. This was essentially a converted 6 pounder! Some Churchills retained the 6 pdr for anti-tank work, about one per troop.
I also use matte varnish under my oils. Matte varnish works by having more tooth/grain to its surface, diffusing the light that hits it. This tooth/grain exerts a capilary action on the thinned oils pulling it across the surface of the model with decreasing intensity. This makes for fantasic gradients in tone. I also recently discovered VMS Oil Expert. It works as an oil thinner but speeds up the drying time of the oils.

That is a stunning tank Plasmo! And I can't wait to see how you incorporate 3D printing into your models - I've started playing around with 3D printed parts too, and I'd love to see how a master builder works with them!!
Wow that came out nice! :-) You know what impresses me watching your videos? The models always look big when they're by themselves, but when I see you holding it I can't believe how tiny they are! And being that small really requires a lot of patience painting in the details! Nice work as always!! :-)
Ha ! This turned out great ! Love how you opted to leave one of the tread fenders off, as if it was broke / lost during battle ! Hope to see more Dragon kits in 1/72 scale from you !
Simply amazing results as always. Cutting off and using the track bits was clever and accurate. Removing some track covers was clever. I like the antennae detail.
I like very much how you work at this small scale Churchill tank ,with so many details and accessories , the bicycle is great and the bucket to. The weathering process is amazing and make from this tank to look so real . Thank you for sharing !👏👏👏🏆🥇👍
Great work - when you remove the coin as a size reference the finished kit could easily be mistaken for 1/35 scale. Thanks for another excellent video.
Simple model - OK.😁 It looks fantastic. Of course it does; your models always do but the most noticeable thing (to me, anyway) it looks like a *metal* kit. I think the putty, added to the "cast" surfaces, made a huge diiference to the overall appearance and, of course, the *bike* adds the perfect finishing touch.🚲 Cheers for now, Dougie.
churchill NA75 is a battlefield workshop conversion of the churchill mkIII. The gun and mantled were taken from a sherman tank and put on the churchill. The NA stands for NA africa since thats where these conversions took place.
Please forgive the unsolicited advice, especially since you are light years ahead of me in this craft, but check photo sources for chipped road wheels. I crewed a Bradley AFV in Iraq, and we always had the rubber on the road wheels chip because of debris between the track and the wheel, especially when turning quickly. I see models with really weathered chassis and turrets but perfect road wheels and it seems like a missed opportunity. Thank you, and please keep making these great videos of truly excellent models.

The dragon kits I have come with about 500 parts just for the tracks. Not used to seeing such a simple kit from them.
