Just started trying to lose weight again yesterday, starting tracking what I eat, and bought a bike, downloaded an weight lose workout, app. First I cycle for 10 min then I do the workout app thing (takes also about 10 min) and then I end with on of Joe's vids (today I don't have much time so I picked this video tomorrow im off and I pick a longer one, how does that sound?

Right so did this tabata twice with a 30 second break in between (who do I think I am!) first workout I burnt 150 calories and second time 165 calories however the last 4 minutes were DIFFICULT!! thanks I loved it!! ❤
Was doing ur videos a while back. Got a 2nd job n everything just went on the back burner. Id try gym but bc my friends were pushing me to go on my days off. Ive been so tired n then i quit my 2nd job n found it so hard to get back into it 😮💨. Went to the gym a couple times but just wasnt comfortable n now this is my 2nd day back to it with this video. N i rly hope i stick with it. It was ely rly hard to get myseld to do it. Spent couple hrs on the couch bout to go to bed n i somehow got up and just did the 12 min video. Phew. Here we go!! anyone get results from doing just these 12 minute videos every other day? I recently lost 50 lbs and then fell of my consistency for 6 months after a car accident that totaled my car and jeapordized my housing situation so needless to say i was a depressed wreck for 6 months.. now im trying to get back into the grind but finding it harder to find the motivation as im still skinny and dont have the 50 lbs of fat motivating me however i did notice after 6 months of falling off and only exersizing maybe once a week i feel so flabby despite not gaining weight and i want the flab to be gone and fast hopefully just doing these 12-20 minute videos every other day will be enough to get me back to were i was as i dont have the level of commitment i had before lol i was walking 5 miles daily as well as doing her 20-30 minute videos and i had no damn life haha
I have a cold and have been coughing for a week, struggling to get back on track, loved this! It’s nice and short, and the 20 seconds of action with 10 seconds of chill steps is really nice! It’s short which makes the workout feel even quicker. I’m sweating like I’ve been sitting in the sun on the beach all day, which is nice after even struggling to just chew the past week. The quickness of it makes it nice to do twice a day, and I feel much more courage to continue! I struggle with workouts more than 16 minutes and this was a very nice break from sitting down all week haha
I can tolerate ads at the beginning and the end of a video. But in the middle of a workout exercice it’s just a joke…
