Orca slicer can connect without rooting. The drop down list of connectivity options has a choice for Creality Print as the OS, which works perfectly in Orca.

I love my ke!! And my og ender lol.
For the ke: do not switch to the “upgraded” Creality hot end with the long unicorn nozzle!!
Heat block and screws with come out and damage your printer like mine!
Ps, if you happen to have a terrible mess/clog and need to replace the hot end, just use the original parts.

The loose bed may not be helping, but your biggest problem is having the spool mounted on top of a wobbly frame. Remote mount the spool of filament to get much better prints :)

My V3 KE Printer arrived with a faulty CR-Touch sensor. Took a month to resolve that. 8 weeks later the Y limit switch failure and no response from support. Bed must also be warped beyond what auto-levelling can cope with, as it kept burying the nozzle and wound up coating the hot-end in melted filament (and filled the sock). Going for a high-end (non-Creality) printer next. Really appalled at Creality customer service.
