      Smoothie, because I would feel bad to throw the vegetables rests from which extracting the juice...Do you have any ideas what I could make with it?

      Right now, I am a smoothie lover. I drink mine for breakfast for the same reason you stated. They make me feel fuller for a longer time.

    i'm a smoothie person for sure.. i add apple and beet to my smoothies as well i just blend them little more also i don't mind if some pieces don't blend properly.. all I want is nutrition

    I am a smoothie fan. I always use enemas with any detox drinks, smoothies, diets and fasting because of the detoxing side effects.

    Juice!!!!!!! 💯 and strawberry/cherry/blueberry milkshakes. I like high fat drinks and minimal fiber. Coconut mixtos, raw milk shakes, or straight juice.

    Smoothies of you had to pick from the 2, at least it offers more fiber and satiation compared to just squeezing out the juice

    smol tip:
    if u do voiceover anways: to make for greater smiles during the voice over'd footage tell the camera guy to do/say silly stuff behind the camera so ur smiles r actual laughting...we wont hear anything in the edited version anyways 😛
    (and no it didnt look "too fake" but still one could tell its a "for the camera" smile rather than a "LUL" smile 😋)

    Whole food plant based high fiber nutritional dense blended Juice if you fallow the recipe book 📚 that comes with Vita Mix blinder. Blended whole juice 90 second's add ice on top. No waste easy clean up. The body extraction system do what the blender does with the fiber/pulp . If you want less pulp fiber then you can use a Sherwin Williams paint strainer bag less than $5.00 . I don't like to waste nothing. No juicer needed. Strainer bag you get very dry pulp fiber trust me. Rehabed blender's by Vita Mix with great warranty. My last Vita Mix blinder had it for 12 years sold it got another rehab one. Only sold it because I wanted a black one to match my kitchen appliances all black. Lots of Whole Juice High fiber nutritional dense blended detoxing recipes that comes with blinder as well. Blended helps add a little more water we need it as well to your total dayle intake.     I think I prefer juicing because of the bioavailability of the nutrients and the burst of energy. Sometimes smoothies are too thick and heavy on my stomach.

    Juicing has gotten such a bad rap lately. I understand the differences and yes I get that people don’t understand taking out the fiber, but I’ve tried. Smoothies make me miserable and bloated. And I never juice fruit. Ever. I try to enough fiber the rest of the day with food. My typical juice is carrot or beet, kale, broccoli stems, celery, cucumber, celery, ginger and lemon. I add a red bell every so often.

    It’s hard to find credibility in your words after you preached something you didn’t actually believe in for years and decided to rebrand yourself only when you were exposed rather than when you realized you were damaging your body. You put your brand in front of your fans’ health, which is unforgivable. The fact that you keep giving your opinion on what is “healthy” is mind boggling to me since you were wrong, you knew it and didn’t own up to it at the expense of your millions of viewers.
    If you choose to be an influencer, together with all the money and fame, comes responsibility. And you my friend have stripped away your privilege to influence people when it comes to what they should or should not put in their bodies.

    not complicated... smoothies arr better because they hold the fiber. Juice is juice. It's bad. Even if its from a fresh fruit. is just sugar

      Not if you do green veggies. I do green juices and the only fruit I use is a green apple.
