You change my life by your sincere love for, and dedication to, humanity. Thank you for your courage, your transparency, and your integrity, which is palpable. I go into 2025 knowing that, no matter what, you have my back. And just in case no one has told you (yet) today, I love you.

I absolutely loved this episode, especially hearing from Tiffany Aliche! Losing my mom when I was just 12 years old had a profound impact on me. Now at 37, I still cherish the memories of how she uplifted me and shaped the way I view life. If I could turn back time, I would have made the most of every moment with her. When she passed away in 2000, so many people came to us, sharing stories of how amazing my mom was. They brought us food and other things, explaining how she had touched their lives-helping people we didn’t even know by lending money or offering food. It’s incredible to think of the quiet kindness she gave to so many.

Since I started listening to you, almost 18 months now, I think, I have grown so much and my life has been transformed. It's not just because of your show but because the person you are and your generosity. I feel you deeply and I love your authenticity. I have a few times said out loud, I wish I could work with you because you just have so many gifts to share. Thank you so much Mel. Wishing you and all your family happy holidays. Looking forward to growing more with you in 2025. JGo from Québec Canada

Hi Mel, I only recently discovered your podcast. I love it because I am a retired psychology educator and one of my goals was to help my students live better lives. This is what you do in your podcast - help us live better lives. As a new subscriber this overview of the most powerful 2024 episodes is fantastic because it gives me a handful of people I can follow up with. I agree, the episode with Dr. Doty was one of the most profound because of how far he has come from that 8 year old boy on a bike visiting that magic shop. All of the guests in this episode are also inspiring! Best wishes to you, your family, and everyone on the Mel Robbins podcast team! ❤

One of the best things that I did this year is that I found Mel's podcast and subscribe it. I have been so motivated since and feeling that I am about to move my life to the next level :)
I have also realized that Mel had not cursed or swore not even single time through the whole episode which I greaty appreciate. Beautiful comments about her guests as well. Thank you, Mel!!

I’m a seniorager in my mid 70’s who is still curious about the goings on in this world. I just discovered you recently and now enjoy your podcasts.
Today, one of my “curious interests”, the South Korean band, BTS, and Dr. Doty’s book Into The Magic Shop just intersected! BTS has a song by that name that was obviously inspired by Dr. Doty’s book! Didn’t know that before but it’s just another perspective on how his work has reached a segment of society he may have not imagined! Listen to Magic Shop by BTS-it may open your eyes to a mental health tool that I enjoy-exploring cultures & music you wouldn’t normally try.

Sorry Mel but being upfront and honest when it comes to hard conversations doesn't always work. I'm on the Autism Spectrum and I can't be anything but honest and upfront. I try to be as polite as possible with my words but I'm always told that I'm rude and intimidating. The confrontations it has caused are way too emotionally exhausting, especially when you weren't trying to be combative or rude towards the person in the first place.
