If you abuse, neglect or abandon a child, the child doesn’t stop loving the parent THEY STOP LOVING THEMSELVES. Mind blown! I knew this but hearing it this way made it make sense.
Hi mel Im a househelper from philippines age 50..while ironing i always listen to you... ❤thank you for your poscast i learn a lot...Godbless u and may we all have better 2024...
That's what I said about 2023 "rejection is redirection away from what's not meant for you"! I am so happy I have my dream job and new home at the end of 2023! So now 2024 is a year of self care and resetting for me and enjoying what I have! X
The damage a narcissist does.....still dealing with the damage.. I'm sick and tired of trying to heal from something I didn't provoke or deserve.. but getting back into self care.. baby steps💖
It's a process, and certainly not linear. Give yourself grace for what you've been through and for the tough days ahead when it feels like you are moving backwards. I'm finally seeing the light and it's been a LOT of work on my end. I eventually stopped caring to learn about narcissism and to put the attention on me so it never happens again. I hope you continue to heal and your 2024 is blessed.
@@jojo14843 it's been over a year since he left. I've done a lot of work on myself.. mainly with Mel's tools. Identity is a daily struggle. I had to dissociate and regress to escape the madness. Now it rebuilding from the ashes, piece by piece incorporating old parts with new attitudes and perspectives.
I dealt with the damage for decades afterward. This issue was not well published in the 1980's. First forgive yourself. Yes you are smart but these people could win the Oscar for acting every year. Next forgive the narc for your own sake. The self care is so important. Somewhere I found the information that if you care for something or someone (like yourself) you will begin to love them. Love yourself. Best Wishes!
61 years old and now I understand that I'm not crazy! Years and years of being told that I was too sensitive, couldnt take a joke and was the butt of their jokes almost destroyed me. The physical abuse was "goosing" me and laughing about touching me in my private area. I could give more details but its too upsetting. Verbally, " you were so beautiful when you were thin." I could go on and on. No more! I am empowered now with knowledge, live 2 states away from my family and am now loving me. Gone are the days of mental, physical and emotional abuse. My name is Jean and I am somebody!
So happy to see you on this journey! Narcissistic environments are so good at turning you against yourself. They want to twist you up in knots while telling you why you are a mess!
Hi Mel, this is the first time I've watched/listened to your Podcast, it's as though you made it just for me! Literally! I'm post-menopausal, 54 years old and I'm struggling with my weight. I struggle with clutter in my home, and I have self-sabotaged any efforts to improve my life due to a lack of self-worth and love which has inevitably caused me a great deal of anxiety. I have an inventory of amazing cosmetics that I formulated, and produced myself, sitting doing nothing as my mountain of debt keeps growing. When Jamie told the story about the investor who didn't think she could sell cosmetics because of the way she looked, I got so angry! Then I thought, I tell myself such terrible things or worse every day! Not anymore! Your podcast has given me so much hope and motivation to fix what needs fixing and get on with my life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Mel! ❤

I was driving when I was listening to this podcast. When I heard Mel start talking about Dr Russ Kennedy I had to pull over because I began to cry. I have struggled with anxiety all my life and tried everything but never achieved success. The information Dr Kennedy shared on these podcasts blew my mind. I could not get enough and listened over and over again trying to soak up as much information as I could. I read his book and then took his online course. I am finely free and not so bothered by aniexty. It no long runs my life, I do! Thank you again Dr Kennedy and Mel thank you too, I love you.
I have been in a funk for WEEKS and WEEKS and to be honest, I didn't really realize how bad it had gotten until I caught up with you yesterday. I am so grateful for you and your transparency. It helps to know that everyone is fighting the same battles and your podcast gives us real life ways to deal with them. Thank you for everything you do.
I turned housework into exercise. I learned this from the blue zone where people never exercise. They don’t have to. We resent housework, but if we see, bending down is giving us muscles and stretching out to reach things for the cupboard is another exercise, then it becomes very different. So to me housework is becomes so enjoyable because I think if all movement is exercise.
The dishes, the laundry, the toys on the floor- WHAT! Is this what life is all about? I when it comes to laundry, never signed up; it was just my job?? Putting dishes away; the conversation; “put ‘em all away - get em all out again” this is an original song. Honestly, I’m hysterical with the insanity … it never ends. What was the lesson? Love you ❤Mel Thank you KC Davis!
Wow!!! Every expert was phenomenal and because of the episode with Dr. Ramani this summer I left a progressively more violent narcissist in September. I learned so much about the last 13 years of my life and why I went from one to another and another. Your podcasts have been seriously helping me to learn, love and heal. I also just started listening to “SLAY the bully.” Thank you, Mel. I absolutely love you and I started my Best Year Ever journal. 💖💖💖
Mel, I'm not sure how you, as a stranger to me, made me cry when you said "I love you" but here I am wiping away tears as I type this. Thank you for your podcast!
6:49 In case you're interested....my nemesis is coke. I used to hydrate immediately with that. Now I wake up with water with a half a fresh squeezed lemon, only that, no sugar, and after that a very nutritious smoothie that I make at home. That'll get me around 2.5 hours at least with no coke. Just saying.
Fasting has helped me the most! I also switched my diet to high protein. So far, I lose 5 kg and feel amazing everyday. Thank you Mel for the great talks with all the experts. I’m learning new things and my heath is getting better. Love you Mel!
Hi Mel - I’ve heard you mention a few times now the huge number of people who listen to you but don’t subscribe to you. It may help to explain to your audience what subscribing means just to clarify, I know there are still people out there who think it involves money like e.g. a magazine subscription 😂.
Also explain that liking and subscribing helps the algorithms to spread the message further. Mel gives so much free content that it’s the least we can do 💝
Mel, with all due respect I unsubsidized to your channel. Wasn't sure why because it's been awhile. Today I thought this video was going to be interesting, and it would have been. I realized why I had to unsubcribe. Your language on TH-cam is offensive. If you want to say the F word in your home no one can control that, but why does TH-cam not sensor youtubers who use foul language. It doesn't suit you and also neither other youtuber that I have had to unsubcribe to.
I watched this earlier this week as I am binge watching Mel’a podcasts. Why am I randomly smiling at home alone. I feel crazy but it does make a difference. Just smile!❤
This episode is exactly what I needed. I'm stuck in life. I am tired of care giving and drama. I WANT PEACE AND JOY. Thank you for this Mel. P s. Your daughter is so pretty. I wish you all the best.
Oh my God, Mel, my book titled "Rejection to Redirection" will be available on Amazon in less than two weeks. When you said it, it hit me hard. You have no idea how your podcast is helping me, thank you
Thanks Mel , really enjoyed this episode I have further narrowed it down for our busy group First ten minutes Coffee addict ? You need to listen to just first ten minutes and take action Don’t get enough sunlight ? Take action Menopausal woman ? Listen from 14 min to 20 min Hate house work ? Listen from 23 min to 30 min Healing from anxiety? Listen from 30 min to 40 Dealing with difficult people? Listen from 42 to 55 Dealing with clutter ? From 55 to sixty Dealing with “ rejection” and “No “ ? 1:00 to 1:07 “ Rejection is God’s Protection “ ❤
GREAT NEW YEAR’S tip: think of a word that will represent what you want to focus on this year. Mine is “me!” Sounds self-centered, but if you know me, you know that’s not me, and I have to take care of “me” because I have spent the last 15 taking care of others. Last year’s word was “Focus .” Involve your friends and have fun with it. My BFF Cathy taught me this 😊
It is selfish, truly it is. I am not judging you as I was the same until 7 years ago. GOD must be put first then everything else will naturally fall into place. Jesus said “I am the way, the truth and the life; no-one comes to God except through Me (John 14:6). Jesus wants you to to cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Only by repenting of sin and trusting in Jesus to guide your life are you spiritually safe for all eternity. I encourage you to prayerfully read The Holy Bible ❤
Thank you for all you do! Having someone say they love you is such a blessing. I hope all the people who really need to receive that message will hear it. Mel, I would love to see Cristy Vann on your show. She has helped me more in one month than any other money guru. I was in a desperate place financially after trying so hard to keep my head above water, watching any video I could find. Then I found Vanntastic! I knew from the first video that I was going to be ok. I want everyone out there to hear her message. Please have her on your show so other people can get out of debt and live money-stress free!
Through some other videos I have learnt a lot from Mel. So when I was recommended this video by TH-cam I was excited but I must say I‘m a bit disappointed because it’s taking forever till she can mention the 8 small things to do daily. Because I have limited time, I usually prefer videos that get to the point immediately without going in circles
Happens all the time! I love your answer. I have learned so much from my experience with my grandson who recently passed away on May 6. He is the reason I found you .
30:21 Anxiety as an alarm 🔔 Your child self feeling separate A body/feelings based issue/process vs a thought based process 33:22 anxiety in your nervous system 34:30 anxiety vs everyday stress vs overwhelm 35:20 when the split happens/develops: during childhood 37:40 blocking love 32:49 where does anxiety come from
Terrific review. The episode I keep thinking about is the one with your mother-in-law, Judith. I'm 64, and it's wonderful to see happy, healthy women with a great attitude who are 10 or more years older than I am. I keep seeing her in that red striped shirt, tasteful gold jewelry, just so comfortable in her own skin and wise. I thought, yeah, that's the direction I want to go in. I could listen to you chat with her again. I'd LOVE to see a chat with her and Oakley talking about generational relations. You have helped me SO much this year. I'm glad to hear you say you want to travel less and stop and smell the roses. I am sending you love, peace and happiness for the new year, and always.
Thanks Mel . I am not sure if you might see this message , but you've changed my life .. I feel very proud of the person I have become with the tools you provided to keep anxiety under control. Gracias , you are the best 😊
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you are, for everything you have done with all the podcasts, for everything you share!! Also many many thanks to your team and everybody else behind all this magic! Have a wonderful life! ❤ Greetings from BCN!
Mel I have a mother that is a narcissist. We have had a tough few months. And at 81 years old now. It is still have very trying situation. I wanted to correct the part I heard with Dr. Rami. During your recap with her you mentioned one of her comments, and said it opposite of what she said. Because it made so much of a difference to me. I had to go back and listen and listen. But narcissist "are made, not born this way". This helped me so much.
I’m always looking for that thing that justifies my miserable existence. I haven’t found it yet, but I appreciate you exposing and sharing inspiration. I stay hopeful that something will resonate 🥰. I truly believe that everyone is precious and unique and valuable. I’m still searching for my value, but honor your work in helping people. I celebrate your efforts and importance in the lives of so many!
This was amazing! I’ve been a Type A perfectionist for most of my life. And just a few months ago, I started my menopause journey. The anxiety of my everyday life coupled with the menopause transition has really rocked my world. I look forward to listening to more Mel this year and work through the 2024 planning workbook. Happy New Year!
I am so thankful for you and ALL the years I have followed you, through your advice and experiences. First time I read your book - I wanted to jump off a cliff into the water with my then 9 yo son- as I was afraid of heights and knew I had to start learning (again) how to do hard things. I yelled 5-4-3-2-1 and jumped, and my son yelled mid-flight- “don’t think- just DO’ (and his cute little voice echoed over the entire lake). I could cry thinking of this monumental moment where we both overcame our fears through your strategies. For the only purpose of starting to train our brains that we could do hard things. We reference back to this often when we have to do something hard (usually the simple mundane stuff). I just mentored a young 18 yo young man (friend of mine’s son) on how to move from thinking to action (realizing that he wants to study at University but just can’t seem to DO it)…..I used the reference of the difference of jumping during the Triple Jump vs Long Jump. With Long Jump- we can cerebrally get to the line and know what we want, should or need to do but can’t quite make the leap off the line. The 5-4-3-2-1 action gets the jump from thinking about it and ‘just doing it’ and once you do it once you can go back and try and jump further as each time it can get easier to get off the line….Where as with Triple Jump, you can start by doing something easy to start (start walking, then increase to a run, etc.) and once you are in action and you see the line coming up- you have no time to think about jumping off the line- you ‘just do it’!! Happy New Year everyone- may we all find it easier to ‘get off the line’ in the New Year and support each other in making 2024 a fabulous one. ❤
Mel, i just cant stop watching this episode of the 8 Small Habits That Will Change Your Life: The Best Expert Advice I’m Using This Year, over and over again!! It's the BEST one ever!! I'm on my 12th repeat! I love it and I can relate to all of your 8 best expert topics featured on this episode! Thank you very much for making this one!!
I am honestly falling in love with your podcast. I learn so much from you and your guest. I have truly recommended you to family and friends that I know for a fact will benefit from this. I am so pro advice and also pro women. Encouragement is so important. You do that. You have me feeling like I can achieve and will achieve anything and everything I want. Thank you.
Wow I love her. (The girl at the end). All of them really. But her inner light is probably why she became successful. Amazing podcast Mel. Just started last week and I love watching. You’ve helped me so much.
I am really glad you mentioned Dana K white and KC Davis. They both were amazing on your podcast. I have heard them speak many other times and still gained a lot by your personal interactions and reactions to them. Coming from a person who isn't naturally organized and struggles with housework and clutter it was great to see it impact you so much as well. ❤ Helps break the stigma for us amazing people who happen to struggle with these things despite our brilliance and gifts and creativity and all the wonderful things we do well.
Is it possible that randomly listening to this podcast could give such a profound revelation? Yes! Dr. Kennedy’s comments about anxiety and how it’s all related to giving love to myself had been like being released from prison after a lifetime!!! My siblings and I can actually get healing from this! Wow!
I really appreciate the way you welcome ALL sorts of wisdom and don't discard where it has come from whether it comes from a person's faith, from life's hard knocks or university study... it all has so much to offer. I also love the way YOU love people and genuinely want to pass on anything that has helped you. Bless you for a fantastic 2024 with much favour, the best of team and tribe around you and wisdom to know what to say yes to. New Zealand fan x
I have spent 35 years trying to deal with 51 years of trauma from my parents I did not ask for or deserve. The day I was born, I became thier enemy. I will never be 100 percent o.k., but find the more I get my life and house running smoothly, the better I cope. The ilder they get, the closer they get to being where they deserve. That helps too! 😊
Mel.. I love your podcast. I listen daily and look forward to what you drop down. It’s soo real! I sometimes read comments from others and read comment of “language” . Hey if language offends someone.. that’s okay. I’m a lightworker… love peace harmony AND you get real!! I love that about you!! Your podcast always.. let’s get real here!!🎉❤ always a boost! 😊
I enjoyed listening to all your episodes with guests, but I can't remember any of them, but I do remember your solo episodes and practice your 5-4-3-2-1 and high-five mirror exercises. They've made a positive difference in my life, thank you!
Uhm, yes, this one was not the most practical advice 😂 Sorry, not laughing anyone out. And I have first hand experience with how bad sunlight (and the lack there of) can mess with your circadian rhythm!!! 😣
All the Mel Robbins Podcasts I've listened to have made an impact and taught me something. I think the one that really made the most impact to me was the one with your daughter when you discussed imposter syndrome. I'm not an imposter, I'm just new to this and learning! WOW! I'm an almost 60yr old woman and about 2 years ago made a career change. I'm used to being the one who knows most of the things and now I'm using those things I know but learning A LOT OF NEW THINGS and it has been uncomfortable. Remembering that I am learning and not an imposter is huge!!!!
Hi Mel! I just discovered your podcast last week, English is my second language. It has been wonderful, because it connects me so much! Love it! Thanks 🙏 have a great 2024!
Great pop cast, Mel!!!!!! Keep going!!!! PLEASE BRING UP MORE ABOUT NARCISSISM. MANY PEOPLE HAVEN'T GOT THIS OR KNOW WHAT IT IS. MY FRIEND WAS MARRIED TO ONE, BUT THE THERAPIST NEVER EXPLAINED THIS TO HER--SHE TRIED EVERYTHING TO TRY TO MAKE HER RELATIONSHIP WORK. The therapist would say only--you know what you should do, but never brought up narcissist. Many years later, she was watching a show years later that brought the problems these people cause and people they destroyed. A bell went off and she realized she made no mistake in leaving, although at time she wonder if she did. This late night you tube released all her doubts and peace overcame her.
The life-changing broadcast moved me on so many levels. I tears and smiled, especially on the anxiety part, and the last loreal investment 🎉 fired me up
I am so happy when a friend/family member likes one of my houseplants. My large pots of Amazon lilies had multiplied to five pots of them. My friend and my relative admired them and I am down from from five pots to three. One pot went into the greenhouse and two stayed in the house. Much more manageable
Menopause is part of life. Go through it, and do not fight it. I know to get rid of hot flashes, always have a bottle of water. It scares the flashes away.
I love all these Mel. Love your guest speakers and I love you also. Thank you for what you do and for your contribution. God bless you always with abundance in every area of your life ❤️🌟
This is my Wow moment. Love you for making change fun and breaking down a mountain into tiny rocks that I can carry to create my "life garden". That's how I feel about all your episodes. Can't thank you enough for giving me a chance to live My life, being authentic and very best me to the fullest. Thank you, thank you, Mel.
I enjoyed so many of your podcasts, Mel, but life changing for me was, you helping the caller scared of flying to visit her sister in Portugal. Shortly thereafter I had to travel for work and alone. And for the first time I wasn’t scared not even a tiny bit! The other life changing interview was with Dr. Mindy Pelz. I subscribe to her now too and have lost a few pounds and feel more confident. Mel, thank you for introducing us to these phenominal experts on so many subjects. In 2024 I’m striving to get my body stronger to be a super gran like your mother in law. ❤
Thank you so much for being here Mel! You are so relatable and I have so much HOPE for the coming year. I'm about to turn 49. I filed for divorce a year and a half ago. But I'm still cohabitating with my ex, and it's just not the healthiest dynamic for our girls. I have to figure out how to move out this summer. I used to work in sales, but I've been a SAHM for 17 years. And have just been doing gig jobs. I love that, but I need to figure out how to make REAL money without going back to school. But I'm feeling empowered.
Regarding Dr. Amy Shah's expert advice on getting light in the morning. Here in the Pacific NW it is not light until 7:45 a.m. Has anyone received any luck with sunrise alarm devices? Thank you.
I loved the laundry tip and realising everything is a rotating thing and that all the thing you do do’nt have to be finnished at the same time ❤ as a full time working, single mom of four with adhd and sprinkle perfectionism trown in the mix definetly leads to burnout and the feeling of failure every single day. Thank you so much for this episode❤❤❤
Happy New Year, Mel! And thank you for motivating me to do the right changes in my life! I would be happy to learn more about the "small steps" to take to become our ideal self in terms of body shape, appearence, fashion choices, harmony. I mean how can we make small improvements instead of giving up on our goals (e.g. to look better) because they seem un achievable first. Thank you!🥰
As a new subscriber, this episode was an absolute life changer. Definitely going to go back and watch all of the referenced videos. This would be a great end of year wrap up. It was a pleasure to get to know you and your authenticity through the way you summarise the content and also the type of questions you ask. You make everything so relatable. So much love for you and your podcast 🙏🏻
I’m just getting to this three months later but soooo much good advice here! Thank you! Not surprised but so happy that Dana K White made the 8! She’s been my go to for several years now and grateful to have her book Decluttering at the Speed of Life on Audible so I can replay it repeatedly as I peel back the layers of my home that I’ve lived in for forty years. She’s amazing, between her and Clutterbug, I’ve got it! Thanks again!!
Mel i came acrossed your pod cast a month ago.. wow..i am so thankful to have met you in your cast.. you have so many wonderful guests that we would never knew were out there.. thank you for reaching for the stars to get your followers the best of the best.. I have watched so many of your podcasts.. thank you
Part of what you grew up with. What you see in your vision and mind is your clutter threshold. Stuck... . If you have NO alternative training or example in your mindset/vision to get you unstuck. I can do this. 😊
Hey Mel! How about dating/! meeting men for seniors? I was widowed at 66years youmg last year and boy is this a huge life change! Thanks for all you do!
Mel I’ve become a recent new fan of yours and am loving everything you represent ! Thank you for all of the wonderful talks, advice and love you are sharing with the world ! You definitely make it a better place !! Cheers to 2024! 🎉❤🙏🏼 Many blessings to you and your family !!
Wow, so glad I was led here by seeing you on The Diary of a CEO. Had to take notes and I will definitely be going back to watch all of the podcasts that made the top 8. Just beautiful, thank you!
I had my menopause since 39.5 years/o, now 58. I have severe bad back and pains. 8 major surgeries with 3 minor ones, cannot run or jog, left shoulder is also bad, I swim one handed my right. The only thing that works for me is “IF”, but being a Filipina I love rice and grits. The weight comes back immediately. I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, anxiety, bilateral lower leg neuropathy and depressed. Help me!
Hi Mel, Happy New year. Thank God I have found you! I am an avid fan. I just wanted to share that one of the best habits that have helped me is when I watch discussion with Dr Amen. This was about the supplements, I have suffered with bad migraines/headaches since June, and been to GP everytime and given me new prescriptions, yet still my headache was constant. When I took Dr Amen’s advise to start taking fish oil, Omega 3, for a month now I did not have any headaches since. I do believe this have helped me alot.❤
My favorite thing is the fact that you stopped the expert (Kennedy) and made sure we all got it too. I love that you don't speak like robot that expects everyone to get it while speaking 100 miles per hour.
When you asked, I glanced over and was not a subscriber!? wonder what happened... I subscribed with you years ago, I thought. Do you have more than one channel? Subscribed now, for sure!
Wow Mel! I'm like you ... "wait say that again!!' I have such a procrastination when it comes to putting laundry away and putting dishes away. Thank you so much for this Podcast!!
If you abuse, neglect or abandon a child, the child doesn’t stop loving the parent THEY STOP LOVING THEMSELVES. Mind blown! I knew this but hearing it this way made it make sense.
I never heard this. Wow… this makes sense now. I wonder why that is 🤔
Same here!!! That statement really hit😮😢
Ummmm that makes perfect sense actually
Hi mel
Im a househelper from philippines age 50..while ironing i always listen to you...

Yes! That was the IT Cosmetics girl..Jamie..Lima? ok..I need to watch the video before I start yapping
Absolutely love that!!!!!
What is meant for you will never pass you by
What’s your dream job? I need better fulfillment with my job.
Thanks!
“Rejection is God’s protection”, it immediately brought tears to my eyes.

*To anyone reading this, I hope this is the year you climb that mountain you didn’t even dare put a foot on last year*
Sending peace and love ❤

Agree with all you write..,true for me too. Thank you for saying it so clearly, you put it so well. All the best.

i’ve been in a funk for 19 years.

Putting dishes away; the conversation; “put ‘em all away - get em all out again” this is an original song. Honestly, I’m hysterical with the insanity … it never ends. What was the lesson? Love you ❤Mel Thank you KC Davis!
Great stuff. There are two things I need to work on based on this:
-Tired of having to reach out to be remembered
- love my job, hate my industry
Best way to start the new year.. listening to Mel Robbins 🎉❤
Heck yes !! 🙌
It’s all good to have sky before screen … when you wake with sunlight- 4-5 months of the year it’s dark to wake up and dark when I leave office
Me too. I get up very early. Even if I wait 45 min. for my coffee, the sun still isn't out and I have to get moving.
Fasting has helped me the most! I also switched my diet to high protein. So far, I lose 5 kg and feel amazing everyday. Thank you Mel for the great talks with all the experts. I’m learning new things and my heath is getting better. Love you Mel!
Rejection is God's protection!! How Amazing! I Love you Mel ❤
@@kathystclair9485haha I like to listen to her *because of* her language. So many creators sensor themselves but she speaks in my native tongue 😂
@@Lmcnamara09 I'm very thankful I was raised differently. I see nothing funny in your comment. End of story.
@@kathystclair9485 you are wrong
I listen to Mel every day
Changing my life
I watched this earlier this week as I am binge watching Mel’a podcasts. Why am I randomly smiling at home alone. I feel crazy but it does make a difference. Just smile!❤
12:36: I am *crying tears of joy!!* Thank you for explaining this so gently, honestly, compassionately!

You need to take time to smell the roses in your life. The 8 tops are worthy waiting for: please take time for you❤god bless
Waiting to have my coffee and getting sunlight 1st thing has been life changing for me and my energy as well.
My question is, I wake up before daylight most days by usually an hour especially in winter without an alarm, how does that work?
Happens all the time! I love your answer. I have learned so much from my experience with my grandson who recently passed away on May 6. He is the reason I found you .
30:21
Anxiety as an alarm 🔔
Your child self feeling separate
A body/feelings based issue/process vs a thought based process
33:22 anxiety in your nervous system
34:30 anxiety vs everyday stress vs overwhelm
35:20 when the split happens/develops: during childhood
37:40 blocking love
32:49 where does anxiety come from
Terrific review.
Love the natural light first thing in the morning and not rushing for coffee.....
I love Dr Ramani & of course Mel Robbins toooo❤
Yessss
The picture behind him is amazing. Speakings words beyond words.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you are, for everything you have done with all the podcasts, for everything you share!!
Also many many thanks to your team and everybody else behind all this magic!
Have a wonderful life! ❤
Greetings from BCN!
I loved both books!
I can say my son was “the” reason for learning and growth. Proud and loud about it!
I'm from Namibia nd I listen to u every morning....u are changing my life...thank u
Sunlight in first 45 lol. I go to work at 4 am Mel! Nursing. 😂
I feel ya! Anyone in Northern Europe? 🙋🏾♀️ sun up here after 8am atm. I’ve done half a days work by then. 😅
Sun lamp?
@@margiegarcia9237 I am wondering this too, if it would be equivalent.
Red light mask!
MY FRIEND WAS MARRIED TO ONE, BUT THE THERAPIST
NEVER EXPLAINED THIS TO HER--SHE TRIED EVERYTHING TO TRY TO MAKE HER RELATIONSHIP WORK.
The therapist would say only--you know what you should do, but never brought up narcissist. Many years later, she was watching a show years later that brought the problems these people cause and people they destroyed. A bell went off and she realized she made no mistake in leaving, although at time she wonder if
she did.
Hei,Mel Robbins.my name is bilqees living in Norway,my coach send me your vedio such amazing advice and tips and i want to change my life in 2024.
Starting tomorrow morning! Always have my cup of coffee first thing!
Easy to put dishes back after drying. Silverware. Cups. All in place. All in context.
Listened to this one back to back. 3 hours of gold!
I just shared this with everyone on my contact list because I want everyone around me to be on my level.
It's not going to make you perfect; it makes you feel empowered." - awesome quote
Thank you!🥰
❤😊 hi Mel. Please thank your husband for sharing on your show about the high five. I appreciate he was willing to speak about painful feelings.
I love Dr. Ramani!!! She helped me finally let go of a toxic sitiationship in 2023
As a new subscriber, this episode was an absolute life changer.
Definitely going to go back and watch all of the referenced videos. This would be a great end of year wrap up. It was a pleasure to get to know you and your authenticity through the way you summarise the content and also the type of questions you ask. You make everything so relatable. So much love for you and your podcast 🙏🏻
I love what you talk about, but I’m always daunted when I see your hour ++ podcasts.
Thanks for your good work!
Dana K White and her book 'Decluttering at the Speed of Life' was transformative for me in 2023!
Customizing cycles for a functional pace had me floored when I heard it. She was talking that real
I think Andrew Huberman is the one that gave the advice about morning sunlight and postponing caffeine intake
Wow! Just wow! These are amazing guests! I will go back to some episodes to learn more from them.
Mel im ur biggest fan and follower from Afghanistan...
Thank you Mel, you always remind me I am worthy to live an AMAZING LIFE ❤
Rejection is God's protection. I loved that!
My favorite thing is the fact that you stopped the expert (Kennedy) and made sure we all got it too. I love that you don't speak like robot that expects everyone to get it while speaking 100 miles per hour.
Wow! So many moments of truth in this podcast. 👏👏
Thank's Mel!!! Love, love, love the podcast. What inspired me the most were the conversations with Dr. Shah and Dr. G. Bought both of their books.
Mel, You're absolutely TERRIFIC. 💯 I would love an interview with Joe Dispenza and Bruce Lipton.
