Starting with both feet slightly apart, knees bent, hands on your hips…
Pointing right, bring it back, pointing left, bring it back. Out at a 45 degree angle, out and back.
To the beat: right & left, right & left. You want to keep both knees bent to avoid bobbing up and down. It also allows your hips to sway naturally as your hela right & left, hela right & left, hela right & left.
