Thank you for sharing Betty Ann's hula tutorials. I used to dance with Hula Mai and this has been such a spirit lifter! Every day I have a virtual meet up with a group of friends and we dance together, each of us sharing a favorite dance with the group. We are practicing Flamenco, belly dancing, and hula, and we are all beginning to feel happier and more energized. Like Betty Ann always says, hula makes you happy!
