That's really neat to see someone defining a "jump" in a realistic way, as opposed to "an a/b/x/y press". I mean, those definitions are fine, and they make the rules simpler, but it's nice to see a jump just be... a jump.

The lily pad trick is very important for challenges. I’ve used it before when I tried to beat Super Mario Galaxy without power ups. There’s sometimes a chance that the lily pad will move to a side which can be very useful but also very difficult.

A little tip for those attempting the challenge on Wii: In order to use the pointer right after spinning, shake the Nunchuk instead of the Wii Remote.
