48 - Dismantling the Rock Sieve, Expanding the Veggie Garden & Cleaning the Farmhouse Facade!
ฝัง
- เผยแพร่เมื่อ 20 ต.ค. 2024
- Our trusty wooden rock sieve has done a great job cleaning up the dump site. We had to make a few repairs after our rooster tried to sneak under it to find worms, but this tool has been a huge help in transforming the area. It was already falling apart a bit since Philippe reused some of its screws to make a monitor stand, but now it’s time to take it apart completely. Now that Philippe knows this prototype works perfectly, he wants to make one out of metal, though he’ll need to practice some welding first. A metal sieve will last longer, and we’ll definitely need it for our future excavation and renovation projects.
While Philippe is taking it apart, I'm tilling the soil to prepare for planting more veggies. We're also setting up supports for the tomato plants and weeding between the potatoes. This week, we're also cleaning the facade of the old farmhouse with muriatic acid to remove the cement veil from the stones. We spray on the acid, let it sit for a while, and then rinse it off. The difference is amazing!
Unfortunately, later in the week, we all fell ill, thanks to a bug Odin brought back from daycare. So, we're taking it easy for the rest of the week to recover our strength.

OMG! This old farm house is in good hands of Philip!
Thank you!
I hope you are all feeling much better!
Oh we are fine, me and Anicia were quicker to be better then her parents who were visiting 😅
Here in B.C. We have huge slugs . They don’t like salt. Also I think an old dinner plate with some beer and they forget plants. A couple of ducks will really take care of the slugs and the eggs.
Btw. Love the bird song in the morning.
Odin’s return sure showed the love for his farm.
Gorgeous countryside.
Cheers.
Safety glasses !
Thx Gus, I think Anicia is handling the slugs for now 😅 We let the chickens in the veg garden and they seem to not destroy our crops at the moment. Odin sure likes coming home but he does the same thing sometimes when we arrive at the daycare so that is good as well 🙏
Thank you, hope you all feel better soon🙏🏽
Fully cured and ready to go again 😉
Nice to see the garden, it's looking good and I'm sure your tomatoes will be successful. Lovely to see Odin cheering on arriving home 😊
Thx Jean! Odin cheers everytime we come home so we wanted to include it 😂 It does feel good for us that he likes the place.
Odin will make your immune systems stronger as he brings home all kinds of things as he grows and is around other kids! As a kindergarten teacher--and a mom of a now-grown daughter, I can speak from experience. Your garden looks great! The stones are looking wonderful, but wow! That is so much work to do it right, but you will not regret it all when it is done. It all inspires me to work on my house, yard and garden. Even though you don't know me (and the thousands of other subscribers, ) I feel like you are good friends and I look forward to hearing about your previous week's progress each Sunday. Hope you are all feeling better!!
We have noticed Odin bringing these little gifts from time to time, this last one was a big one 😅We dont know any of the subscribers but we do recognize peoples name when they comment regularly 🙏
I was a live in Nanny for a little boy from 4 months to almost 7. He brought home some spectacular viruses. I thought one was going to kill me 😂
Plant rosemary and lavender to repel snails and slugs!
I just asked the 'chef' and she apparently has read the same thing!
Thank you for another lovely video. I hope you all feel better soon ❤❤
Thank you Cat! We are doing fine! Anicia her parents were here and they got it worse then us.
Hazel arches for free! Perfect! 👍👍👍👍👍😀
Garden looking good. The wall looks good too
Thx Alan, next video will be the finished wall! Wanted to do it in one video but stomach flu came in between 😅
Your neighbours seem to be very helpful! You’re home & garden are absolutely on there way to perfection! Australia 🇦🇺
Hey Kerry, we cant think of better neighbors and people in the village. Most if not all have been really helpful!
@@DomaineSauvage Phillipe I wrote to you in the Patron section. I said I’m happy to send you $100 au when I get my tax return in September/October however I’m not sure how to get it to you?
@@Kitty_cat2001 Hey Kerry, i will get back to you on the Patreon page. I have to look at what would be the best way to do it with the least amount of fees and that is also easy enough. Thank you for this amazing offer!!
Anicia and Phillipe,
Your videos are always so enjoyable. We love hearing the sounds of nature; the birds and the wind. So wonderful.
Please keep them coming
All the best from England 🎉
Thx Sudo, this Sunday will be another one! Yeah we are still amazed by all the nature sounds we have here compared to where we used to live.
It is so nice to see the sun shining and able to be outside ,and not working is so much rain..what beautiful land and garden ,listening to all the birds..watching the chickens..very serene..
Thank you Rhonda and yes the weather is finally better! The birds here are amazing, when i watch our own video i am always amazed by all the bird songs we capture.
Another heart warming video!
Sorry to hear you all had about of Norovirus.
Odin cheering at coming home was priceless.
Ah such is life, he brings theses great little gifts home sometimes 😂
Your skills and energy never fail to amaze. I know you mentioned that you don't have much experience with stone work. No doubt there are very experienced masons near you. You mighit also find a couple of TH-camrs of interest. The older man on French Farm House Diaries has had a great deal of experience restoring very old stone houses professionally. Though by profession he is a carpenter he appears to have also done a good deal of masonry work as part of his professional work on old buildings. He's currently restoring his stone barn in Normandy. There's also an inexperienced man who has learned a great deal from local masons and engineers as he is rebuilding a derelict barn and cottage in Ireland (The Irish Homestead). Both seem quite helpful, friendly people. Thank you for sharing your journey. It's inspiring.
Hats of to you both for transforming your land in the bbeautiful picture it is today .👍
Thank you Nevis!!
I was so glad the screen worked for you. All the things you make will help you from now on. Diatomaceous earth which is ancient shells finely ground spread in a circle around your plants will kill the slugs. Also shallow plates with beer will kill them. All earth friendly.😉. You are an inspiration to many and your little Odin is so lucky to have you as parents. Cheering you on always.💓🐓🌻
The screen worked perfectly, but it needs to be stronger so i will make it out of metal. Anicia is combatting the slugs with grounded eggshells and coffee grounds. If it gets worse we can do the beer trick, i know that one works good 😅
The farm house is looking so great. The garden and surrounding areas are looking good. Anicia your veggie garden is looking good. Well done to the both of you. ❤️
Thx Catherine! When Anicia has more time the veggie garden will become better!
The stone facade on the house is magnificent, really beautiful.
Hope you're all feeling a lot better. You can use grass clippings as mulch around your veggies. That will also help retain some moisture in the heat.
I was thinking of doing the same with the weeds we pulled since they aren't seeding yet.
@DomaineSauvage weeds better for compost, as the heat in compost will kill the seeds, otherwise you run risk of weed seeds germinating.
the soil looks very good you will get a good crop
Potatoes are doing great, the rest is a bit late so no idea what we will get. But we will keep everyone updated!
I look forward on Sunday to see your all new videos. You give positive vibes and laughter here. The garden and the few of the land always looks Maculate . It was such a honor to see your wife and odin and love him saying mama I definitely love your Accent. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful week. See you next Sunday. Praying all start feeling better.Cindy
Hey Cindy, glad that you enjoy the videos! You will see Anicia more as we settle a bit more into this new life. We are already better, the parents of Anicia were here and they had it worse.
love the simple garden❤they are the best
Especially now we are doing many things we need to keep it all simple.
Enjoying the "early" video and nice to see more of the lady of the manor😉Odin is such a happy little fellow and has beautiful blue eyes😚Nice weather for a change, we're experiencing days of heavy rain and floods in Cape Town😔All the best to all of you, stay well and healthy❤️
Hey Patricia! Haha the lady will come more into play as Odin is going more regularly to the daycare. He is indeed most of the time a very happy baby but he does have his tantrums 😂 We are having better weather for around 2 weeks now and the ground is starting to get dry enough so we can start moving soil!
Property looks beautiful 🎈
Thank you Miriam!
I love your choice of music. The scratch idea is brilliant. You are such a joy to watch. I wish you three God’s richest blessings.
Thank you, i will let Anicia know! Ah yes the scratch idea for the cats? That is why we had the rope because cats love it 😅
4 the pup
Great video, lots and lots of work but, wow, it's really paying off. And it still rained LOL! Hope you all are feeling better.
The weather is better now, soon we will start shifting soil from behind the barns!!
When you transplant tomatoes you can plant the stem several inches deeper than it grew and more roots grow from deeper stem and plant grows better and stronger. I love seeing your videos.
We didn't know but Anicia planted them deeper 😅
I have started watching your story. I am at the stage where you are prepared to retrieve the old tractor. I am totally fascinated by both of you, your determination, your hard work, your approach, all totally amazing. Philip is one of the hardest working people i have witnessed. I have much respect for what you are doing.
Thank you Ann!

mooi filmpje weer en beterschap allemaal.
Thx Dia, we zijn ondertussen al weer tussen de levenden.
Wow! This couple is amazing! Very skillful creative ❤
Thank you!
Your vlogs are a highlight. Lovely reaction from Odin arriving home. I agree at least one central support for the tomatoes is a good idea. Hope you can sort something out with ‘Mr Red tractor!😂’ Enjoyed the ‘garden music.’ Hope you all feel better very soon. Admire the energy and approach to developing your farm you both have. Phil. 👍🇬🇧
Hey Phil, He always does this when we get back home! Yeah we need to put an extra pole is since the rope gets wet and heavy and starts to sag more. We are working on the best way to get the tractor up and running but it all takes some time.
@@DomaineSauvage wish every success with the tractor, an interesting project. Phil🇬🇧
I hope you all get better soon ,I love the way you always explain what your doing also egg shells are good to deter slugs,
Thx Judith, Glad you enjoy the explanations 🤗
I l9ve the care you are giving your garden. It is doing well!🎉
Thank you Julie!
The soil looks so rich, a gardener's paradise. I hope you are all feeling better now :)
The soil is very good! The fields and surrounding forest haven't been used in over 10 years so it has all been composting each year creating a nice layer! Yeah we are good now!
I’ve just went back and watched your first video, amazing the transformation from just a year ago.
Ah yes, sometimes we do the same. We have cleared and cleaned soo much stuff out of here and opened up the space again.
Need another siblings for Odin just a lovely looking family don't let him be alone with that beautiful land you working on😊
Haha Pamela, we will start working on that right away 😅
You are doing awesome!!
Your property/land is looking so good, it's beautiful. Your garden is coming along nicely. Congratulations so far, very happy for your family!!

Oh I love to live in this house
Found your channel today. I’m so glad I did because it’s very relaxing to watch you. Young people improve this beautiful land with all your hard work.
Thank you Peggy
Odin already knows that there's no other place like home😊. Home sweet home Odin!
Great stuff guys. Love the show it's very meditative birds music and watching your progress. Viel spass
Eggs shells and sawdust are excellent in keeping slugs and snails away from your plants because they can't travel over them. also they are good for the garden as well, especially the eggshells. When you plant tomatoes you put half of the plant into the ground, they grow big and strong if you do.
Anicia actually put the tomatoes deeper but we didn't know that was a good thing to do 😅 someone else mentioned it as well! The egg shells and coffee ground seem to be working against the snails/slugs.
You soil looks good. Do you have a compost bin?
@@cindycrosby6292 We have a compost pile 😅
Hi, I'm a new subscriber from Singapore. I just finished binge watching all your videos. I loved your journey. Please include some more footages of Odin in your videos. He is very cute. My kids are grown up now. It's awesome to watch Odin's baby talk🥰 God bless!
Hello PS, thx for watching and supporting us! We try to put in a little bit of Odin in every video 🤗
A salt shaker in your pocket while weeding can be a great slug killer. A little sprinkle and no more slug! Earth friendly but deadly! Early morning and early evening was my best hunting hours😂. This in addition to the other two methods worked well for me. Hope this helps you 👍💓
Also Diatmasious earth spread in a ring around your tomatoes and cucumbers , peppers they will not cross it. It is ancient shells crushed. There is food grade and garden grade. Just keep thinking about what worked for me. Also beer in a shallow saucer works too. Best of luck getting those garden munchers gone😊
Haha Dirk you saw in the video goes hunting for slugs as well in the morning or evening. 😂 Anicia is using coffee grounds and grounded up eggshells and that is working for now i think.
Slug killers also kill birds which eat the slugs it is a chain reaction, please think twice
Beautiful to watch you progress and be a close family! So much gardening advice from my 40 years of trial and error: Any weeds that you pull or weed wack, that have not flowered or gone to seed, can be kept between the rows, pull it, lay it down to become mulch, not pretty, but the slugs will prefer to eat it over anything fresh. Slugs love half decayed matter. To keep them from being attracted, just make sure there's a pile of half decayed matter on each far end of the garden and put wood planks beside it, each morning or afternoon you can collect them all and kill them humanely. I found diluted human urine is even more effective than commercial fertilizers. For nitrogen needs mostly. diluted 10 to 1 is good. Moles don't like the smell of it which is a bonus. Unmulched tomato plants are more prone to blight. Overhead plastic covers are also good.
A great fencing saver: above ground animals don't eat potatoes, so you don't have to grow them in your precious fenced area. We rotate them from one end of the property to the other, random spots, but if there was grass the year before, plant mustard for a season, then potatoes the following year, to kill off the grass worms. Good luck all you preppers, and try to find ways to save your energy - MULCH!!
Great episode, love watching what you are all doing in garden ,my tomatoes are not doing very good this year ,not a lot of sun ,lots of rain in crewe ,north west of uk
Our tomatoes were on the verge of being dead cause of the bad weather! Lucky the sun came out and now they are growing fast and strong.
I love all the beautiful birds song you have lovely wild life around you xx
Thank you Christine, the amount of birds is crazy here and hopefully with the pond we will attract more!
So nice to see you working together in the vegetable garden, with some sun the tomatoes will be fine, same for the potatoes.Again such a lovely video Anicia, your editing is top! We where happy to help out last week 😉
Thank you for being here and hopefully next time without getting sick 😂 Yeah the tomatoes are growing fast now!
@@DomaineSauvage 👍🏻❤️😀
great work,if you buy the old tractors, you can fix yourself, and will go up in value,as well as being practical tools for youre farm,on mower belt upgrade to kevlar lasts 10 x as long❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
They will go up in value the older they get, there are already people fully restoring them with a paintjob and everything. I will have a look at the Kevlar once i need new ones.
You can put wood ashes on your garden, and that is good for your plants and keeps the ground loose. Your home and garden look wonderful, and many blessings, and thank you for sharing 🙏
Hello Nancy, we put the wood ashes on the compost when they come from "clean" wood.
My husband makes ours & my friends scratch poles. So much cheaper. Try cups submerged in soil filled with beer to catch slugs it works ❤
It is insane what they ask for a scratch pole in the store which is just some cardboard and rope 😅 Not everyone has time to make one so i understand buying them depending on your situation.
Looking so nice, what a difference your hard work has made. Thank you for sharing with us. Much love to all the family.
Wow ,the house is gonna look amazing ,well done ! a lot of hard work but it pays off .Hope you*re feeling good again by now XoXo
Thank you Kristina, we like the result as well. They are coming back to life!
Make a squatting stool for gardening too. It's a big help for your back.
That is actually a very good idea!
I hope your tomatoes grow better than mine this year tooooo much rain & cold 😢 ❤❤❤
Hey Lesley, they took a bit to establish but now they are growing fast so hopefully we will get to enjoy them!
Only a 1000 husband point? My vote is at.least a million,⭐
Haha thank you!
I just love little Odins reaction when he got home.
What about a simple Greenhouse? We lived in England, rain, rain and more rain over there…my good Husband built me a basic Greenhouse and voila…happy Veggies growing 🎉😊
…and yes,Tomatoes love climbing,stringing
We have a greenhouse from a friend which is already here but we need to set it up and find a good place for it!
Anacia, you have a talented husband, committed to the work to achieve your dreams. What a team.
Good luck going forward.
Coffee grounds are great, so are soaking Banana skins in water for 24 Hour’s, all plants thrive!
Put beer out for the slugs I saw a you tuber one thing always catches another he is brilliant and the slugs fed a certain chicken he had
Did the chickens get drunk? 🤣
love your videos here from Durham. New Hampshire USA
Enjoy watching❤❤❤
You now have 3 hens and a rooster?
Everything is moving along nicely. Looking good!
I live in Oregon in the USA. I've had gardens all my life. Canned and frozen food from the garden for winter. This last year, I didn't plant tomatoes due to the terrible heat wave we've had during our summer. It's killer on produce.
Your little boy is so adorable. I have 4 grown grandsons that were so fun when little.
I love watching the progress you're making with your property. Bless you all.👍🙏🙏
Thank you Sylvia and yes we have 3 chickens and a rooster, we had 4 but lost one to a predator along the way.
Use coffee grounds on your roses they really love it.
Do you have a neighbour that has a tractor with a bucket on, if you do see if they
will lift your tractor front and drag it to somewhere closer to your house.
Hey Denis, If you look at the last shot of the video you can have an idea what happened with the tractor 😉
That was very thoughtful for you make the stool for Alicia.
Haha Thx, something simple but she does use it every day.
Please ware a mask when working with muriatic acid. The fumes are very dangerous. Love Odin, growing up so fast. Take care of yourselves!
Hey Cathy, i saw the acid "smoke" when filling up the container on video as well. When i was applying it on the stones i didn't notice much unless it was windy and would carry around. Odin is growing up very fast, soon he will be talking. We wonder if it will be French or Dutch 😅

Hey Karen, it is on our list but this year we just wanted to get something in the ground. Hopefully next year when we are settled more we will have a better veg garden!

@@DomaineSauvage yes Budo & Tracy. Tracy is fantastic at lime pointing. 😊
Yes i have seen it is her hobby, she can always come and point we have a lot of it to do 😂 But in all seriousness i saw one of their latest videos and they were talking a bit about TH-cam and how hard it is. @@DomaineSauvageto be honest, I don’t know why their subscribers remain low. I hope the rain stays away for you. And, I’m looking forward to that tractor working. Best wishes x
@@karenbrimble4443It is hard to gain subscribers and views especially in a weekly vlog style since the content is not evergreen. With the knowledge they have accumulated over the years a more Tutorial style channel may help them grow further.
The tractor is coming a long 😉😉
love the environment so cool
Thx Nelson!
When I planted my garden, I purchased straw and put it between the plants and the rows in between the plants. You will still get some weeds, but not near as many as you have there. Also, it is good in the fall to turn the straw over when the garden is finished. I like your idea of the posts and string for the tomatoes. Thanks for sharing.
We have used the straw method in Belgium when we had a small greenhouse. We should indeed use it here again when we have the raised beds next year!
Remember to harvest the seeds from your Tomatoes. Using a metal sieve rub them as you wash them under running water until all the coating comes off. Then drain and put onto kitchen paper or tissues lay flat in a window to dry them for a few days then put into a paper envelope marking what they are. That is next seasons plants. For free! 😀👍👍👍👍
Anicia might do this for next season!
Phillip are you planning on opening up the doorway again into the lounge/sitting room to the outside at some stage It will look amazing.
Catherine, we want to put the yellow natural stones around all the windows and move them so they are more symmetrical. The doorway to the living room we actually want to put on the other side of the building where the veg garden is since we have the morning sun there and we would like a raised terrace there. But for now it is all dreams and not definitive yet.
It’s always good to have dreams. Eventually they will be realised. ❤️
Respect respect for you guys
Awwww, mama, bye, bye…he is adorable! We had eight children, I love children. Once they all were grown I became registered as a child minder..so yes, I love to raise children, to teach and be amongst nature and love them. I would only have three at the most. Preschooler’s. Some still visit me all these years later!
Odin goes to daycare in France now, to learn the language!
♥ the vegetable garden - that's what it's all about 😊
and the house walls are looking lovely
stomach bug ? bug = harmful bacteria. In"flu"enza is more respiratory, like a severe cold + aching
Sorry if you've already retrieved the tractor, but perhaps find out whether anything is seriously wrong with it before moving it. Or repair it there/in situ. Or perhaps you want to move it anyway ?
Love the drone shots of the valley, it's beautiful location.
Hey Daytona! The veg garden will improve a lot but this year was a bit of a mess with all the rain and papers etc.... The Stones are coming alive again, we are happy it is working out! It was a stomach bug, we didn't have any cold symptoms. If you look at the last shot of the video you can guess what happened to the tractor 😉😅
@@DomaineSauvage Oh, I see it, now !
I was thinking that it was abandoned for a reason, so I hope that they engine or transmition isn't cracked, which, I guess, would cost a lot to replace. It'll still be a money pit, but hopefully less so, than more - an interesting hobby 😊
It was abandoned but it was in the barns and not in the field, one of the previous occupants probably threw it in the fields 😔But from what i gather from talking to people in the village it might already be 40 years since it has run! The engine is stuck but no signs of cracks or anything so we will try to free it before we do anything else.
You’re making good progress on your house, I saw another channel use muriatic acid on their Stonehouse and it did make a big difference so you’re on the right track,😅
Seeing you do the mowing reminded me of the part of your property that you cleaned and then put sunflowers and birch trees, and stuff to help detoxify the soil. How is that coming along? I wouldn’t mind seeing progress on that section. Hope you feel better soon, and See you next week!😊
We will put an update in a video, sunflowers are coming out and several other wildflowers! The acid is working great you can see it "attack" the cement based products but on the stones itself it doesn't seem to react 🙏
23:32 please protect your eyes!
Next video i will be wearing glasses, sometimes i forget 😉
When you are planting out it’s best to water the hole and soak the pot first
Nice job on the walls, and the vegetable garden

My dad recycled a slatted frame made from metal - you know, the thing your mattress rests on. It kind of looked like a square sieve and he just leaned it on a low wall.
Worked like a charm.
Please wear safety glasses with that acid especially. Enjoy watching you
Always protect your eyes, we only get one pair.
It has been a long time since I grew tomatoes, but we always made a “cage” of wire fencing (like your rock sieve but with larger holes) about 50 cm diameter that we put around the plant. As it grows, you can guide the branches through the wire holes and it will support the branch when it gets heavy with tomatoes. It involves some money for the wire fencing and some time to construct them, but they will last a lifetime.
Not a bad idea, wire mesh for construction is not that expensive!
@@DomaineSauvage if you Google “tomato cages” you can see some examples.
🎉
🤗😀
We had grasshoppers eating many of our plants this year. First I thought it was a squirrels, or the mouse family that lives under our walnut tree, but I think the real culprits were grasshoppers.
Coffee grounds are also a good addition to the soil.(oops, you’re just mentioning that now 😆)
That stone wall…….zo mooi zeg! Well done 😊
Thx Annelies, the veg garden is doing fine. We just have to keep the snails away, the first batch of potatoes is almost ready to harvest 🥳🎉
Rub the bottom of the plant before putting in ground. For great soil mixture should be 1/3 compost, 1/3 soil, 1/3 peatmoss
For the slugs and snails, I used coffee grounds, but copper tape works really well, I put it around the pots, legs of a table I use to put my small plants on. I made cuffs from the 8 liter water bottles and put tape around them and that stopped the slug and snails. I also found Iron pellets, all natural, the slugs and snails do not seem to eat them, but they do not come where I put them down. I can put them down that evening and get none - normally I go out and pluck them - often putting my veg and fruit peelings out for them. This does two things, attracts them to one place, easier to pluck, if I don't go out they eat the fruit and veg peelings and NOT my tender plants. But the iron pellets have done the most for me. I have tested by counting out how many I put down, going out every hour, not a single snail or slug found and none of the pellets eaten.
You can also anchor the rope to the ground behind the pole (using a “tent haring”) since the pole is at an angle anyway that way you can get it as tight as a drum, if you want.
Very true! We have changed the rope to a metal string now since the rope was taking up a lot of moisture and becoming heavy.
Hazel are he’s for free! Perfect! 👍👍👍👍👍
Loads!
Thank you for your great content! I am a new follower of your channel and will enjoy your journey in this wonderful life you are making for yourselves.
Thx Jae!
Just happened onto you all. Enjoying watching your journey.
Thx James!
You can make beautiful structures out of hazel. I've never seen any around here. I'll have to ask some farmers if they know where to find it. Both of you are inspiring me.
Anicia wants to do that actually!
Suggestion... Vegetable gardens need almost full sun....you may have too much shade where you have planted :)
You are correct we are stuck in between the tree and the bushes, we want to move the bushes in the future so we open up the space more creating more sunlight and we want to expand more South so we are out of the shade of the tree.
I lived for 25 yrs in very wet/rainy area--slugs were every where they even ate my marigolds--so I dried egg shells (you can use them for other things in the garden as well) crushed them and put the crushed eggshels around the plants etc. sluggs will avoid or get themselves hurt if they crawl over them. / slugs also like beer--but then you have to clean them up I didn't like that--I am sure there are many other natural sources against slugs ask around.
Hey Leni, that is actually what Anicia is doing! She is using crushed egg shells and coffee grounds to repel them and it seems to be working for now.
Guys, seriously look into no-dig veggie garden system - initial cost, yes, but mot too much; no more weeding, YES, just very little, and even healthier soil. Your farm is looking better and better every week!
Hey Cookie it is on our list but this year we just wanted to get stuff in the ground! We would like to have raised beds and grass in between the paths, easier on the back and easier to maintain the veg garden we think.
