- Many have asked me what I actually do for a living and if I have a job! So in this video I talk about how I completely redesigned my worklife after I moved into my tiny house. Living in a tiny house I have a lot of economic freedom and I can therefore afford to spend my time on things that I feel passionate about.
Music:
Sean Williams - Wake
Cardinal Songs - Cowboy
Assaf Ayalon - Hovering Across The Earth
Amos Ever Hadani - Song for Gigi
Daniel Pratt - This Is My Love For You

Once my house sells, ill be quitting my job and drastically changing my life, I'm done with the rat race and will never return to a 9 to 5, I'm 35 years old
I wish you all the best. Im still contemplating
Working on this now, right there with you.
Best of luck! I'm 37 and feel the same.
Check it out first. Its a hell of a lot of work, trust me.
Same here
Many people are trying hard to get out of the rat race including myself. Support to the tiny house living and van life dwellers.👍
More are not being bothered 😕
I have an acre living semi off grid in my Airstream. Join me.
we to, just bought a little farm in norway.... i am going for it now! wish you all the same
But what if he gets hurt or ill ? Does he can provide for himself?
@@vladimirvlad6441 Isolation can be dangerous. A support network is needed.
We are taught to consume..consume..consume. We need very little to be happy…I live in Los Angeles..almost everyone in big giant cars. This lifestyle has so many benefits and eliminates so much trash! Thanks for sharing your story.❤
You’re welcome❤️
its damn true! My family lives there and I hate to live LA. .....I live top of a mountain in Spain with my furry friends😻😹😸
I absolutely love this, people are finally realising that there is no point in playing a game where the cards are so heavily stacked against you that even those who make it need luck.
This is the best form of protest you can do. Become self sufficient.
Great comment. Sums it up completely.
❤😊👍🏻😎
HOW??
You’re living my dream. So happy you found truth and followed your heart. If your work makes you miserable it defeats the purpose of life.
So true!! And Thanks - very kind of you🙏🏻
Wonderful life. Blessings from the UK
Recently I saw a commercial of a training " how to invest money efficiently ", my first thought was that I know the best way... by growing my own veg and fruit garden, which give me return in long and short therm 🙂😉
Love it😊👌
That’s a neat way to invest! I am not into gardening but admire the idea given the astronomical cost of vegetables- how can a tomato cost 1$ and an avocado $2?! I guess none can grow tomatoes- just give them sun & water. Point finale.
He’s just not surviving….he’s thriving! He’s living! Love the dog as well.
There is so much in this video that speaks a truth about like minded people. I think that for me, the biggest frustration I have is that no one in my life understands what I am feeling and my way of looking at life and how I live it. I would like to from a small community where we can share and help one another with our lifestyle.
Totally agree
You are not alone, many of us desire this
Yeah, I Can really relate to that! Many dansih people have that dream too
And so I wonder what is holding people back from doing it. In my case, I am ready to start today, I just don't know where to do it and have been looking at different States (I am in the US) but can't decide.
Dinero es lo que hace falta..@@rvnut1133
Now am realizing how real life actually is....❤
Wow, glad to hear that!
❤
Fellow dane here, living in NZ where off-grid and alternative ways of living is more common. This is the first time i've seen someone do it in Denmark. So interesting. Thank you for sharing your journey.
Thank you!! I started school in NZ in Palmerston North - say hi to Mrs Watson if you run into her😉Would love to go back❤️
Sounds like a much better balance of life than the corporate world. Its also good you mention the importance of community contributing. Off grid / self sufficient doesn't need to mean isolated.
It often takes community to be able to be more self sufficient
You don’t print your own money ?
@@georgewhitehouse8630 So true. It takes a village… planning to make a video on that exact topic
@@georgewhitehouse8630 haha, no not yet. But in my area some people where working on a new local curremcy at some point, but it never took off. The point was to keep money in circulation amongst local businesses to create a more stable local economy.
Always
This reminds me of my grandmother. I live in the states and we use to do this. But I use to make fun because I was young. But now I love it.
Love it!... I hope people will start to see the power of being living minimalistic, instead of buying a lot of CRAP! they dont even use in the future... Time freedom is the key to live in peace..
Good for you! So much less stressful. I live out of debt and have a house paid for but relish going tiny...less housework, less stress!
How fortunate that you are able to do this. Peace and blessings in your life.
Fortunate!? 🤣
Everyone can do this. He looks childless like me. Let society rot!!! 😡
Greetings from California (USA) .
My admiration for what you have achieved and you as a human being is immeasurable.
Well done and congratulations. ❤
Wow, so kind. Thank you☺️
Wow, Thank you so much!!☺️
did the same in 2019 after working in Manufacturing overseas for 20 years. finally decided to repatriate and build a beach villa in a beautiful coastal windy town famous for kitesurfing & surfing. My property is just 100 m from white beach front, Im working remote full time graveyard shift so I spend 3-4 hours day time outdoors gardening, tending to my chicken coop and my pets and next month looking to build a small piggery to supply local butchery at this small property by the hills that i just bought. So yeah, drastic change from toxic city and corporate living to simple country living may just extend and have a better sense of fulfillment.
Thanks for sharing that story! Really sounds like a dream too! Congrats👏😊
Bravo young man. I like the idea of living a simple life in the country but it's not easy. Good luck with your endeavors and l hope you find a nice woman to share your life with.
The tiny living lifestyle you've embraced is inspiring, especially your approach to blending work with environmental consciousness! Your journey into self-sufficiency not only enhances personal well-being but also sets a sustainable example for others. 🌿
I work 2-10pm Monday-Friday. Love this as I have all morning to do what I want. Love what you are doing and sharing your journey with us. All the best with all your projects.
Interesting story! I totally agree, life off the grid, far from the hustle and bustle of the developed world, is so fulfilling.
I also moved from USA to rural Kenya, not so long ago. And I started a TH-cam channel documenting my relocation journey.
You're liviing the best and right way of life . ❤👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
In ireland you require planning permission and permit if you want to live in non permanent structure for more than 10days and youll never get the planning per.ission in the country unless youre from there by generations. Ireland has ridiculous laws and then theyre surprised that they have housing crisis.
So true.
I was looking into it few years ago, when I was at a risk of becoming homeless. I was hoping to get a piece of land and put a log cabin or a static caravan on it.
The cost of the land was prohibitive enough - anything between 30-70 grand for a half acre site in my area.
true. it sucks! there's no way out other than to buy a house
It's already backfiring on them
@@valentina47734 what do you mean?
@@JaneWillowMusic Well, they have multiple crisis now. Immigration, homelesness. Greed can never be good. Even Irish can't afford to live outside of their family house.
It takes courage to live according to our inner calling. Agreed to start patially, getting some income n eventually move into it full pledge. May God bless you with abundant blessings 🙏
This video is very inspiring to me when I am not living in my tiny house(12x28) I am living in my DIY truck camper build. I am learning what’s on the land around me and also have planted herbs and a few other things that mostly come back every year. Anxious this year to actually get some organization and plant vegetables also. You are brave to venture out of your normal and allow God’s creation to sustain you. You are right it is hard work, but it’s reward is greater.
Excellent summary of exactly what i want to do
At 62 i dont need money but time is running out...
The way you split the three “jobs” is a good way to rationalise how working for yourself can mean looking after yourself / not necessarily owning a small business 🤔
Therefore Two days working on my food garden is essential and not a guilty pleasure.
Exactly! And Thanks!😊
Same here. I'm 61, divorced and my 2 children are about to leave the nest. In less than 2 years I will be retiring and I am now seriously considering on living full time in a Sprinter van I am converting. Time is indeed running out and I want to make the most of what is left because tomorrow it can all be over... ATB from Belgium.
I’ve watched this video a dozen times. Idk what it is about it but it feels peaceful. ❤
Yes, so much hard work, but so well worth it. Nature's rainbow bounty is the kindest and healthiest way to eat. Wild strawberries and raspberries? Yes, please. I really admire how he was able to use his passion to create a living and in doing so helping to educate others as well. I can also appreciate what a grind it can be at times, too. Work is work, after all.
Such a gorgeous and idyllic location and you can't beat a lifestyle filled with healthy eating & movement, a calm and peaceful environment and a good dog by your side. Wishing this young man and his pup a long and happy life together.
Thank you so much! We hope so too😊
I really support this kind of living life as peaceful and to be with yourself. More so close to nature🌿🍃🌿🍃 is absolutely wonderful.
This is peaceful living. If enough people start being self sufficient and not solely rely on corporations for income. Only then the workers can create some sort of leverage.
I'm a hard worker, but these last fews years. I'm overwhelmed with work along personal responsibilities. Then the high cost of living to exist in society. Just working to pay bills, only having small amount of free time.
I have my own plans on being self reliant, thank you for sharing part of your journey. I enjoyed your video, the nature scenery is calming.
Elderflowers go on to produce elderberries. Elderberries when simmered in a covering of water, then strained and the liquid brought back to the boil with a pound of honey per pint of liquid, makes a wonderful winter remedy that keeps flu away 🙂. When jarred in sterilised jars while still simmering, it will keep for years 🙂. Tastes lovely as well.
Thanks! I actually experimented with different elderflower berry juices - some with Black currant and mint. They turned out pretty well I think!
A nice, quiet life in nature with a good dog, spent walking in the woods, doing mountain man chores seems idyllic. But one thing I still can't figure out after all these like-minded videos.
Where's all these orchestra trees? Just keeps getting curiouser and curiouser 🤔
Greetings from Sri Lanka ❤. Continue your good effort. When people have slow life styles they feel as if they are really living . Practice mindfulness in your life adds even more essence to your expected lifestyle .Good Luck bro !
Thank you so much!! Will do - have been practicing😌
Thanks for the visual treat. I live in crowded, hot and humid South Carolina USA. What a refreshing change is your beautiful country and lifestyle. You are blessed indeed.
SC has lots of affordable land. Move and build tiny in the woods.
S C is my ❤ , but yes, it is getting soooo crowded.I came from Croatia 25 years ago and I looove South. People , food , culture, nature, but is getting so crowded everywhere
@@dennynisevic7848 I agree. Where in SC would you suggest I look for the best land deal? I'm a single disabled vet and can pay cash. It would be nice to find a place with a Yurt already set up since I could never do it myself.
I have lived in SC most of my life. So many damn people everywhere now! I have no idea where they all came from. For a world where the birth rates are plummeting it sure doesn't seem like it to me.
Hi,
Viewer here from Singapore. A small tiny metropolitan country. And apart from the video that I had felt so much relief 😮💨. The tiny house and nature is beautiful and amazing.
I had a silly question. Is there any dangerous creatures like venomous snakes 🐍 or scorpions 🦂 etc in the forest 🌳?
This time the algorithm has failed me. Luckily you switched to English and so I was able to find your channel. And although I am very happy living on Als, Djursland has a special place in my heart since I lived in Esby on Helgenæs years ago. Now my break is over, it is time to start weeding again!
congrats.. having a life you always wanted
Bravo! Very inspiring indeed. You are multi-talented😊
I have the same coffee grinder as you!
And that dog is such a good companion, I can tell:)
Your house is super cool & your plants are SO green & healthy😊-a very nice job!
Hi Anders, just came across your channel as I’m thinking about moving to a tiny house and living a more nature-connected life. I’ve been a nature lover for all my life. Currently I have a 9 to 5 job, sitting all day in front of a screen…you know what that is. Health comes first so that’s why I need to do something about it. I’m sure your channel and your life experience since you started a healthier life will definitely be inspiring a lot of people, so … I’m joining your community on here from today 🙂🙂🙂. Cheers from Barcelona
I really hope so too! And Thank you so much - you are most welcome here! Wish you all the luck with your own dream!!
Very inspiring, I think of the "back to the Earth" intentional communities I visited or stayed at in the 70's. Many of them are still thriving.
Great video and content, thanks for sharing with us!
Great job on living your dream! It's my dream to live tiny with minimal stuff. I want a small property I can put my own tiny house on. I live in New York with my 2 dogs and want more space. Meaning outdoor space. Would like to make it happen within the next couple of years.
❤From punjab Pakistan,
You really enjoying spiritual living style
This was a great video, very inspiring - thank you
Hello from Michigan! Loved your video, thanks for explaining how you make it work. Hope to get my own tiny house some time soon
Loved this
I've been doing van-life full-time now for about 2 years out of a squaredrop camper I pull behind my car in the states. Tiny Living here still has lots of obstacles....most zoning even in the countryside won't allow tiny homes that don't have their own sewer & running water, electricity. With Van-Life, there are more and more no overnight parking signs for places that used to allow overnight parking.
Have you looked into cal Earth? They build with sandbags. I think their projects are up to California code, and this could be legal other places. Best of luck 🇩🇰
The same here in Denmark! It’s not getting easier, although there are some new regulations that maybe are changing the game now🤞🤞
@@andersboisentinyhouse , thanks for the reply. Hope it gets better & easier for you too.
Matt
@@dortek882 , thanks for the Cal-Earth recommendation. Just checked it out...those earth sandbag homes look awesome.

So glad your page came toy attention. I look forward to seeing lots more and learning so much from you. I have a patch of dirt in my country, Australia, but it doesn't produce wild food like you have. You are so blessed to have so much wild food around you. I am keen to learn from you regarding earning an income from teaching others. ❤
Very proud of you!

Beautiful video! Thank you brother! All the love and peace to you and all living beings❤️☮️🙏🏻
I'm envious of your lifestyle. Your timing for moving in, in Spring of 2020 couldn't have been better considering the pandemic. I live in a small, old, rustic, A Frame cottage overlooking a small lake just outside of my hometown in southwestern Nova Scotia. I love it. But I would trade it for an old cabin in the woods in a heartbeat if I only could. Now it's time to start watching your videos from the beginning.
❤ Love it!
Best video i have seen today.

Wonderful. Such a harmonious and soulful way of life. It touches my heart. velsigne dig.
