I've tried a few sesame and peanut noodle recipes but this is by far my favorite. It tastes great, has the perfect consistency and is really really easy to make. Thanks for sharing

Looks good. I wonder if I can use the paste for cold noodles.

This is one of my favorite dishes. I made it today for Thanksgiving. I used to stop by WeiXiangZhai whenever I rode by on my bike.

@@makitchen I know! I felt like i had personally found a gem as when I was there in 2006 I had no idea that it was famous. I just rocked up and saw people enjoying so I thought i'd give it a go and i was blown away. Even though it looked old and rundown, you should always judge a place by how full it is. I remember sharing tables with strangers when I went there.

I love this dish! Thank you! Any advice on how I can properly emulate the braised meat sauce? Like which spices should I use?

ooh great question! pork belly/ground pork cooked in your favorite chili oil like lao gan ma :) would be super tasty.

I tried it and it's so good. I used fresh ramen noodles and chicken oil instead of lard.
