    I work in the fitness and leisure industry in Australia and this is an excellent video for beginners
    The trick is to start out easy so you reduce the risk of injury and to see and feel enough results to keep you motivated
    It also helps to have goals and then reevaluate them as you achieve
    Start with low impact exercises which incorporates strength and cardio
    Eg; stationary bike classes
    Swimming
    Home based body weight exercises like planking and push ups for upper body and core

    Really nice... I can totally relate this... When I did gym 3 years ago I didnt feel like doing it... I always enjoyed Yoga more... N people used to say i am making excuse.... But i am glad i didn't listen.... I do yoga n zoomba today and my body enjoys it.... The heavy weight lifting was very painful n hectic for my body... May be cardio is not my thing...

    Yea first is posture correct, then movement training with ur body weight, then only if necessary weight lifting

    love all your videos. i started doing the exercise which are very easy. normally whenever i try to do a beginners exercise, it becomes so hard and painful that i stop it on the first day but your exercise plan gave me hope that i could still make my body fit. thank you.

    Yes pls make a video on pro's & con's of various excersises. Actually iam eagerly waiting for such video. I went to gym for 1month & ended up with sever knee pains. I don't know y i got knees pain. As I walk regularly for 45mins in a park. I lost 20 kg Post delivery . But it took very long time to loose weight. I thought I lost weight but need to tone my body& be fit. So I joined the gym (general, no PT) but knees are paining. So thought Zumba would work for me as there is no usage of machines like gym. Pls guide me. 😍😘🙏

    same thing happened with me and now I've ended up with cervical neck pains. My whole exercise regime stopped, I couldn't even do Suryanamaskar. I ended up gaining so much wait. Really, gym trainers in India needs to be tested every year. Often times because of their wrong instructions many ends up getting injured. The license practice for trainers needs to improve in India.

      The Urban Fight i have a question .. i recently read book of rujuta "dont loose mind loose weight " it was fine however she had said in one of her video she said eat daal chawal for dinner... however in my gym others recommend not to touch rice for dinner.... 😑🙁🙁 now m so confused .. !!! could u please throw some insight on this... !!! i ll have my dinner by 9.30 pm and hit the bed by 12 so pls recommend should i have to take chapati or rice .. addinf on in her video she also said avoid soup and salad for dinner 🤔🤔🤔 one of the nutrionist i had consultrd 2 years ago had told me to eat only vegetables and chapati for dinner... now this s still confusing.. pls suggest .. thanks in advancr.. !!!

    No pain no gain its actually a good motive , most of the people get Injured because they missunderstands it doesn't mean pain gives us results,its about determination .yes most of the people in gym gets injured because they r bodybuilders ,fitness and bodybuilding both r different ,fitness is for health,n bodybuilding is building lot of muscle on body ,for achieving health we don't mind how long it takes,but for bodybuilders each every workout is most important they don't mind if there is pain,n u u said u had muscle ache in shoulders once,if u had pressed ur muscles after workout for 5-10min (as Mardna)u might need not to go for physiotherapists to spend money
