But 1st do no harm! These so called "doctors " don't care about health or your well being! They only give a dam about money! This is a crime! They should be in jail! You have to suffer daily and no reversing the damage! God help you! I'm sad and compassionate for you 😢

Its an impossible surgery. And its the only organ they claim they can recreate by mutilating and cobbling together other body parts. Its such an outrageous and huge lie to tell, that people have believed it....cos its hard to believe the establishment...or anyone could tell such an insidious evil and huge lie. But they do it all the time.

I am so grateful in hindsight that decades ago when i applied for treatment the waiting lists were many many years only to start hormones and years after that to have the surgery. This actually have saved me from going that route. Some decades after that i came to terms with my self that this wasn't going to be the way for me and i am now a detransitioner and am glad i got still all my equipment intact. I get sad each time i hear stories of people having bad experiences with bottom surgeries. I hope you do well and sort of can come to terms with it.

Lee, most post-op trans women are not honest about everything on the internet. Don't be jealous because you don't know the whole story, just the insta story. A friend of mine who had the surgery in the 80's didn't orgasm until the late 90s! I knew a few girls who choose to go off their estrogen occasionally for a week so the testosterone comes back along with it's libido for a few days. As for dilation, I can't fathom the tediousness of that. Chin up and good on you for your honesty, you chose a hard road but you hopefully find your joy again soon.

I hope you don't mind me saying so Lee, but I think you are suffering from the effects of medical trauma. This isn't just a matter of an incompetent surgeon. He harmed you. You didn't do anything wrong. He did.
"Medical trauma² is a specific form of trauma that occurs in a medical setting. This can be a doctor's clinic, hospital, surgical theater, or any other place where medical care is delivered. Medical trauma, like general trauma, is complex."
"Post-traumatic stress disorder and medical trauma have similar symptoms since they are both associated with trauma. Symptoms of medical trauma include but are not limited to the following:
    Anxiety
    Depression
    Flashbacks
    Sleep disturbances
    Intrusive thoughts
    Nightmares
    Intense emotions
    Emotional numbing
    Digestive issues
    Heightened state of alertness
    Exaggerated startle response
    Muscle tension

You were sold a lie by the surgeons and "professionals" as well as other trans patients. The sunk cost fallacy has a chokehold on so many and sadly, misery loves company.
Other trans patients lie because they don't want to even admit to themselves that they made the wrong choice.
Numerous trans TH-camrs have stories of complications. Every patient has a complication, and they are always serious. It is such a delicate area, and I have seen people make light of urinary problems, as if kidney infections don't kill you within days or even hours if bad enough. UTIs can cause permanent kidney damage, so urinary problems in your 20s is not something worth risking.
Even Julie Van Vu admitted she loved not having to worry about tucking, but the neovagina itself was useless to her because it didn't feel good to use.
You made the best decisions with the informtion you had.
I have heard of numerous surgeons and Kamol is a name I recognise, just as someone who browsed Reddit when I am not, and have never identified as trans.
Respect to you for warning others.

I haven‘t heard of a single man who had „bottom surgery“ without any complications. None! Some just stay quiet for a while about it, that‘s all. It‘s not the surgeon, the surgery is not possible to turn out well bc the expectations are based on lies. So it‘s not one bad surgeon, it‘s all of them who promote sth that can‘t be successful in any way.😢 So you should all speak out to prevent others from getting these surgeries! Connect w each other and fight against the industry, against the ppl selling lies as truth!

As a gay man I have had 5 friends over the years try and do the transition. Even those who just did the hormone surgeries, their lives are just not right. Two of these friends were in their 30's when they started full transitioning. At first we were kind of a supportive group, but when it came time for the big surgery we begged them not to do it. The reason was because we had known them for many years. We knew all the little quirks they would never tell their doctors. For example, one girl was always complaining about everything, her weight, her eating habits, the way people looked at her. But at the same time she was also an attention whore to the extreme. She would mow her yard every Saturday dress in a two piece skimpy bikini doing her rendition of the chiquitta banana girl, even wearing the fruit basket on her head and drinking a huge pina colada as she rode around. Just doing the hormone therapy for some years didn't go well. She became combative and down right almost impossiable to be around for more than a couple of minutes. After the surgery, all we would hear is complaints and crying. Nothing she had been told was coming true. Sex was gone forever. She was constantly having to go to the doctor with infections or she couldn't pee and even tons of UTIs. Being that miserable, she started gaining weight and eventually had bariatric surgery. That just compounded everything. Three years ago her Dad said she passed away from a brain tumor. A few months ago he admitted to me that she died of suicide. My other friend also died from suicide.
Surgeons can make you look like a girl, but the medicine is just not there yet to make you a girl. Between now and that time, most people will be nothing more than guinnie pigs for doctors to see what works and what doesn't. That is just how medicine is.

I thought about this question for a while before I took any further steps and in the end I left my girlfriend and rebuilt my life. Now I'm fine without transition, even if it still appeals to me, but I would no longer say that I have to have it.

And this is what's severely lacking elsewhere, especially in the anglophone world, where they made it taboo to offer psychological help on this issue, because to offer that help suggests "issues", and we are not allowed to admit the person has "issues", the person is considered completely psychologically sound, full stop, no questions allowed!!
So if you were in America, you would almost certainly have never been challenged on your original demands to damage your body, you would have been operated at your request, THAT'S what's so scary, that's what they're doing to people there!
Society reached full-blown stuck mode, wedged in and firmly STUCK, with no critical thinking, and no empathy, because selective empathy only for those who never change their minds is NOT real empathy, real empathy doesn't discriminate.

Accordingly, a necessity must first be established, for financial reasons alone, so that the social system is not unnecessarily burdened. But there is also a lot of criticism here because those affected often have to justify themselves very strongly and then sometimes have to go to court for a change of name. Basically, I think it's good that you have to see a psychologist first, regardless of whether you're an adult or a child. As long as they are not discriminated - which still happens here.

When we read testimonies from trans people we must keep in mind that it is very negative and difficult for them to admit that the result is bad, that they have problems.
This contributes to generally presenting positive testimonies, sometimes even very exaggerated.

I use to have no problem with someone transitioning until I started watching videos of people that had complications. I saw how much was involved in transitioning, like taking hormones and having surgeries, and then and all the negative side effects afterwards. It is just not safe to do. I agree that the trans influencers make you think that transitioning is easy as pie. They won’t disclose all the negative experiences they had with transitioning. This is why I tell people not to transition. Just accept yourself as a feminine man or masculine woman. I know they get angry, but they really don’t know what they are getting into. Anyone thinking about transitioning should really reconsider.

I do so much empathise with you. I wish I could support you, but alas I can't. I do hope so much that your video helps young people who may be considering having the surgery. The risks to having the surgery are very real and should not be thought of as rare. I myself had penile inversion and it's not perfect. parts of me around the area are still numb over 3 years after surgery. it was 2 and a half years after surgery that I had my first orgasm with myself, but after a couple more times I haven't now for over 6 months because my libido is non existent. For me as an older transexual it doesn't matter, but for those who are younger I always advise caution but I do know, as you do yourself how gender dysphoria can influence us to make decisions regardless of cautionary advice.
I do hope that one day you will find peace, with best wishes for your future, luv Caroline. xx

They had it done in The Netherlands and Turkey I believe. I honestly thought Dr. Kamol was great. I did every surgery there is except the vagina. Face, breast, hips, ass, voice, castration, hormones since 18 but not the full sex change because stories like this scare me. Please try to stay optimistic even though you feel horrible at the moment. You will get through this. Maybe this was meant to happen in your life. Maybe everything was written out beforehand, before it actually happened. Don't blame yourself too much, you can't predict the outcome of any surgery. I'm genuinely sorry to hear about this. Nobody deserves what you've gone through. Having said that, loss of sex drive post surgery is a big problem but they won't talk about it. I've encountered similar reports from girls who had a bilateral orchi as well as those who had vaginoplasty, but there are no proper follow-up studies. I'll do a video in more depth but for those reading, in the first place, do not be persuaded to have this surgery. Consider it a last resort. If you're really concerned about masculinisation, consider a unilateral orchidectomy, ie one testicle removed. This will cut your T to about half and help avoid MPB etc, but still leave you a libido. I know one Thai surgeon at least used to leave one testicle inside the abdomen for this reason; Kevin Balot had this op. I'm sceptical but it is a thing.

    Damn…what a tragedy…I am so sorry….
You know, not too long ago,if a person wanted to get that surgery, they would have to go to see psychologists to screen the people….this definitely wasn’t a quick process….now, anyone can go into a doctors office that deals with this subject, and after a 1/2 hour meeting ,they are already walking out with a prescription for hormones….
The actual surgery is almost always accepted by insurance companies and the patient actually gets fast tracked so they can get the operation asap!
Unfortunately, many people DO regret it….they procedure isn’t as foolproof as these doctors like to pretend they are either! As long as they get plenty of $$$,they don’t seem to care whose lives they ruin .
It’s a sad state of affairs.
