What sucks is that it is almost as bad to give advice. There is a saying that the worst vice is advice, so even when people try to give advice it may not apply to the person they are trying to help.
Hey man I struggle with some of the same feelings sometimes. Just thought id share the teachings of the master Ishwar Puri Ji and the sound current meditation. I think a lot of those big philosofical questions you have can be answered and the answer is already within you.. The neutralization of binaries, the solving of paradoxes... It is a life long quest but the soul goes through many stages in its development like a flower. The stage of depression shame guilt fear are the base consciousness and the stage the alchemists call nigredo. Just sharing some thougts. Peace from 🇧🇷 I hope we can be truly happy ❤
Nothing wrong with being pessimistic anyways, u didn't ask to be here and there are a lot of negatives in this reality. It's just your forced to deal with it
