I am a Christian Conservative heterosexual Gen-X male. This was an interesting video and insightful, seeing the world through your eyes.
It was also refreshing in that it was NOT political or divisive. I think if more people just listened, it would be a better place to live.
I let you know that I was Gen-X for a reason... there was racism and sexism before our generation and after our generation. We were spared many of the problems other generations face.
We knew our gay friends were gay before they did. They got married and had kids before they came out and we didn't bat an eye. They were our friend in elementary school, and they are our friend still in our 50's. We don't give a F_ck!
Same with black people... they were just our friends, not our black friends. They did not want to be called African American, because they were just Americans who happened to be black.
Keep up the good work, I wish you happiness and fulfillment in life.

Way to breakdown the stereotype of a Christian-Conservative hetero Gen-X male. Good on you and thanks for the reminder that even conservative Christians can possess a personality with as much depth and complex nuance as many “liberal-minded” people. Thank you, as your comment reminded me to challenge my unconscious bias and the tendency to revert to primitive tribalism and the two dimensional over-simplification of those we perceive to be in opposition to us.

Hey, Lee ... I'm a straight cis male in his 60's (who's never watched any tranny porn, by the way), but this video is EXACTLY why I've started following some of the TH-cam trans gals. I'm in a battle against prostate cancer (which has laughed off all the radiation they were willing to throw at it), and discovered that the meds I'm on (to reduce my testosterone to as close to zero as it can get - as the cancer "lives off of" testosterone) are in many cases the same as the hormone treatments for transitioning. For some reason, I've not found any straight guys doing videos about how this effects them. I've been on Lupron for four years now, and have not had an erection since my first shot of that, plus, in the past couple of years, my urologist has also added Abiraterone to the mix - something I've heard some gals mention. It is kind of odd that I have to follow trans gals here to get "compare and contrast" info on what's happening to my body ... but the meds involved (and the effects thereof) certainly come up al lot in these vids. Thanks for this one!

    • @leefrancis007
      @leefrancis007  3 ปีที่แล้ว +29

Sorry to hear about your situation. Yes the meds trans girls use are very similar to yours so the effects will be the same. I presume men feel a sense if shame which is why they don't put it out there. Has your body changed? Less hair, breast growth, feminized body shape? And emotional changes?

    • @BrendanTripp
      @BrendanTripp 3 ปีที่แล้ว +26

@@leefrancis007 Yeah, lots of changes ... led, of course by the total non-functioning (well, it still pees) of the equipment, which has also shrunk a good deal. I was never particularly furry, but the body hair (chest, legs, etc.) has become much finer and hardly noticeably. I've always been a chunky guy, so there hasn't been any breast growth per se, but I don't know if that would have been the case had I been lean going into this. Aside from the equipment issue, the worst thing has been the muscle mass loss. I used to have "Brutus" arms and they're looking more like "Olive Oyl" arms these days. I'm also a lot less intimidating than I used to be ... I no longer look like a moving wall that folks had best avoid ... plus my voice has lost its lower registers, so I no longer sound like "the pits of hell" when upset.
Not having the dysphoria to bring me to these changes makes all these things more regrettable ... but I guess not dying from the cancer (which seems to be totally controlled at this point) is a plus. The prostate cancer (at least as I have it) isn't even noticeable ... but left untreated it will metastasize to other systems, most notably to bone cancer, and I really would prefer NOT to get there. I have blood tests every couple of months to make sure my numbers look OK, and they did full-body bone scans of me before starting on the drugs to have a "baseline" to compare future scans to.
What's bizarre is that I never had any symptoms - just numbers of blood panel results. The only time I've felt sick was towards the end of my first round of radiation (well, if one doesn't count the very painful process of prostate biopsy, etc. ... hope I don't have to go through that again!). As these things go, I guess that's a win (I have friends who are currently going through breast and colon cancer currently, and it sounds like prostate cancer is a better deal than those).

I don't even know where to go with this. You can probably make a new video about this. I am a 53 year old trans girl that has been through PHYSICALLY everything you went through. I understand. I had a couple things you were lucky did not happen. Most of the things you went through I was spared. I have been with Bi women with the exception of the one straight woman that loved me since she was 15. If I had to do it over again I would. 18 years together. I am sad it is over. I know everything that went wrong. It would happen again if we had to do it all over. Just how all of us friends were back then in the days. If I gave her the first kiss today... the entire rest of our lives would be perfect.
So... Love the one you have. Do the best you can do... We learned from our experience communication is the most important thing. As soon as it wavers your relation is on the falling away.... As I was watching this right now... For the first time in my life I was thinking I wish I could have just dated you. I think we would have been great...
Because of this video I am now going to look for trans dating.
You are an amazing woman. I would love to meet you for lunch. I think you just changed my way of thinking.

It puts the libido into overdrive to the extent you can't think of anything else which lead to some risky behavior. It also changed my body, I was ripped and lean without even trying. I got off the T because due to the negative impacts and feel much better. My life is now focused on other things and I just have to work out more but will never achieve the look I got while on the T.

I would like to add that NOT all trans women go on hormones. Some either have a naturally feminine appearance and just grow out their hair and use cosmetics and wardrobe to produce a morphologically feminine persona. Others have a series of procedures done that give them a physical appearance of a woman and so many in both of those categories retain the use of their genitals and their sex drive and I believe that a significant number of people doing porn with functional equipment belong to one of those two categories. Most of the adult entertainment industry though is illusion. In my youth I was frequently mistaken for a girl. Until I was almost 12 I had blond hair which for some reason turned dark as I entered puberty. My hair was very long and everyone thought I was a girl. Even in my twenties people sometimes thought I was just a tall woman and having an unusually (though not abnormally) high pitched voice (for an adult male) that contributed. But I found I could with some practice sound precisely like a teenage girl and so I got a job doing phone sex. I was "little April" for ten years back in the 1980's and when guy's started asking if I was a "shemale" I figured it was a good time to switch over to "Dominique the 'shemale' dominatrix." I did that for about two years and really just got tired of it. #1 fantasy was to be r*ped by a "shemale." #2 fantasy was to s*ck a big hard "shemale"... #3 fantasy was to "do" a "shemale." Every single last client without exception assumed all trans women had one that was big and always hard. I was never gender dysphoric. I simply looked very feminine and was somewhat effeminate in my mannerisms. In fact I have always been somewhat embarrassed by my diminutive endowment. Without making any effort nor having any real interest in doing so I can relate on a number of levels with trans women, especially now that I have a rather extreme case of ED to go alone with it. And despite never having been overweight to the point of obesity (extra 10 lbs in my preteen and teen years and extra 20 lbs for a while in my thirties but now back to a normal healthy weight), I have man boobs that would reasonably fill a B cup, I know because a girl I once dated insisted upon measuring them. For a while I wore a beard but stopped with that one day after a little girl said "Mommy, why does that lady have a beard?" That was more embarrassing than having people routinely call me "Ma'am." Of course now that I am in my sixties and having lost a lot of hair all I have to do to rock a Ben Franklin look is to gain 50 lbs.

As an older guy (late 40,s) my sex drive isn't what it used to be . I have to admit I have often thought trans would be the perfect partner. Still the company of a woman without the pressure of sex . I still like sex when I do . But it's not on my priority of things to do anymore . What you described is how I sometimes feel 👍

It makes the passion so much better for each other. I trans woman does not want you to focus on her genitals she want you to focus on her mind and beauty. That is my thought anyway.

I am a cis man who had a minor brain tumor some years ago that gave me an extensive condition of prolactinoma - a condition which pretty much zeroes out the production of testosterone and overwhelms the body with estrogen instead.
My medical treatment cured me, of course, but there was a period of time when I had zero sex drive. I was absolutely uninterested in sex. It was a very productive time for me professionally but, as you mention, something was DEFINITLY missing. I was relieved when my testosterone returned but am very aware how the testosterone/estrogen imbalance can make for a very crazy existence.

Erections are a bit your mileage may vary, but there's definitely common occurrences. A lot of trans women don't get as hard as they did before hormones and struggle to maintain an erection. That being said, there's more to it than hormones just negatively impacting function. The way a trans women's brain approaches sex is fundamentally different. With testosterone your body always has desire for sex and arousal can be brought about by acting on desire. Estrogen flips it. The desire isn't there as often without being aroused prior to that and how arousal happens is different as well.
Additionally, a penis will atrophy if it doesn't get erect enough. With testosterone, random night erections happen nightly to prevent atrophy and any additional use helps. Without testosterone, the nightly erections stop almost entirely for most trans women. It becomes a very "use it or lose it" situation. There's plenty of trans women who take hormones and maintain sexual function.
Things like bottom dysphoria also play into the equation as well. It's a very complicated question due to the many factors going into it. It's true that estrogen and t-blockers will negatively impact sexual function for male sex organs but it isn't as cut and dry as taking hormones will completely stop your ability to get erect/top.

The extra kiss at the end made me chuckle.
My introduction to the concept of transgenderism was not through porn but via a TV talk show (remember when watching TV was a thing?) way back in the 1980's. A line of women were on a set with an audience and a TV host. The ladies on the far left of the stage looked like fantasy swimsuit models, then there was a gradient to the far right where they were obviously men in drag, one of them bearded.
The audience was set the task of determining where the dividing line lay between the "two genders". It struck me as unnecessarily cruel for the plain looking women just right of centre.
So the audience votes were tallied up and the compere stood at the agreed dividing point. To his left were women, to his right were men, according to the vote. Then the kicker - all of the people in the line had been born "male". I was astonished, taken aback, gobsmacked. All the women on the far left were trans, and looked gorgeous. The gradient also included other trans women, some cross dressers, female impersonators and drag queens. One of the cross dressers was nearly in with the gorgeous models.
It was the point in my life where I realised that my sexuality may not be simple.

not wanting to argue.. that's you definition... but how do you justify "Woman", and what to you is a "woman"
Biology says clearly that when they have no biological prequicit to get pregnant, even it they are infertile ect... meaning there is no uterus or womb(i believe it's spelled in english?) in the human male, ergo just "(Hu)man", but when there is a womb in the human it decomes wo(mb Hu)man per definition the female(woman).. so no natural way to give life, and a Y chromosome from birth equals Man, XX gives the prefix WO to man single and men plural, that's how words also work..
I mean, just because that, I for instace choose to identify as a mulatto, bi-sexual, bottlenosed Dolphin, doesn't make me able to change my DNA, chromosomes or add melanin, correct?
nor does me identifying as a dragomake me able to spit fire or identifying as an Appache helicopter make Me immune to drinking gas and able fly, either?!
and before you start susing strawmen, I never said anything being bad about being Dolphins, bi-sexuals, Mulattos or Women... and I never insulted anyone of you, nor belittled you!
also, "ad homenims"(I believe you call them) are not taken seriously, please stay true to biological facts and truths, not idiology or trying to change deffinitions of words, thank you.

I'm at a loss after hearing this. I am a cis male, mid 30's, and have been sexually active since 15. I find all different types of women, cis or not, attractive. I've enjoyed the company of women who are dominant, submissive, or both and switch those roles depending on mood. I've been "topped" by some of these ladies and I've been the "top" as well. There was respect given both ways, even if the relationship was driven more so by sex than emotional connection. We knew each others boundaries, and if we enjoyed it we indulged. However, based on my interpretation of what you were saying it makes me feel like if I were to be involved with a transwoman, if I were to want to be topped at times this would create an issue, and possibly call into question my respect for her as a person even though I enjoyed the same activities with cis women. I don't get it or perhaps my Asperger's is interfering with my understanding of this. If anyone could shed light on this for me or even point me to resources to help with my understanding I'd be very appreciative.

I implore and truly hope you and others doing this will sincerely repent and turn back to Jesus Christ. Time is very short. Eternity is real and changing your gender is very costly for your eternity. This is something that isn't okay with God almighty. Dark spirits influence us from a young age constantly to do many things. Many of our impulses, mind, ways, inclinations. It is really demons influencing and whispering in the mind to go against the Almighty God and they have a variety of ways to do it. Changing the gender is one of them.
If we die in this state of having unrepentant sin, we are taken to the place nobody wants to talk about and many don't know is real. Please repent, He can change you and make you feel good in your skin naturally, take away the desire to think you need to mutilate yourself, take artificial hormones that are very unhealthy, and make you think you need this to feel whole. It's an illusion. Cry out to Jesus Christ while there's still time and you still have breath in your lungs. Changing your gender can lead to hell if you don't repent and turn back. Others that were transgender have experienced total change in the most holistic and beautiful way and are so grateful. They are in best place of their lives bc of turning to Jesus Christ and going back to their God given gender.

I suspect this comment will not go over well at all on your channel but the intent is to give you some light.
We get it you are in the trans community. In my view that is fine.
If I knew you here is what it would be like.
We would not be having a sex relationship.
I would not mind being seen with you because we would be friends.
As my friend I would treat you as a morally decent human being with value and feelings.
The view from my social view is that I sometimes will be in an active relationship and will only have a sex relationship with my partner. It's just the view that in the event that we have children we will go and have a family to give them what they need to get a good start in life.
So in summary. Not everybody has this set of values and views. But the belief is that diversity is a good thing and life itself is a creative sort of thing and it is interesting to see how our friends are doing with their life and how they make it today.
I sympathize with your feelings of being used. And the message I would offer is this. Be more selective who you bed with and make friends with people that have respect and love as an integral and important part of the relationship.
As always I wish you continue to make your life as you wish it to be and that you find the people in your life that truly are your friends and support group.

Very cool. I am kind of going through that now. Well, at least the contemplation of it all. Just had my labs completed and hormones are doing super. That makes me feel good because, as you say,... I'm not thinking about sex 24/7. I haven't been intimate with anyone in a long time. It's taken a few years to see where my orientation would lie (no pun intended, ha!). And I know the realities of stopping HRT. No thanks. And while my face is much more rounded and the massive brow bone is much less, still without FFS an intimate partnership is probably going to be tough. We'll see.
But I'm very curious about how to go about this in the working world.
I'm between jobs, but I would really like my next job to begin with them knowing my intentions toward FFS.
How do I do that? And what are the differences of being a gay guy and a trans woman in the workplace?
Great thing's for you to talk about in your next video! Looking forward to it.
Another question, if it's not too over the top.... So say by some miracle I find a guy out there. After awhile things start getting a little more heated. We inevitably end up going to the bedroom. But before then, at some point, I tell him about my "stuff" not seeming so excited, but that inside I'm very turned on. What is that like from the male perspective? I mean, as a functioning hetero male, it was always a goal to make the woman come. How does it effect the male physche if there are no indications of that (i.e I have no erection and I don't come as I did prior to HRT). How is that discussed so that it prevents problems in a budding relationship?
Sorry, if that's to serious. Just curious. Thanks for the awesome vid. Very enjoyable. Love and Hugs from across the pond, Jackie 🌺💃
