Unlike some of the other trans gals, you have words for everything ... and if you started stringing together the texts from these vids, you'd be well on the way to having a book structure laid out (and some of us would like to revisit the stories from your gay boy days, and how you managed in a corporate environment).
I think that anyone like yourself that believes they were born with the wrong body should just accept that that is the case and do nothing. Doctors will promise you the world but if operations go wrong like they surely do, you can't say ok just put me back the way I was. You could be left with serious medical problems your whole life, the doctors wont be affected because you'll have signed a disclaimer.

Lee. I went to Kamol and thought everything was fine untill I got back to Australia. Somehow nobody noticed the skin bridge that was across and below the entrance effectively giving me two entries. This has been corrected here in Australia. It has been a year now and I had PPV. I find that I can go 5 days without dilation with no loss of depth. All good information from you. Well done.

Not really, even if the sigmoid colon technique option fails (which is very rare and unlikely) it is available to replace the vaginal canal with jejunum tissue (part of the small intestine with Dr. Marcio Littleton) or tilapia skin

I know everyone has different opinions/ experiences. I had the same sigmoid colon technique . I did with Dr Chettawut . I could recommend it however I seen pictures of Dr Banks the appearance is wow another level . I can have sex with no problem . Healing went very well . I’ve been lucky that I haven’t have any dramas so far . I had my surgery November 2023 , 9 months ago . I can recommend sigmoid technique as a first option based in my experience. In case it is failed there are a couple more option one of them is the tilapia skin I know you can have this in Brazil and Colombia .
I would be very interested to know how many MTF gender reassignment surgeries are actually successful. When they are creating the vagina, in reality it’s a wound. The body will do its uttermost to close and heal it. People who take puberty blockers have less tissue as they have never been through that development. I hear there are many problems with people having the surgery after blockers. I think a lot of this surgery is experimental and it’s permanent. If you regret it, then there is nothing you can do. Quite shocking!!

The colon lining that the doctor used to create the cavity in her case is capable of self lubricating. Not like a biological vagina, but like a normal colon tissue would do. Is not responsive of arousal of course, it just lubricates constantly
I had colon as my first surgery, as I didn't have enough tissue for PI. and the clinic I went to recommended colon, they do it to patients who start hormones really young and have little to no penile tissue. so far so good with the colon I wonder if this fails, if they can use the ileum instead of sigmoid (if sigmoid is already used) or if it's like already too much for the body to withstand that much intestine taken away...
