I tried different positions, using more and less lupe.. tried to relax.. Nothing is really working. 😢 I hope it goes smoother over time... why don’t you get yourself a thrusting dilator like the sex shop mechanical types dilatory. I had to learn with one of those. Due partner’s being 50mm. And relaxing was the issues. Dilating 5 to 8 mm bigger so I’m not in discomfort.

I had my bottom surgery 17 months ago and had know problems..I have nearly 6 inches depth . I don't dilate now but use a virbrater once aweek instead. But my dillater did have a curve at the end made it easy. I am from.the uk . Had it done at parkside Dr bellringer in London. He is on you tube .

It seems to me that the insertion process makes you very anxious. Maybe, if it became a "semi-permanent" fixture, you might stop getting so anxious and it might become kind of "normal"..

I've heard that some people use an inflatable device that expands instead of the hard dilators.
