Betsy's Expert Mode Lootbag "Dragon Food" it summons a baby dragon mount, it can be fast on land and on air, it has a special charge ability which can only be used on land and it does 60 dmg to enemies, When on mount:Immune to Hellstone and meteorite debuff and can walk on lava, but it will sink in water. Lunatic Cultist Lootbag "Celestial Necklace" Has a 35% chance to grant the player a barrier when hit, the barrier reduces damage by 30%, Barrier lasts for 2 seconds
For the Lunatic Cultist Treasure Bag I would like some item that maybe increases the amount of blocks you can go up before the crawltipede attacks you. All the other pillars don’t have any enemy like the crawltipede really, so I feel like instead of 10 block it would be 15 or 20 blocks. It would make the Solar Pillar a bit more manageable.
I have another idea in place of the Celestial Necklace: "Summoning Circle" Using the Summoning Circle, you summon a, well, summoning circle. If you fly into it, you can clone yourself twice. These clones act like computer generated hardmode enemies. You can also connect another controller so humans can controll the clones. The downside of this is that the clones are weak, about having around 100-170 health in total. Later in hardmode, after the pillars are defeated, you can use another ability, " Roll the dice" In which what happens is completely random, you can get the dragon used in the cultists fight, you can be cloned again, or get some stat buffs. But this move is risky because there is a small chance that you get the bad luck side, this would make you take half of your HP in damage. So if you are at 200 hp, if you land on the bad luck side, you now are at 100 hp.
I like betsy's idea, though the only problem I have is it will outshadow the cute fishron. Making it a summoning staff however... mmm thats an ok in my book
Lunatic Cultist Expert Mode Item: A spell book that summons two copies of your character that act like sentries and attack any enemies using the weapon closest to your first slot of your inventory. They last for 35 seconds and do not move. Betsy Expert Mode Item: A Betsy mount that also attacks enemies with a fire breath while you’re riding it.
LC expert item could also be a summoner item which creates clones, though the Stardust set might outclass it quickly. I guess that's why LC doesn't have drops - pillar drops just outclass everything.
Sad boi Cube yea that’s why I decided to make it a sentry that can change weapons based off of your inventory so it doesn’t clash with any of the classes
The beenades are (imo) one of the best pre hardmode weapons. Like you farm out queen bee, get yourself like 200 of these bad boys and you can easily beat WoF and skeletron with the right arena/bridge
jacob norris They can do well against biome mimics in hardmode, but once you take down the biome mimics and get say, the Daedalus Stormbow, it immediately supersedes them. So that’s about all you can do with them in hardmode :/
Royal Gel is honestly really useful early game depending on what you're doing. You don't realize how common slimes are pre-hardmode until you use this. Super useful quality of life item, but definitely not something you use all the time.
@@LioTangg The brain of confusion still only averages out to a 16% damage reduction and is far less reliable. The crit is nice but mostly irrelevant. Its a lot better than it was for sure but honestly I still think its worse than the worm scarf.
I think the suspicious tentacle tool tip may have been saying "I know what you're thinking, and no... It doesn't spawn a new final boss." At least, that's what it meant to me when I tried to use it for that.
I imagine lunatic cultist’s expert item to be a sort of summon (like the one that you can use with the forbidden armor) where it would be the mysterious fragment that the cultists were praying to before and it would attack enemies
The Lunatic cultist item should drop “hailing mask” it would be an accessory which has the chance to summon people in the cult if you get attacked. Edit: or an OP summoning buff.
19:13 I was honestly thinking an accessory that gives you double the time on the effects given from potions you drink. Would definitely help those who can’t easily beat Moon Lord Expert Mode by not having to worry about buffs near as often. 19:45 How about an item that lowers the prices of items in the Tavernkeep’s shop that you purchase with Defender Medals? Would definitely make getting those higher tier weapons less of a grind.
Expert lunatic cultist item: Overloaded Lunar bracelet: An accessory that can lower the amount of mobs needed to kill in a random pilar in the "Pilar event" and increase your damge to lunarian enemies by 50% at the cost of 100 hp, the required mobs can be lessen by 30 to 60 mobs
For the cultist, I feel his expert item would be something where every few seconds he shoots off a weaker version of a cultist attack when you are in combat. Including that dragon summon. I think that would be really cool. As it would make the cultist a lot nicer to fight. Imagine being a wizard fighting the cultist, with your own little ghost cultist with you shooting the dude’s attacks back at him! C’mon. That would be badass.
Betsy Expert Item Drop Idea: Dragon tooth This item let's you ride a small version of betsy that can go up to 49 mps and shoot ball of fire that does 12 damage per second when she sees enemies. The downside to this item is that betsy with overheat if she attacks too much, making her unable to attack and fly at the speed of 39 mps
Personally, I think the gravity globe is one of the best drops considering when you get it. The moon lord, at least until the new update, is the end of the game. Chances are all you'll really want to do is have fun messing with physics anyway. And the gravity globe is perfect for that. Plus it pairs perfectly with the portal gun.
@@poggers4392 I actually only beat the game yesterday lol. Butyou could just use solar wings...or the cosmic car key. Any of those is better than the snow globe.
Unrelated but the hive pack is okay because I like using the bees knees for pre hard mode because of how good i think it is and plus the extra damage is fine
When it says “I know what you’re thinking” it is referring to the boss summoning items that have the word suspicious in front of it. They were implying that people may think that this suspicious looking tentacle is a boss summoning item.
I have them all expect for: Aaron's; Arkhalis'; Cenx's; Crowno's; D-Town's; Jims'; Lazure's; Leinfors'; Loki's; Red's; Skiphs's; Will's and Yoraiz0r's stuff, otherwise I got them all, I know I'm a beast.
Brain of confusion, master ninja gear, and hallowed armor can be paired together for great amounts of dodging, which has saved me in master mode a LOT of times.
I think that a staff like your saying would be cool but it could cast any one of the cultists attacks (other then dragon) at random or mabye two that cam be controled wity left and right click
@Yeetus Yeetus Kermit self deletus I like trains I think it would be decent if it did that but it drained all mana and made it where you couldn't use potions at all or something
I think what the devs meant with the tool tip on the suspicious looking tentacle is that would spawn a boss like the other suspicious looking items, like the suspicious looking eye to summon eye of cuthulu
The lunatic cultists expert mode weapon would be the "tablet of myths". Once equipped you pick your emblem that will represent your class. It will buff that classes attack damage by 50% and give you a speed boost of the speed half of Hermes boots speed. Betsy's expert mode weapon will be "soul of flames". Once equipped press weapon shot button to breathe fire which deals 75 damage per second.
3:07 the biggest use of the Royal gel is creating the hellavator, just for convenience sake, I love the item for pre-hardmode travel as well. Not the best, but really convenient for pre-hardmode
Lunatic Cultist Expert Mode Item Idea: *Shadowy Mask* Summons shadowy versions of yourself that copy your movements, along with a health boost when they die. maybe they can have a timer, then they’ll have an animation where they fade back into you. This item is supposed to copy the Lunatic Cultist’s move where he summons fake versions of himself to do a move.
good idea. maybe it takes a bit of mana to have each one out, and you can press a button to summon one with a max of 4. you can also press another button to desummon them if you don't want them taking your mana potions. they have to be out for at least 15 seconds to give you the health buff
or vallhala knight armor instead of shiny stone. its a sentry armor, and the chest plate is the same as the shiny stone, but heals slower, but its always active
Royal Gel is incredibly underrated, because with how common the slimes are, you can meet one even after plantera. Being able to ignore a really common type of enemy is reeeeally nice. Also, if you equip it, the debuffs and spikes that some slimes fire will do nothing. And since slimes always carry some disease with them, like the toxic slimes, the jungle spiked ones or the ice slimes, being able to ignore these debuffs saves me from so much headache.
Items for expert mode, Lunatic Cultist: “Celestial Wand” Spawns mini pillars that shoot Lasers and sometimes spawns friendly celestial enemies.(like vortex, solar,Nebula,And Stardust enemies) Also this is a weapon not an accessory. Betsy: “Dragon lungs” When ever you get hit you breath fire. It does around 75 damage per second in the fire and makes you immune to lava and fire. (Like the ironskin potion) Also this is an accessory not a weapon.
Well, the thing is it is just not that good. It does not really have a downside, but imagine if all 3 expert items from mech bosses had cool effects instead of being a fast minecart
Risk of rain fan here, so if I understood right, Shiny stone is just the Bustling Fungus of Terraria (both heal when you are not moving and this mostly will result in death in both games lol). Also I hope that an item from Lunatic Cultist will give you an ability to summon a homing dragon from one of Cultist’s attacks, that would move through terrain and would pretty much act like temporary summoner’s dragon (forgot the name), but it would activate every time player gets damage that is higher than 150. Could be a nice thing I guess.
Lunatic cultist item idea: Name: Vicious Shard(accesory) Equipable 4 defense When enemies are nearby, like 0-30 blocks then it will start to shoot out 2-5 poisonous Spikes that are targeting enemies.(they do 88 damage) Betsy item idea: Fire orb(mount) Equipable 37 dmg when touched enemy Reduces dmg received by 3% Thats just an idea ok, please dont start a arguement in the reply section
Worm Scarf is sooo good for modded bosses and is a necessity in Calamity Speaking of - perhaps do a rendition of this video for Calamity mod and perhaps others?
The Worm Scarf is also part of an upgrade chain in Calamity, though its DR steadily drops as you upgrade it (The Bloody Worm Scarf only gives 10% DR, and the Core of the Blood God only gives 5% DR).

Betsy's Expert Mode Lootbag

it summons a baby dragon mount, it can be fast on land and on air, it has a special charge ability which can only be used on land and it does 60 dmg to enemies, When on mount:Immune to Hellstone and meteorite debuff and can walk on lava, but it will sink in water.
Lunatic Cultist Lootbag
"Celestial Necklace"
Has a 35% chance to grant the player a barrier when hit, the barrier reduces damage by 30%, Barrier lasts for 2 seconds
Just turn Dragon Food into a vanilla Burden Breaker
Simon Willingham
What?
For the Lunatic Cultist Treasure Bag I would like some item that maybe increases the amount of blocks you can go up before the crawltipede attacks you. All the other pillars don’t have any enemy like the crawltipede really, so I feel like instead of 10 block it would be 15 or 20 blocks. It would make the Solar Pillar a bit more manageable.
I have another idea in place of the Celestial Necklace: "Summoning Circle"
Using the Summoning Circle, you summon a, well, summoning circle.
Lunatic Cultist Expert Mode Item:
A spell book that summons two copies of your character that act like sentries and attack any enemies using the weapon closest to your first slot of your inventory. They last for 35 seconds and do not move.
Betsy Expert Mode Item:
A Betsy mount that also attacks enemies with a fire breath while you’re riding it.
Nice
LC expert item could also be a summoner item which creates clones, though the Stardust set might outclass it quickly.
I guess that's why LC doesn't have drops - pillar drops just outclass everything.
Sad boi Cube yea that’s why I decided to make it a sentry that can change weapons based off of your inventory so it doesn’t clash with any of the classes

Royal Gel is incredibly underrated, because with how common the slimes are, you can meet one even after plantera. Being able to ignore a really common type of enemy is reeeeally nice. Also, if you equip it, the debuffs and spikes that some slimes fire will do nothing.
