He’s not necessarily wrong, the damage boost given to bosses makes natural progression immensely tough. You do in fact have to practically dodge everything you can, your items aren’t going to help you defense wise usually.
Dan Expand you should never TRY to get hit, but it’s beyond a lot of players to actually never get hit, survivability matters. If it didn’t then armor values are pointless and the spectre hood is useless by that logic.

I would rate the hive pack higher personally, as I find it makes the transition into expert hardmode much easier than without it; though it is true that it starts to become invalidated in not too long. Other than that I think this is good.
I definitely agree! I haven't done a mage playthrough yet so i can't comment on the bee gun but the bee's knees are an amazing early hard mode weapon with the hivepack. It's a no brainer for a ranger playthrough.
as a mage + ranger main, i always use the worm scarf because as mage i have like 0 defense, and bosses like plantera and empress of light ruin my day without worm scarf, and with it i breeze through them. its an incredible item
Nah it's not a rage comment, I made a HUGE list with my ideas for both Lunatic and Betsy, but I also included a couple of other ideas for stuff that would be interesting. Also, I put alot of effort into it, and was kind of disappointed to not see it featured in this video (kinda expected it to be left out tbh.)
What i want on lunatic cultist boss item is: -allows you to teleport like discord staff. -when you teleport away it will leave a clone that shoots any random mage item you have in your inventory for 5-10 secs..clone lasts for 5-10 secs.(randomized 5-10) -it has atleast 3 secs cool down per use. -the clones that you leave after teleportation has 20%(or so) boosted magic damage.
I just have to say this guy deserves way more subs, he is hilarious, exiting and has great editing. This is the first video I’ve seen and will definitely be watching more. Great job 👍
A Betsy-style mount would be badass honestly. After finally getting the Old One's Army on PS4 a little while ago, I immediately fell in love with Betsy and all of her drops. A mount would be insanely cool, though I don't know exactly how they would go about it without making it too overpowered.

The lunatic Cultist item: The Chithulu Cult. It’s looks like the same background object when you attack the cult. What it does: -It summons 4 guys with blue hoodies, They attack any enemy with either a phantomasm (with holy arrows) or summons ancient light. If however you are at 200 to 100 health, the Lunatic Cultist will be summoned by you. It uses the same attacks but it does much more damage. At -100 heath, The Mechanical Chithulu will spawn. If you read the lore, you know the cult forced the mechanic to build the mechs to revive Chithulu (all they needed was the brain). The twins at top merged with Prime’s head, it’s arms around it, the destroyer’s body connecting it. It will fly around doing its regular attacks but at enemies. Probably the best summoner in the game
Even though I’m late to the fact, a good idea for Betsy would be a long cool down ability with about one minute that summons a (surprise) dragon from the skies to deal a large amount of damage to every enemy on the screen whilst giving a moral boost to the character by inflicting a new effect which is a buffed well fed buff that also buffs other potion effects.
Shield is love, shield is life. I tried doing normal mode for a casual play through and often frequently myself instinctively trying to dash. Safe to say, I went back to expert again to get it.
A cool lunatic cultist item could be “the cultists amulet” This item would summon 2 cultist “guards” or “followers” that would permanently protect you with projectiles and cool spells as long as the amulet is equipped, the guards would also have a chance to deflect/absorb incoming projectiles, damage, etc.
So for the lunatic cultist what about an accessory which creates a permanent ring around you like the inferno potion. This is like the ring he creates when summoning the clones. It would do some kind of knockback and inflict the daybroken debuff.
How about, for the lunatic cultist's expert drop, you get a Resurrection Tool. Just think of something like the Totem of Undying from Minecraft. Equipping this item would completely avoid death, but consumes the item. This gives you the chance to make an escape or revitalise your stats to continue fighting. The effect doesn't aid much when damaging the boss, rather to let the player run away and reconsider things. Now, why do we need this feature? Hardcore characters. Imagine reaching the Moon Lord and dying? Imagine beating the game and losing your character? This accessory would be a godsend for those kinds of players, to give them a second chance. If there are people who think this would cheese the moon lord too easily, simply take the idea and make it a post-Moon Lord item instead. But I think it is a much needed gift for those who cannot respawn. Of course, if you use up the item in combat you cannot equip a duplicate one immediately after. you would have to defeat the cultists again to get another, and this is a great way to involve the Cultist back into the game. Just my two cents.
After thinking about this idea a little more, it should be like the Demon Heart. You consume it once, and you can never consume it again. Once you die at any time, inclusing hardcore mode, it revives you with a tiny bit of HP left over. And like I said, this is a one time thing. So most players might consume it, die to a slime or something and then they can never use it on this character again. It'd have such a niche use, but it would be a godsend for hardcore players
I loved those Cultist and Betsy item ideas! Could totally see some of those implanted in the game. That being said, here are my ideas: Cultist: my first impression was the crazy variety of magic so it would be cool to use some of those fireballs and ice stars from either a summon or magic weapon or accessory. One thing we don’t have is a weaponized hook so that would be incredible to turn it into a kind of off-hand weapon at end-game. A hook that changes attacks based on the weapon you’re holding, complimenting the playstyle’s weakness; as well as reflecting the celestial pillars. Melee - homing fireballs Ranged - short range lightning AoE Magic - Gravity pulse that pushes enemies away Summon - Ice shards that pierce with chance to freeze Betsy - she’s from Old One’s Army event so naturally a Sentry weapon would be fitting, like a hovering mini-dragon/upgrade to Frost Hydra. Or similar to Demon Heart, a one-time consumable that gives all wings a second-wind or swooping attack.
Okay while writing this I completely forgot about the Lunar Hook! However, the hook can be obtained in Normal Mode, so the Treasure Bag item can be an Expert-only material that can be crafted with the Lunar Hook to result in what I explained above. Also, I implied it doesn’t have to be as strong as other end-game weapons in terms of damage, but rather a new way to keep enemies off or chip them down, during the Lunar events. My intention was to compete with other S-tier items, inspired by the mechanical cart, and other offensive mounts. (Side note) I’m not familiar with whips, but I believe they lack ranged capability, which is why I’m sure an Ice projectile would be a viable use.
Betsy: Drops an expert mode item called the dragonians. There would be 3 little dragons circling around you, each with a hitbox and health. They would block hits for you if an attack came into them, and if they died, a new one would spawn in 5 seconds. This could combine with the spore sac, making the spores inflict an on fire debuff, but there would be only 2 dragons circling you.
11:52 I can see how people missed this seeing as it has such a long crafting recipe for a class most people barely use. But seeing as I love the melee class, this is a must have for all my characters and I don't know how anyone could've forgotten it.
I love it how he says "we have fire gauntlet guys" like anyone uses it everyone who isnt wuite new to the game knows mechanical glove is better since it gives you 2 percent more damage over the fire buff wich is pointless at the point of prgression you are on anyways i would like to have acessories that give all your damage sources flames and cursed flames and if those are too week fuck it just make new types of flames up like calamity did
Personally, the shiny stone just... sucks... Like, it sounds good on paper, but considering that not only do you get it a little too late for it to work, and it's better matched up with another accessory in order to slowly regen health is just... bad... What are you gonna do? Stay still during the cultist fight? Stay still during the pillar fight? You'll get annihilated by the pillar enemies. This also sucks with the moon lord, considering you can just use the nurse trick, instead of wasting 2 accessory slots where some other important accessories could be used. I guess it could be useful for building and maybe doing some AFK thing, but in my opinion, it just sucks. I'd probably only use it if you could combine it with something, but even then it just sucks, because you still need 34 seconds to reach the max thing and if you are really desperate, you need to wait a long time just to regain some health to not die, but on low health, you're screwed. Another thing, if you are close to max health, it's also useless because nobody would stay still for 10 seconds during a boss battle or some sort of situation where you are swarmed to just regain some health. The passive might be good, but are you really gonna give away a slot for that? Now for the spore sac... This might piss off a lot of people, but I think it's just bad. It could MAYBE SORT OF be useful for summoners, along with the shiny stone, but the following bosses will get you killed if you stay still. Again, this can be useful for AFK'ing, but that's a small portion of what you do in the game. The problem with these accessories is that they just come WAYYY too late, and that makes them not be used to their full potential. It's also not a material, so it can easily be replaced because you cannot add anything to it, which just makes it like a throw-away accessory. And one last point, if you use the SoC for combat, you're probably new to the game, because it's bad at combat, and everyone can see that. Because not only is it used for dodging, but it can also activate the Hermes boots. The damage is just low, and you would have to be some sort of OSU player to do some sort of thing to dash that fast.
This is completely unrelated, but I want a better flamethrower weapon. The Elf Melter just doesn't cut it. *Backstory:* So I was have some fun, and decided to stack all the fire buffs at once. This was achievable with the following: - Shadowflame knife - Full frost armor - Fire gauntlet - Flask of Cursed Flames *Current Fire Mechanics:* You could use this for Terraria mechanics, I wouldn't mind. Anyways, after some testing, I learned that, only the strongest fire buff is actually doing damage while the others are still applied but without damage. This meant that Shadowflame would act first (5dpt) then frostburn (2dpt) because it last the longest. Normal fire and cursed flames were invalidated. (I did not do any testing with daybroken, but I'm pretty sure it would take over with its ridiculous 25 damage per tick) *Changes and Additions:* So first, I want it so that all fire affects stack seeing as this set was a full commitment. Second, I want a single flame thrower that does it all. (Then you can upgrade that with other debuff weapons. Basically, I want a reverse ankh charm) I know this is pretty demanding, but I have tons of pixie dust to burn so I see this as a good way to do so.
An idea I had for the Lunatic Cultists expert drop was, an accessory that summons one clone of your character and uses the weapon you have in your hand at the time it is summoned. The clone would die in 3 hits and would do 30% of your characters damage. When a clone dies it will respawn after 60 seconds automatically.
I have an idea if you don’t mind Celestial crystal ball for lunatic cultist: If the player takes damage a stardust dragon will appear to swoop down and attack the target dealing 100+ damage, the dragon also has high knock back so you don’t take anymore damage from the foe (unless the foe is a boss) the dragon will also do damage to other foes while it swoops in, and will swoop back to the sky after it attacks, multiple dragons can be spawned, so if a lot of enemies are attacking you or if you’re taking a lot of hits, then a lot of dragons will swoop in, their length is randomized Dragon orb creates a shield around the player, with the shield, any enemy that touches the player gets set on fire, the shield breaks after 3 hits, and allows the player to infinitely walk in lava and on hot blocks, if the shield is active When fused with betsy’s wings you get the magma wings When they reach the max flight height, the player can glide for 8 seconds and falls down afterwards, the player also leaves a trail of fire while they glide, if they run into anything while gliding they will take damage and fall, when fused with the shield of chuthulu, it can dash at any time of it’s flight/glide, when doing so, they create a shield similar to the shield form the dragon orb, this attack can hit enemies doing about 75 base damage, and can set enemies on fire, if you dash into a wall the shield will break, but you can still fly, just make sure to don’t hit the wall again
I would like it if the cultist item allowed your summons to tank a hit for you every couple of seconds Like imagine you're there with 11 UFOs, this means you can essentially dodge 11 hits but you lose the a UFO for each hit dodged, 60 seconds or something like that for non summoners it's the titanium armor passive all over again but for summoners who have the lowest defensive stats of all classes is a needed boost to their survival
Lunatic cutlist expert item U can get one of the item of the classes summoner: which gives u a dragon Nebula: a circle which can be use to shoot thunder Vortex: shoots 4-6 stars Solar: melee All the attacks are from the attacks of lunatic culist Also the Betsy Expert Mode Item is The Dragon mount or Betsy mount It can fly infinte and if it is near a mob or a boss it can shoot fire ball and it is little faster than the ufo as its a dragon
On console (maybe pc) in multiplayer every player can pick up a goodie bag from a boss, meaning you can “duplicate” loot from expert mode, meaning if we need a demon heart we just need to fight the wof once and have every player in that world( each player can only see “their” goodie bag)
the shiny stone really synergizes with celestial cuffs if you use the spike technique i use as mage for events. the shiny stone helps reduce the damage i take from the spike, allowing me to use for longer periods of time
I have an idea what if they make it where you can combine plantera’s expert mode drop and golem’s expert mode drop but make shiny stone’s healing not as good like decrease it to 8% or something (combine shiny stone and plantera’s spore sack)
That globe thingy can be usedul on arenas that have a roof vs a wave of enemies that cant shoot projectiles and also try this thingy and the shiny stone check if u still heal

To avoid the infinite loop of death, simply equip the cobalt chield or higher, it will cancel knockback thus allowing you to escape any situation (tho it is true that you won't be able to escape the loops with the dash, but it is wayyyy easier to avoid enemies that may cause loops by dashing from them rather than just walking or flying away)

I think honestly the betsy thing we can do for besty is give it an item called brain of Betsy, it makes monsters 40% weaker when they are near you, inside your Betsy aura, and it fuses with the brain one, the terrible one, to make it useful. It would be "the Brain Blast". anything that doesn't just run and hit you instantly will become confused and lose 40% damage, and they can be killed by other monsters. when they are killed, they have a splash. This splash makes everything near their dead body, ALSO get affected by this debuff.
Noooooooo I'm too late for an idea for the expert mode items but imma say them anyways Cultist: A summon/magic weapon that summons one of three orbs(all that the cultist summons), one shoots a singular lightningish beam, another shoots out 6-7 crystal shards, and the last is an orb that summons 3 mini cultists much like the pirate staff however the orb follows you and when there are no more enemies in sight the mini cultists return to their locked position around the orb. Betsy: A sword that launches a mini Betsy that spits out a spray of fire much like the twins
Betsy: Rebirth Ashes At the peak of death, you will gain back 30℅ your max health and 5 sec. of 50℅ incoming damage reduction. 30 min. cooldown. Lunatic Cultist: Vengeful Spirit Summons a mist of dark otherworldly energies, giving permanent hover, any damage coming from underneath the mist will be reduced, and as consequence any damage you do, underneath the mist will also be reduced.
Sounds awesome, but I have some tweaks for the Betsy one. Name: Phoenix Emblem. At the peak of death, you are put back to 20% health and gain 5 seconds of full immunity. Cooldown begins when equipped, but resets when dequipped to stop vanity slot abuse.
Brain Of Confusion Accessory Summons a Mini Brain of Cthulhu to fight for you, it grows in strength with world progression. (receives an increase in damage when entering hardmode, angering the forest, etc.) In addition to doing more damage later, it's attacks can also inflict confusion.
fun fact: the shield of cthulhu can be used on queen bee and duke fishron to block their dashes with your own dash invulnerability frames, you need a lot of reaction time and if they hit you too fast it wont work, but its a really interesting gimmick that most people dont know about you need to revise this again for 1.4 btw, regen tank setups are nerfed (nerfing shiny stone), the new queen slime boss expert item is a good C or B tier item thats like a weaker spore sac, and the new empress of light item gives INFINITE FLIGHT plus BOOSTED WING SPEED, making it a solid high A or S tier item i also feel like you gave too much credit to the worm scarf, could probably be dropped to high A tier or lower in S tier, and not enough credit to hive pack, because the bees knees or beenades + hive pack are actually great for wall of flesh, which is the main thing you need to do pre hm
My own ideas, even though it's a bit late: Lunatic Crest Accessory 8 Defense When you damage an enemy with summon damage, a clone will be created and float in the air in a random radius around you for 15 seconds. This clone will have 0 defense and 20% of your current health. Bosses and other enemies will prioritize the clones over the player, and there may be 4 clones at once with a 3-second cooldown on creating them. If a clone dies, a Phantasm Dragon will appear for 5 seconds to deal huge damage to nearby enemies before flying off. There can only be one dragon at a time on-screen.
nobody asked but lunatic cultist expert bag drop: Dark Matter When hit, the player will release a lightning bolt similar to the one from the lunatic cultists battle that deals about 80-130 damage, this depends on how low your defense is. The lower it is, the higher the damage. It has a 7 second cool down.

I made a HUGE list with my ideas for both Lunatic and Betsy, but I also included a couple of other ideas for stuff that would be interesting.
Also, I put alot of effort into it, and was kind of disappointed to not see it featured in this video (kinda expected it to be left out tbh.)

What i want on lunatic cultist boss item is:
-allows you to teleport like discord staff.
-when you teleport away it will leave a clone that shoots any random mage item you have in your inventory for 5-10 secs..clone lasts for 5-10 secs.(randomized 5-10)
-it has atleast 3 secs cool down per use.
-the clones that you leave after teleportation has 20%(or so) boosted magic damage.

A Betsy-style mount would be badass honestly. After finally getting the Old One's Army on PS4 a little while ago, I immediately fell in love with Betsy and all of her drops. A mount would be insanely cool, though I don't know exactly how they would go about it without making it too overpowered.
Maybe It would be a large mount so it would be harder to fit through small spaces or something like that?

The lunatic Cultist item: The Chithulu Cult. It’s looks like the same background object when you attack the cult. What it does:
-It summons 4 guys with blue hoodies, They attack any enemy with either a phantomasm (with holy arrows) or summons ancient light. If however you are at 200 to 100 health, the Lunatic Cultist will be summoned by you. It uses the same attacks but it does much more damage. At -100 heath, The Mechanical Chithulu will spawn. If you read the lore, you know the cult forced the mechanic to build the mechs to revive Chithulu (all they needed was the brain). The twins at top merged with Prime’s head, it’s arms around it, the destroyer’s body connecting it. It will fly around doing its regular attacks but at enemies. Probably the best summoner in the game

Even though I’m late to the fact, a good idea for Betsy would be a long cool down ability with about one minute that summons a (surprise) dragon from the skies to deal a large amount of damage to every enemy on the screen whilst giving a moral boost to the character by inflicting a new effect which is a buffed well fed buff that also buffs other potion effects.
I only have 50 hours so I’m not sure on if this is balanced or not, it would just be mega cool

I absolutely love this channel, what I will say is that SoC is probably best in a player made arena, but those knock back loops have trapped me a bit.
Shield is love, shield is life. I tried doing normal mode for a casual play through and often frequently myself instinctively trying to dash. Safe to say, I went back to expert again to get it.

A cool lunatic cultist item could be “the cultists amulet”
This item would summon 2 cultist “guards” or “followers” that would permanently protect you with projectiles and cool spells as long as the amulet is equipped, the guards would also have a chance to deflect/absorb incoming projectiles, damage, etc.
It would be better as a summon, but still a good idea
the brain got a massive buff for 1.4
So for the lunatic cultist what about an accessory which creates a permanent ring around you like the inferno potion. This is like the ring he creates when summoning the clones. It would do some kind of knockback and inflict the daybroken debuff.

Lunatic's mask would also apply to the meteor heads that spawn in the meteor boime, that comes when ever you break a shadow of or crimson heart.
By the time you've beaten LC I doubt you will need more damage against them considering you should be 1 shotting them anyway

The SoC is for mobility, not damage. On top of this, just equip the cobalt shield, obsidian shield, or ankh shield to negate knockback.

How about, for the lunatic cultist's expert drop, you get a Resurrection Tool. Just think of something like the Totem of Undying from Minecraft. Equipping this item would completely avoid death, but consumes the item. This gives you the chance to make an escape or revitalise your stats to continue fighting. The effect doesn't aid much when damaging the boss, rather to let the player run away and reconsider things.
Now, why do we need this feature? Hardcore characters. Imagine reaching the Moon Lord and dying? Imagine beating the game and losing your character? This accessory would be a godsend for those kinds of players, to give them a second chance. If there are people who think this would cheese the moon lord too easily, simply take the idea and make it a post-Moon Lord item instead. But I think it is a much needed gift for those who cannot respawn.
Of course, if you use up the item in combat you cannot equip a duplicate one immediately after. you would have to defeat the cultists again to get another, and this is a great way to involve the Cultist back into the game. Just my two cents.
After thinking about this idea a little more, it should be like the Demon Heart. You consume it once, and you can never consume it again. Once you die at any time, inclusing hardcore mode, it revives you with a tiny bit of HP left over. And like I said, this is a one time thing. So most players might consume it, die to a slime or something and then they can never use it on this character again.
It'd have such a niche use, but it would be a godsend for hardcore players

I loved those Cultist and Betsy item ideas! Could totally see some of those implanted in the game.
That being said, here are my ideas:
Cultist: my first impression was the crazy variety of magic so it would be cool to use some of those fireballs and ice stars from either a summon or magic weapon or accessory. One thing we don’t have is a weaponized hook so that would be incredible to turn it into a kind of off-hand weapon at end-game. A hook that changes attacks based on the weapon you’re holding, complimenting the playstyle’s weakness; as well as reflecting the celestial pillars.
Melee - homing fireballs
Ranged - short range lightning AoE
Magic - Gravity pulse that pushes enemies away
Summon - Ice shards that pierce with chance to freeze
Betsy - she’s from Old One’s Army event so naturally a Sentry weapon would be fitting, like a hovering mini-dragon/upgrade to Frost Hydra.
Or similar to Demon Heart, a one-time consumable that gives all wings a second-wind or swooping attack.
Okay while writing this I completely forgot about the Lunar Hook! However, the hook can be obtained in Normal Mode, so the Treasure Bag item can be an Expert-only material that can be crafted with the Lunar Hook to result in what I explained above. Also, I implied it doesn’t have to be as strong as other end-game weapons in terms of damage, but rather a new way to keep enemies off or chip them down, during the Lunar events. My intention was to compete with other S-tier items, inspired by the mechanical cart, and other offensive mounts.
(Side note) I’m not familiar with whips, but I believe they lack ranged capability, which is why I’m sure an Ice projectile would be a viable use.

Betsy: Drops an expert mode item called the dragonians. There would be 3 little dragons circling around you, each with a hitbox and health. They would block hits for you if an attack came into them, and if they died, a new one would spawn in 5 seconds. This could combine with the spore sac, making the spores inflict an on fire debuff, but there would be only 2 dragons circling you.
Idea for Master Mode:
Every good expert drop now is accompanied by a bad master drop and vice versa

I love the editing style and transitions
Personally, the shiny stone just... sucks... Like, it sounds good on paper, but considering that not only do you get it a little too late for it to work, and it's better matched up with another accessory in order to slowly regen health is just... bad... What are you gonna do? Stay still during the cultist fight? Stay still during the pillar fight? You'll get annihilated by the pillar enemies. This also sucks with the moon lord, considering you can just use the nurse trick, instead of wasting 2 accessory slots where some other important accessories could be used. I guess it could be useful for building and maybe doing some AFK thing, but in my opinion, it just sucks. I'd probably only use it if you could combine it with something, but even then it just sucks, because you still need 34 seconds to reach the max thing and if you are really desperate, you need to wait a long time just to regain some health to not die, but on low health, you're screwed. Another thing, if you are close to max health, it's also useless because nobody would stay still for 10 seconds during a boss battle or some sort of situation where you are swarmed to just regain some health. The passive might be good, but are you really gonna give away a slot for that?
Now for the spore sac... This might piss off a lot of people, but I think it's just bad. It could MAYBE SORT OF be useful for summoners, along with the shiny stone, but the following bosses will get you killed if you stay still. Again, this can be useful for AFK'ing, but that's a small portion of what you do in the game. The problem with these accessories is that they just come WAYYY too late, and that makes them not be used to their full potential. It's also not a material, so it can easily be replaced because you cannot add anything to it, which just makes it like a throw-away accessory.
And one last point, if you use the SoC for combat, you're probably new to the game, because it's bad at combat, and everyone can see that. Because not only is it used for dodging, but it can also activate the Hermes boots. The damage is just low, and you would have to be some sort of OSU player to do some sort of thing to dash that fast.

This is completely unrelated, but I want a better flamethrower weapon. The Elf Melter just doesn't cut it.
*Backstory:*
So I was have some fun, and decided to stack all the fire buffs at once. This was achievable with the following:
- Shadowflame knife
- Full frost armor
- Fire gauntlet
- Flask of Cursed Flames
*Current Fire Mechanics:*
You could use this for Terraria mechanics, I wouldn't mind. Anyways, after some testing, I learned that, only the strongest fire buff is actually doing damage while the others are still applied but without damage. This meant that Shadowflame would act first (5dpt) then frostburn (2dpt) because it last the longest. Normal fire and cursed flames were invalidated. (I did not do any testing with daybroken, but I'm pretty sure it would take over with its ridiculous 25 damage per tick)
*Changes and Additions:*
So first, I want it so that all fire affects stack seeing as this set was a full commitment. Second, I want a single flame thrower that does it all. (Then you can upgrade that with other debuff weapons. Basically, I want a reverse ankh charm)
I know this is pretty demanding, but I have tons of pixie dust to burn so I see this as a good way to do so.

An idea I had for the Lunatic Cultists expert drop was, an accessory that summons one clone of your character and uses the weapon you have in your hand at the time it is summoned. The clone would die in 3 hits and would do 30% of your characters damage. When a clone dies it will respawn after 60 seconds automatically.

Celestial crystal ball for lunatic cultist:
If the player takes damage a stardust dragon will appear to swoop down and attack the target dealing 100+ damage, the dragon also has high knock back so you don’t take anymore damage from the foe (unless the foe is a boss) the dragon will also do damage to other foes while it swoops in, and will swoop back to the sky after it attacks, multiple dragons can be spawned, so if a lot of enemies are attacking you or if you’re taking a lot of hits, then a lot of dragons will swoop in, their length is randomized
Dragon orb
creates a shield around the player, with the shield, any enemy that touches the player gets set on fire, the shield breaks after 3 hits, and allows the player to infinitely walk in lava and on hot blocks, if the shield is active
When fused with betsy’s wings you get the magma wings
When they reach the max flight height, the player can glide for 8 seconds and falls down afterwards, the player also leaves a trail of fire while they glide, if they run into anything while gliding they will take damage and fall, when fused with the shield of chuthulu, it can dash at any time of it’s flight/glide, when doing so, they create a shield similar to the shield form the dragon orb, this attack can hit enemies doing about 75 base damage, and can set enemies on fire, if you dash into a wall the shield will break, but you can still fly, just make sure to don’t hit the wall again

I would like it if the cultist item allowed your summons to tank a hit for you every couple of seconds
Like imagine you're there with 11 UFOs, this means you can essentially dodge 11 hits but you lose the a UFO for each hit dodged, 60 seconds or something like that for non summoners it's the titanium armor passive all over again but for summoners who have the lowest defensive stats of all classes is a needed boost to their survival

On console (maybe pc) in multiplayer every player can pick up a goodie bag from a boss, meaning you can “duplicate” loot from expert mode, meaning if we need a demon heart we just need to fight the wof once and have every player in that world( each player can only see “their” goodie bag)
the shiny stone really synergizes with celestial cuffs if you use the spike technique i use as mage for events. the shiny stone helps reduce the damage i take from the spike, allowing me to use for longer periods of time
I have an idea what if they make it where you can combine plantera’s expert mode drop and golem’s expert mode drop but make shiny stone’s healing not as good like decrease it to 8% or something (combine shiny stone and plantera’s spore sack)
For the royal gel you do realize it can be used to nullify gastropods in the hallow to right?
Gastropods only deal 50 And Other do 100 or so

That globe thingy can be usedul on arenas that have a roof vs a wave of enemies that cant shoot projectiles and also try this thingy and the shiny stone check if u still heal

To avoid the infinite loop of death, simply equip the cobalt chield or higher, it will cancel knockback thus allowing you to escape any situation
(tho it is true that you won't be able to escape the loops with the dash, but it is wayyyy easier to avoid enemies that may cause loops by dashing from them rather than just walking or flying away)

I think honestly the betsy thing we can do for besty is give it an item called brain of Betsy,
it makes monsters 40% weaker when they are near you, inside your Betsy aura, and it fuses
with the brain one, the terrible one, to make it useful. It would be "the Brain Blast".
anything that doesn't just run and hit you instantly will become confused and lose 40% damage, and they can be killed by other monsters. when they are killed, they have a splash. This splash makes everything near their dead body, ALSO get affected by this debuff.

Cultist:
A summon/magic weapon that summons one of three orbs(all that the cultist summons), one shoots a singular lightningish beam, another shoots out 6-7 crystal shards, and the last is an orb that summons 3 mini cultists much like the pirate staff however the orb follows you and when there are no more enemies in sight the mini cultists return to their locked position around the orb.
Betsy:
A sword that launches a mini Betsy that spits out a spray of fire much like the twins

Sounds awesome, but I have some tweaks for the Betsy one. Name: Phoenix Emblem. At the peak of death, you are put back to 20% health and gain 5 seconds of full immunity. Cooldown begins when equipped, but resets when dequipped to stop vanity slot abuse.

Summons a Mini Brain of Cthulhu to fight for you, it grows in strength with world progression. (receives an increase in damage when entering hardmode, angering the forest, etc.)
In addition to doing more damage later, it's attacks can also inflict confusion.

fun fact: the shield of cthulhu can be used on queen bee and duke fishron to block their dashes with your own dash invulnerability frames, you need a lot of reaction time and if they hit you too fast it wont work, but its a really interesting gimmick that most people dont know about
you need to revise this again for 1.4 btw, regen tank setups are nerfed (nerfing shiny stone), the new queen slime boss expert item is a good C or B tier item thats like a weaker spore sac, and the new empress of light item gives INFINITE FLIGHT plus BOOSTED WING SPEED, making it a solid high A or S tier item
i also feel like you gave too much credit to the worm scarf, could probably be dropped to high A tier or lower in S tier, and not enough credit to hive pack, because the bees knees or beenades + hive pack are actually great for wall of flesh, which is the main thing you need to do pre hm

When you damage an enemy with summon damage, a clone will be created and float in the air in a random radius around you for 15 seconds. This clone will have 0 defense and 20% of your current health. Bosses and other enemies will prioritize the clones over the player, and there may be 4 clones at once with a 3-second cooldown on creating them. If a clone dies, a Phantasm Dragon will appear for 5 seconds to deal huge damage to nearby enemies before flying off. There can only be one dragon at a time on-screen.

When hit, the player will release a lightning bolt similar to the one from the lunatic cultists battle that deals about 80-130 damage, this depends on how low your defense is. The lower it is, the higher the damage.
It has a 7 second cool down.
