About gendering the Queen Bee. The Queen Bee sprite only has 5 Tergites (Abdomen segments). Female Bees have 6 tergites and males have 7 so nothing is right there. By looking at the hind-legs of the Queen Bee it has no "scopa" (Modified hairs on its hind-legs that collect and store pollen) and those are only present on females since males don't collect pollen so that point goes to it being a male. Females have 12 segmented antennae and males have 13 segments but the In-Game doesnt show off individual segments. But the antennae looks to go straight for a decent bit before starting to cruve, indicating that it might have a long Scape (First segment of the antenna) and generally females have twice as long Scapes as males, so thats a point for it being a Female. Only female bees have stingers so thats a point for it being a female. And at the end of the day its a giant bee named QUEEN bee, 100x larger than the other bees in the game and it lives in a giant hive so i just waisted your time with useless bee morphology information

The sand thing on the destroyer wasn't to lock themselves in place but to keep taking suffocation damage instead of any other damage. Why they also had the cross necklace
nope! the sand actually stops enemies from using ranged attacks (lasers) bc they dont think they can shoot the player through it, if you watch the video you can see that the player isnt taking suffocation damage but is also not getting shot at by probes or the destroyer only when in the sand!
To be fair in classic mode it was always, platinum/gold bow and armor, Hermes boots cloud in a bottle, a gem hook, 3 accessories of choice, and then you can pretty much easily kill every prehardmode boss all the way up to skeletron.
The rotted fork is recommended for it's knockback for the brain's second phase. It's basically just another crimson heart drop. Idk how you never heard of it, they're not at all uncommon.
Grav potions were invaluable in 1.1 Terraria as your best wings were angel or demon wings, which while arguably sufficient, didn't grant you infinite flight, and iirc capped out a lower speed than falling's max velocity. Another thing you'll see a lot of older players overvalue is hooks. Old school players use hooks to dodge more than the actual dodge accessories. oh and one more thing on grav potions, being grounded sucked in old Terraria without an arena so gravity potions were often considered an arena skip.

Everyone always says Golem is the easiest boss, I don't know why but he is harder to dodge than the Empress of Light for me, somehow he consistently punches me in the face.
The daytime empress guide was actually really good- a guaranteed Dodge and a chance at an additional dodge is amazing against a guaranteed 1 shot, it's just outdated, as you can expect from a really old guide. If you go back like 1-2 versions it would work just fine
"What do cursed bullets even do?" Ah yes, the not paying attention to the boss strat. Just look at Prime. Also the name of cursed bullets and the colour should give it away.
With the Destroyer sand block strat: It used to be that you took a single tick of damage and gained your normal invincibility frames, with the damage applying again on the frame your I-Frames wore off. This meant that you couldn't be damaged by anything else, even if an enemy was directly on top of you, and the probes wouldn't shoot as often because they thought you were behind a wall (Of course this didn't matter anyways) The reason they changed damage from sand / silt into constant ticks was because of this strat solely, and of course they changed it pretty quickly. ...Good on them, because this strat was broken af lmao.
I just want to say, I just saw the thumbnail and I immediately went "damn. I'd love to play some terraria now" so thanks for taking me out of my burnout!!
The sand/clipping inside blocks stops the enemies from shooting lasers, that's why he used it in destroyer, you can do the same thing by grappling into a platform and blockswapping it for a solid block

leaf wings were buffed in 1.4.4 to be as good as other post-plantera wings; in 1.3.0.1 they were equivalent to other early hardmode wings, so they were even worse in the video
